Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi yang digunakan dan dilaksanakan Dinas Pariwisata Aceh Tengah dalam mempromosikan distinasi wisata Aceh Tengah pada turis Dalam Negeri dan Luar Negeri. Penelitian ini sekaligus melihat bagaimana Dispar Aceh Tengah melakukan komunikasi pemasaran distinasi wisata dengan menerapkan tahapan strategi komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi berperan serta. Penentuan informan dilakukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Informan yang dijadikan sebagai sumber data primer pada penelitian ini adalah perwakilan dari Dinas Pariwisata Aceh Tengah dan para wisatawan yang ditemui di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Pariwisata Aceh Tengah belum maksimal dalam melakukan komunikasi pemasaran Distinasi wisata

Abstract

Dengan keterlibatan Mahasiswa KKN-Tematik Universitas Gajah Putih-Indonesia salah bagian pengembangan dari tri darma perguruan tinggi yang berorientasi pada pembelajaran dan pengembangan ilmu pegetahuan yang akan dimiliki mahasiswa, KKN-Temaik ini dilakukan bertujuan agar mahasiswa dapat menjadi mandiri dan terampil di tengah masyarakat. Tujuan mahasiswa malaksanakan program KKN-Tematik ini adalah membuka akses wisata sehingga dapat meningkatakan pendapatan masyarakat yang ada di Kampung Atu Payung kecamatan Bintang kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Keberadaan Atu Perokumen salah satu objek wisata yang dapat dikembangkan mengigngat nilai historis yang ada di Atu Perokumen, kebeeradaan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan KKN-Tematik telah membuka akses dari objek wisata yang direkomendasikan untuk terus dikembangan

Abstract

The arrangement of the Paya Ilang Traditional Market in Central Aceh Regency aims to organize trading activities within the designated market building. However, this initiative faces challenges as vendors are reluctant to use the provided facilities, leaving the market building vacant and poorly maintained. This study seeks to evaluate the role of local government in the development and enhancement of traditional markets and to identify factors influencing the success of market regulation. A qualitative approach was employed, incorporating in-depth interviews, field observations, and analysis of relevant documents. The findings reveal several critical issues, including ineffective communication between the government and vendors, unsuitable market building conditions (such as inadequate lighting and ventilation), and a lack of strict enforcement of regulations. Additionally, limited access roads and insufficient parking space exacerbate the problems. The study concludes that renovating the market building with active involvement from vendors is crucial to achieving mutual understanding. The government must improve communication, provide clear guidance, and enforce regulations rigorously to raise vendor awareness of the importance of cleanliness, comfort, and public order. Market revitalization is anticipated to address these challenges while enhancing the market’s appeal as a modern and orderly trading hub.

Abstract

This study describes the production process in the Oyster Mushroom Cultivation Business in Simpang Layang, Bener Meriah Regency. Data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, where the purpose of this analysis is to describe systematically, factually and accurately the facts and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The analysis was carried out after the data needed in this study was collected. The data obtained regarding the stages of the mushroom production process in Simpang Layang. The results of the study can be concluded that the oyster mushroom production process has 9 (nine) stages of the production process, while the selling price of oyster mushrooms is around 40,000 / kg. This oyster mushroom cultivation business has reached 5,000 to 10,000 baglogs for F0 and F1 seeds ordered from the Medan area, while for F3 baglogs are made by themselves

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor di SAMSAT Aceh Pusat. Masalahnya difokuskan pada rendahnya minat wajib pajak kendaraan karena kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Kejelasan data yang dikumpulkan berupa kuesioner atau kuesioner dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji nilai t menjelaskan perhitungan t ˃ tabel t yaitu 5.059 ˃ 1.677 dengan arti bahwa terdapat pengaruh dalam pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor yang dilakukan dengan afirmasi wajib bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sedangkan uji F menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, hal ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa uji F-count = 25.598, maka dapat ditegaskan bahwa f-count ˃ F-tabel atau 25.598 ˃ 4,05 dimana ditunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the quality of public services on community satisfaction in the Kute Panang District, Central Aceh Regency. The survey method was used to distribute questionnaires to 127 respondents to represent the people who live in the area. The data that has been collected is then processed, presented, and analyzed using non-parametric Chi-Square statistics with a significance level ???? = 0.05. The research results showed that the quality of public services with indicators of physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and guarantees positively and significantly affected public satisfaction. However, it was still found that 40.94% of the public rated the quality of service as "not good" and "not good" so community satisfaction felt less than expected for 18 respondents or 0.41%. For this reason, the quality of service in this sub-district area still needs to be improved through increasing physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and comprehensive guarantees.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the hypothesis test for each variable studied. The data analysis was used by multiple linear regression equations and determination coefficients, t-test, and F-test of 36 Central Aceh Regency Regional Education Office, Provincial Branch respondents. The results of the study show based on a partial test that variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely the Y variable at the Central Aceh Regency Regional Branch Education Office. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test that work culture (X1) and work climate (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance at the Central Aceh Regency Regional Education Office Branch, from the t and f tests show that there is a strong relationship of independent variables to dependent variables, although the ability of independent variables to affect dependent variables is 0.723 and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not observed in this study.

Abstract

The main problem analyzed in this study is how large and significant the contribution of the realization of the direct expenditure budget of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Central Aceh Regency to Regional Original Revenue was during 2018-2022. The aim is to determine the progress of budget realization and Regional Original Revenue, as well as Direct Expenditure Budget Participation on Regional Original Revenue obtained by the agency. To solve the above problem, Seconds data was collected at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Central Aceh Regency, then the data was analyzed with a determinant coefficient and tested with a t-test at a confidence level of 0.05. The results of the study found that the development of budget realization during 2018-2022 decreased by 19.93% per year as a result of a decrease in direct expenditure by 20.44% per year, thus causing a decrease in Regional Original Revenue by 0.05% per year. In addition, the realization of direct expenditure is positively correlated at 24.3% with a contribution of 5.90% but not significant. For this reason, it needs to be optimized through intensive levy levies to obtain greater direct budget realization in the future.
