Abstract

Dalam tranpotasi udara keselamatan dan kenyamanan merupakan hal yang menjadi pedoman berjalannya kegiatan transporatsi. Unit Apron Movement Control (AMC) peran penting dalam menjaga keselamatan dan keamanan dengan berbagai kegiatan seperti memastikan kondisi Apron dan landasan pacu agar terhindar dari accident pada penerbangan. Foreign Object Debris (FOD) merupakan benda asing yang hidup atau tidak hidup berada pada kawasan air side yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada pesawat saat fase take off dan landing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis FOD yang umum ditemukan, menganalisis prosedur pembersihan yang diterapkan, serta mengevaluasi pelatihan dan kesadaran petugas mengenai pencegahan FOD. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Metode survei ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat penelitian yang dilakukan pada populasi besar maupun kecil. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan nilai signifikan uji t sebesar 4.302 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0.000, yang jauh lebih kecil dari batas signifikansi 0.05. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel "Kinerja Petugas AMC" secara statistik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap "Keselamatan Penerbangan." Nilai koefisien regresi (B) sebesar 0.502 menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit pada "Kinerja Petugas AMC" akan meningkatkan "Keselamatan Penerbangan" sebesar 0.502 unit. Selain itu, nilai koefisien beta (Standardized Coefficient Beta) sebesar 0.528 menunjukkan bahwa "Kinerja Petugas AMC" memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kuat terhadap "Keselamatan Penerbangan" dalam model regresi ini.

Abstract

A limited security area is an area used for aircraft movement activities, employee or staff movement, and work equipment for flight activities, passenger and baggage movement that will board the aircraft, and vital installations/objects that are directly related to aircraft operations. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the perimeter fence of the limited security area of Adi Soemarmo International Airport was in accordance with applicable provisions and what efforts were made by Airport Security officers to meet the perimeter fence standards in the limited security area of Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. This study uses a qualitative approach with the types and sources of data, namely primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport and the time of implementation of this research was carried out from August 1 to January 11 at the Airport Security (AVSEC) unit. The results of this study are that the condition of the perimeter fence of the limited security area of Adi Soemarmo International Airport is not in accordance with applicable regulations. This can disrupt flight activities and threaten flight safety. Efforts made by Airport Security officers for security are patrols in the perimeter fence area and approaches to the community to prevent unlawful acts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas Airport Self Service terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa di Bandara Adi Soemarmo Surakarta. Layanan yang dikaji meliputi self check-in dan Flight Information Display System (FIDS) yang meskipun telah tersedia, penggunaannya belum optimal karena kendala teknis dan minimnya edukasi kepada penumpang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan seluruh item kuesioner valid (r 0,195) dan reliabel (Cronbach's Alpha efektivitas = 0,833; kepuasan = 0,746). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas Airport Self Service berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 11%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin efektif layanan Airport Self Service, maka semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan pengguna jasa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perbaikan teknis dan peningkatan sosialisasi kepada penumpang agar layanan teknologi mandiri di Bandara Adi Soemarmo dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan strategis oleh pengelola bandara.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) based on the Internet of Things (IoT) in supporting flight safety at the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit of Komodo International Airport, Labuan Bajo. This research also identifies the common obstacles encountered in implementing IoT-based CCTV systems for monitoring and aviation safety. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Three informants from the AMC unit, including the Head, Junior Staff, and Officer, provided the data. The results show that IoT-based CCTV plays a crucial role in enhancing real-time surveillance, detecting operational violations, and improving response time to incidents in the apron area. This technology enables broader monitoring coverage, including hard-to-reach areas. However, some challenges still exist, such as limited camera coverage, blind spots, equipment malfunctions, and poor image quality during nighttime or adverse weather. These issues can be addressed by adding more CCTV units, conducting regular maintenance, upgrading camera quality, and providing ongoing training for personnel. It is recommended that airport management immediately improve the IoT-based CCTV system by increasing camera installations in uncovered areas, strengthening the network system, and utilizing cloud storage to support digital data processing. These improvements can enhance monitoring effectiveness and readiness for potential risks in the apron area, thereby optimizing aviation safety.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan SIDOPS (Sistem Informasi Data dan Operasional) dan memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai bagaimana sistem ini dapat berkontribusi dalam mengurangi potensi kendala yang mungkin terjadi selama operasional, tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan SIDOPS unit AMC dapat mendukung kelancaran pergerakan pesawat bandar udara internasional Soekarno-Hatta dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tantangan atau kendala dalam penerapan SIDOPS Unit AMC Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di unit Apron Movement Control (AMC) Terminal 3 Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan sumber data primer yang diperoleh melalui observasi terhadap objek penelitian dan wawancara langsung dengan petugas AMC. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi berupa data dari SIDOPS. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah mengenai penerapan SIDOPS (Sistem Informasi Data dan Operasional) oleh personal Apron Movement Control (AMC) di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta berperan penting dalam mendukung kelancaran pergerakan pesawat, dengan memberikan data secara real-time yang memudahkan koordinasi serta pengambilan Keputusan yang cepat dan akurat. SIDOPS terbukti efektif dalam pemantauan on block dan off block pesawat, sehingga membantu menjaga ketepatan jadwal dan mengurangi risiko keterlambatan akibat miskomunikasi atau kendala operasioanl. Namun, dalam implementasinya masi terdapat tantangan seperti gangguan infrastruktur teknologi, ketidakstabilan jaringan, keterbatasan server, dan kurangnya kesiapan SDM masih menghambat optimalisasi sistem. Solusi yang diperlukan meliputi infrastruktur teknologi dan pelatihan berkala bagi personal AMC.

Abstract

Background: The quality of human resources (HR) is a key determinant of organizational success, especially in structured work environments.Purpose: This study endeavored to ascertain the efficacy of performance-based training and compensation as a means of enhancing the quality of the human resources of the company. Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative survey was conducted on 60 employees of the Aviation Security Company in Yogyakarta, selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM. Result: The analysis yielded results that indicated a significant impact of training on employee performance at the Yogyakarta branch of the Aviation Security company. Furthermore, the findings suggest a direct impact of compensation on employee performance within the same context.Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate a direct effect of training and compensation on employee performance at the Yogyakarta branch of the Aviation Security company. While HR quality also contributes to performance outcomes, the study did not find sufficient evidence to support its role as a moderating variable. These results suggest that training and compensation remain central components in enhancing employee performance, regardless of variations in HR quality levels.Originality/Value (State of the art): This study introduces an integrated HRM model and reveals that HR quality, while impactful, does not moderate training or compensation effects within structured work systems. Abstract

Every airport must have a flight system, both scheduled (regular) and non-scheduled. In this case it is very important to note that the airport prioritizes customer satisfaction, namely by prioritizing flight timeliness (on time performance ) regular flights. Predetermined timeliness will have an important effect to support the level of customer satisfaction in particular and to maintain passenger loyalty in accordance with the planned marketing targets. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. To be able to get answers from this study, researchers used primary data from observations and secondary data from the number of regular and military flights during May to August at Husein Sastranegara International Airport, Bandung. This descriptive quantitative research explains the existing data to determine the sample ratio. The results of the study show that the comparison of the two flights is quite significant, when viewed from the results of the primary observational data that the researchers carried out from several military aviation activities it has quite an effect on regular flights and affects the size ofon time performance regular flights, but when viewed from the results of secondary data, the comparison of the amount of data on regular flights is still higher than military flights. this must still be considered carefully because flight timeliness remains one of the main points in achieving customer satisfaction at the airport. Abstract

High population mobility affects interest in using air transportation. In this case, not only airlines are assessed, but the existence of the airport also contributes to the views of passengers. In addition to providing facilities, the airport operator must prioritize security also. Guaranteed security can prevent things that are against the law that can reduce passenger’s comfortness. The quantitative method is applied in this research. The research data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 92 respondents who were passengers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. This research uses validity and reliability tests to test the instruments and hypothesis tests that involve normality test, correlation coefficient test, linearity test, and simple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the data is normally distributed because in the normality test the significance value is (0.20) > the significance level (0.05). The two variables in this study have a strong correlation because the correlation coefficient test has a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 and a Pearson Correlation value of 0.743. In the linearity test, the significance value of Linearity was 0.000 which was less than the significance level (0.05) and the significance value of Deviation from Linearity (0.124) was greater than (0.05), so that the two variables were declared to have a linear relationship. The simple linear regression test in this study shows that there is an effect of waiting room safety on passenger comfort of 55.2% with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 and the t count > t table. The passenger comfort variable has a value of 5.241 if the waiting room safety variable is eliminated, and the direction of influence in this study is positive. Abstract

This study discusses the problems tah hider the effectiveness of Ramp Dispatcher tasks, especially related to the failure to On Time Performance (OTP). The main problems identified are limited equipment and manpower. The purpose of this study is todetermine the effectiveness of the task, the obstacles faced, and the solutions implemented by Ramp Dispatcher officer of PT Gapura Angkasa in striving to achieve OTP. This study wa conducted at the PT Gapura Angkasa Operations Unit at Kualanamu Internasional Airport, Medan. The metod used in this study is data analysis with a qualitative descriptive approach, with primary data sources obtained through observation of the reasearch object and direct interviews with Ramp Dispatcher officers. Secondary data sources are obtained from documentation in the form of ramp activity checklists, Fueling orders, flight Schedules that include equipment and manpower readines checks, and related data before handling is carried out. The results of this study are regarding the Effectiveness of Ramp Dispatcher Tasks in striving for On Time Performance (OTP), namely by first conducting a Briefing On Spot (BOS) to ensure taht the entire team  is aware of the aircraft handling plan and supervising and coordinating all activites in the ram area, both those related to aircraft departures and arrivals. In the face of obstacles, Ramp Dispatcher coordinates with other teams regarding the use of equipment and availability of manpower, and prioritizes the use of aquipment and manpower on the aircraft that departed earlier. In addition, boarding management and the addition of human resources (HR) are carried out to provide encouragement to available officer.
