Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menerapkan nilai-nilai pancasila pada manajemen sumber daya manusia di era globalisasi sehingga mewujudkan tujuan yaitu membentuk moral bangsa yang memiliki karakter berdasarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literature. Sumber data yang diperoleh merupakan studi keperpustakaan yakni jurnal dan artikel ilmiah. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai pancasila pada perkembangan sumber daya manusia di era globalisasi ini lebih terarah, bermoral, serta berkarakter, sebagaimana mestinya agar tercipnya sumber daya mansia yang berkualitas serta terciptnya masyarakat sejahtera.Kata kunci: Nilai-Nilai Pancasila, Sumber Daya Manusia, Globalisasi AbstractThis study aims to find out how to apply Pancasila values in human resource management in the era of globalization so as to realize the goal of forming the morals of the nation's children who have characters based on the values of Pancasila. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Sources of data obtained are library studies, namely journals and scientific articles. The results of this study show that the application of Pancasila values in the development of human resources in this era of globalization is more directed, moral, and characterized, as it should be, so that quality human resources are created and a prosperous society is created.Keywords: Pancasila Values, Human Resources, Globalization

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and startup strategies in improving business performance in Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Data collection in this study was conducted by survey method with in-depth interviews and questionnaires, providing a list of questions and statements to the 100 respondents, in this case, Startup Business in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The data analysis technique used the SEM Moderating approach with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). The results indicate that Entrepreneurial characteristics positively influence improving business performance in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The startup strategy has a positive effect on improving business performance in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Entrepreneurial characteristics and startup strategy together strongly influence business performance in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.

Abstract

Abstract : The Merdeka Campus Competition Program (PKKM) is a form of Merdeka Campus acceleration to encourage higher education transformation and innovation on the basis of study programs so that learning is 4.0. There are many problems and obstacles for MSMEs in developing to compete and differentiate products sold from products from outside Bangka Belitung. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out Community Service (PKM) activities to overcome this. PKM activities have been carried out to the COMMUNITIES of Air Anyir Village, Bangka Regency. Business Motivation Socialization Training The theme of this outreach is "Reviving the Spirit of Entrepreneurship". This training is carried out so that the residents of Air Anyir Village are able to record and receive money properly, manage business finances, business financial conditions, provide marketing management insight and also entrepreneurial knowledge to increase partner insight. Product Packaging Training With this training, it is hoped that this training will be useful for the residents of Air Anyir Village in increasing their knowledge and abilities about making packaging for a product.
