Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supply chain integration dan inovasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Freight Forwading di Semarang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 perusahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan program spss versi 17 for window. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Supply chain integration berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan nilai probability 0.00 < 0.05 ; 2) Inovasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan nilai probability 0,06>0,05. Dan diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 72 %. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 72% kinerja perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh supply chain integration, dan inovasi sedangkan sisanya 28 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

One of the most important things in life is technology. The development of technology is undeniably advanced. Indonesia have to race with these advancements. Nowadays, countries all over the world are adjusting to 4.0 industrial development era. However, some industrial experts said that several developed countries have shifted from 4.0 industrial development to 5.0 industrial revolution. The 5.0 industrial revolution leads to a thechnology-based society. In addition, technology is the key to fulfill the community’s new capabilities. According to experts, human intellegence and cognitive computing will be a combination that is needed in the 5.0 era.In the maritime industry, the 5.0 industrial revolution requires excelled maritime human resources that not only experts on economy, technology, industry but also smart. In parallel of those, Indonesia also needed to prioritize Indonesian-flag fleet, shipping manual system, infrastructures, logistics, maritime security management design, the capacity to build competencies, a qualified maritime community, the incorporated laws and regulations on shipping and maritime industry. Thiswriting was based upon study literarure. Perkembangan teknologi tidak bisa dipungkiri semakin maju dan Indonesia harus mengikuti kemajuan tersebut. Saat ini, semua negara di belahan dunia sedang dalam taraf menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan industri Era 4.0, namun para pengamat industri menyatakan beberapa negara maju, telah memasuki pergeseran dari industri 4.0 menuju industri 5.0. revolusi industri 5.0 bisa mengarah pada masyarakat berbasis teknologi. Selain itu, teknologi merupakan kunci untuk mewujudkan kemampuan baru bagi masyarakat. Human intelligence dan cognitive computing, menurut para ahli akan menjadi kombinasi yang amat sangat dibutuhkan pada era 5.0.Dalam Industri Maritim, revolusi Industri 5.0 memerlukan SDM Maritim yang unggul seperti pakar ekonomi, teknologi dan industri, maupun intelijen. In paralel, diperlukan agenda prioritas seperti armada berbendera Indonesia, sistem pelayaran tetap, infrastruktur, logistik, arsitektur manajemen keamanan maritim, kompetensi capacity building, kualitas komunitas maritim, harmonisasi peraturan perundangan maupun industri strategis perkapalan dan kemaritiman. Penulisan ini didasarkan pada studi literatur. Terkait Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Masyarakat 5.0 semua sektor harus bertransformasi, termasuk sektor maritim terlebih jika ingin menjadikan Indonesia menjadi poros maritim dunia.Kata kunci : Industri Maritim, Revolusi Industri, Industri 5.0, Masyarakat Maritim

Abstract

Traffic accidents are influenced by several factors including human error, animals, weather, traffic signs. Of the four, have an influence on traffic accidents with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of Human error, Animals, Weather, and Traffic Signs on traffic accidents on the Denpasar-Gilimanuk highway, Jembrana Regency, Bali. In this study, the research population is motorized vehicle users who cross the Denpasar-Gilimanuk highway, Jembrana Regency by taking a sample system with a total of 93 respondents (samples). The variables in this study consisted of: Human error (X1), Animals (X2), Weather (X3), Traffic signs (X4) and the dependent variable was Traffic Accident (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis using the statistical tool SPSS V.25 program obtained multiple linear regression equations Y = -1.530+0,313X1+0,227X2+0,258X3+0,318X4+µ. Shows that, based on empirical facts (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and multiple linear regression results show that the Human error variable (X1) has a t count of 3.680 and a t table of 1.98729 then H1 is accepted and significant, animals (X2) have a t count of 2,035 and t table of 1,98729 then H2 is accepted and significant, weather (X3) has a t count of 2.852 and t table of 1.98729 then H3 is accepted and significant, traffic signs (X4) has a t count of 4.618 and t table of 1.98729 then H4 is accepted and significant. In the coefficient of determination test (R Square) the Adjust R Square value of 0.633 means that 63.3% of the variation in the dependent variable of traffic accident factors can be explained by the independent variables of human error, animals, weather, traffic signs. While the remaining 36.7% is explained by other reasons outside the variables studied.

Abstract

Kreativitas mahasiswa merupakan nilai tambah bahwa sumberdaya terutama kepada mahasiswa disalahsatu perguruan tinggi. Kreativitas mahasiswa mampu menjawab gejala social dan tantangan dimasa yang akan datang, sehingga diperlukan perhatian dan tindaklanjut agar peran mahasiswa sebagai calon intelektual muda mampu menjawab tantangan tersebut. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Perguruan Tinggi dalam rangka untuk menumbuhkembangkan kreativitas mahasiswa telah menjadi trend saat ini dan dimasa yang akan datang. Hal ini disebabkan oleh program pemerintah yang mensyaratkan agar mahasiswa bukan hanya belajar science saja namun harus diikuti dengan pola piker agar kelak setelah lulus tidak akan canggung dan menggantungkan hidup kepada orang lain. Sisi lain dari program kreativitas mahasiswa yang dilakukan secara rutin, akan berdampak kepada memaksimalkan kemampuan mahasiswa untuk kreatif, inovatif dan mandiri.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the partial and simultaneous effect of accessibility, effectiveness, promotion, and trust on passengers' decisions in choosing the Kamandaka Train. The population in this study were Kamandaka train passengers. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the type of sampling that is incidental sampling. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Software Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study indicate that the variables Accessibility, Effectiveness, Promotion, and Trust have a partial and simultaneous effect on Passenger Decisions. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = -2.766+ 0.357.X1 + 0.322.X2 + 0.181.X3 + 0.352.X4 + µ. The results of the equation show that the accessibility variable has a positive and significant effect on passenger decisions (tcount 4.155 > ttable 1.98498), effectiveness on passenger decisions (tcount 3.258 > ttable 1.98498), promotion of passenger decisions (tcount 2.036 > ttable 1.98498 ), Trust in Passenger Decisions (tcount 4.750 > ttable 1.98498) As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.577. This means that 57.7% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Passenger Decisions, is explained by the independent variables, namely Accessibility, Effectiveness, Promotion, and Trust. The remaining 100% - 57.7% = 42.3%, influenced by other variables outside the research.
