Abstract

Karya Makmur Village  is one of the villages in the Pemali District Bangka Regency Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The problem of Karya Makmur Village that the knowledge of MSMEs actors is still quite low regarding MSME development strategies both in terms of Human Resources (HR), marketing and  finance.  In addition, MSMEs actors also do not have product licensing legality such as Halal Certification and Business Identification Number (NIB). The method of  the program are outreach, education, training and mentoring. The stages of the activity consist of preparation, implementation,  mentoring  and  evaluation.  The  implementation  of the program has provided understanding, motivation, competency and skills in  MSMEs development both in  the fields of Human Resources (HR), Marketing, Finance and product licensing (Halal Certification and  NIB).  This activity will be periodically monitored and evaluated in order to maintain the sustainability of the program.

Abstract

Pada Era pandemic pelaku usaha harus dapat melakukan strategi bisnis yang tepat agar usaha yang telah dijalankan dapat bertahan dan tetap dapat menjadi pilihan konsumennya sehingga dapat bersaing dengan usaha-usaha sejenis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang efektif yang dapat dilakukan oleh UMKM Tanahwari untuk mengembangkan usahanya agar meningkatkan daya saingnya pada usaha pesaing yang sejenis. Tanahwari merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di industri fashion dengan keunikan motif sejarah yang ada di Pulau Bangka. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan Pengambilan sampel sumber data dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling terhadap Pemilik, karyawan dan beberapa konsumen UMKM Tanahwari. Teknik Purposive Sampling diperoleh melalui proses Tanya jawab yang dilakukan Peneliti dan beberapa narasumber. Untuk mengetahui pengembangan usaha pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan variable pemasaran digital, inovasi produk dan kualitas SDM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and startup strategies in improving business performance in Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Data collection in this study was conducted by survey method with in-depth interviews and questionnaires, providing a list of questions and statements to the 100 respondents, in this case, Startup Business in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The data analysis technique used the SEM Moderating approach with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). The results indicate that Entrepreneurial characteristics positively influence improving business performance in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The startup strategy has a positive effect on improving business performance in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Entrepreneurial characteristics and startup strategy together strongly influence business performance in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.

Abstract

Abstrak Proyek Profil Pelajar Pancasila terhadap Karakter Pribadi Siswa di Kota Pangkalpinang bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh nilai-nilai Pancasila terhadap perkembangan karakter pribadi siswa di wilayah tersebut. Dalam konteks pendidikan, karakter pribadi memiliki peranan penting dalam membentuk individu yang memiliki integritas, etika, tanggung jawab, serta rasa nasionalisme yang kuat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki relevansi yang tinggi dalam mengkaji profil pelajar Pancasila dan implikasinya terhadap ketahanan pribadi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah penelitian pustaka, juga dikenal sebagai library research. Metode ini melibatkan membaca, menelaah, dan mencatat berbagai literatur atau bahan bacaan yang relevan dengan topik penelitian yang sedang dikaji. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang profil pelajar Pancasila diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan membentuk generasi yang memiliki karakter pribadi yang kuat dan mencintai bangsa. Kata Kunci: Profil Pelajar Pancasila, Karakter Pribadi, Siswa Abstract The Pancasila Student Profile Project on the Personal Character of Students in Pangkalpinang City aims to study the influence of Pancasila values ​​on the development of the personal character of students in the region. In the context of education, personal character has an important role in forming individuals who have integrity, ethics, responsibility, and a strong sense of nationalism. Therefore, this research has high relevance in studying the profile of Pancasila students and its implications for students' personal resilience. The research method used in this study is library research, also known as library research. This method involves reading, studying, and recording various literature or reading materials that are relevant to the research topic being studied. The results of the study suggest that with a better understanding of the profile of Pancasila students it is hoped that it can improve the quality of education and form a generation that has strong personal character and loves the nation. Abstract

Mentoring and strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) in the Independent Curriculum is a strategic step to form a generation with character in accordance with Pancasila values. Mentoring is carried out through training, monitoring, and evaluation involving educators, students, and madrasa stakeholders. The results show a significant increase in teachers' understanding and ability in designing and implementing P5. In addition, students showed positive developments in aspects of independence, social responsibility, and critical thinking skills in accordance with the Pancasila student profile. This study recommends continued support to make P5 an integral part of the madrasah learning culture in order to realize national education goals. This collaborative approach is expected to strengthen the achievement of national education goals in the Independent Curriculum, especially in the area of religious-based education.
