Abstract

UMKM Rice in the Ciawi region has the potential to be able to develop their business. Branding and use of social media is now a potential aspect of marketing. This assistance is expected to be able to increase the competitiveness of rice MSMEs and maximize sales. The method in this service is by counseling and discussing material. The results of the dedication that has been carried out are that MSME actors understand the use of social media and the creation of a rice brand as a marketing strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Work Motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance in the State Civil Apparatus of the Tasikmalaya City Health Service. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods with descriptive methods. Respondents in this study were civil servant employees at the Tasikmalaya City Health Office as many as 90 employees. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. Data collection techniques used library research, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study show that work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of workload and compensation on work productivity in PR. Makmur. Respondents in this study were PR. Makmur production employees. In this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from PR.Makmur companies. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant effect on employee work productivity, compensation has a significant effect on work productivity and workload and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee produktivity. This means that when the workload and compensation is high, the work produktivity of employees will increases

Abstract

The dynamic development of regulations in Indonesia, particularly in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), demands preparedness from future law enforcers, including prospective advocates. Prospective advocates in Tasikmalaya, as part of the next generation of legal professionals, require a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of IPR to contribute to creating legal certainty and fostering innovation in the digital era. The aim of this community service program is to enhance the general understanding and practical capacity of prospective advocates in Tasikmalaya regarding IPR through an intensive online training program. The partners in this activity were a number of prospective advocates undergoing the Special Education for Advocate Profession (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat - PKPA). The methods used included literature study for material preparation, initial needs assessment, interactive online training via Zoom, group discussions, collaborative case analysis using Google Docs, and evaluation through pre-tests, post-tests, and legal document drafting projects. The training results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding, with the average post-test score (82.4) far exceeding the pre-test (58.5), reflecting a 40.9% increase in comprehension. Participants also demonstrated improved practical skills in drafting legal opinions and electronic lawsuit drafts. The satisfaction survey recorded a score of 4.6 out of 5. This program successfully equipped prospective advocates with a strong and relevant IPR foundation, which is expected to improve the quality of legal services and IPR enforcement in Indonesia in the future. This activity underscores the importance of continuous IPR education from an early stage in the legal profession curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to provide business actors with an understanding of co-creation strategies to enhance competitiveness. Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, the research focuses on comprehending the phenomenon from the participants' own perspectives. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify codes and themes from informant responses. The findings confirm that the implementation of a co-creation approach positively influences the strengthening of MSME competitiveness. Involving customers in the product design and development process fosters a sense of acknowledgment, which in turn enhances customer loyalty. Conversely, the study identifies several challenges, including limited production capacity, constraints in raw material availability, production timelines, and difficulties in realizing design concepts. For the optimal implementation of this strategy, government support is essential. It is recommended that the government provide training and other forms of assistance to MSMEs to foster more innovative co-creation practices, enabling them to leverage it as a strategic opportunity in the market competition. Practically, these findings encourage MSME actors to adopt co-creation more systematically, particularly by optimizing digital media and managing customer interactions effectively.
