Abstract

Abstrak Penggunaan teknologi komunikasi dengan menggunakan kabel kini sudah tergantikan oleh teknologi komunikasi tanpa kabel, dimana kebanyakan pengguna menggunakan perangkat access point yang memiliki jangkauan pancaran terbatas karena pola radiasi omnidirectional, sehingga diperlukan antena yang mempunyai pola radiasi directional untuk jangkauan pancaran yang lebih terarah. Antena yagi merupakan salah satu yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Dalam penelitian ini, antena Yagi yang dirancang dapat diaplikasikan pada sistem WLAN. Hasil dari implementasi didapatkan bahwa antena Yagi dapat bekerja pada frekuensi kerja WLAN 2,4 GHz. Dan selainitudiperoleh level kuat medan dengan rata-rata peningkatan penguatan antena yagi terhadap antena omni sebesar 12,1 dB. Disamping itu diperoleh gain antena yagi sebesar 16 dB sedangkan hasil simulasi sebesar 10 dB, beamwidth vertikal 250 dan horizontal 260, dan bandwidth antena 150 MHz, Pada penelitian ini hasil yang didapatkan dibandingkan dengan hasil dari software vistumbler dan SuperNEC 2.9. And besides it is obtained strong level terrain with an average increase of the antenna yagi antenna gain of 12.1dB omni. Besides, obtained yagi antenna gai nof 16 dB, while the simulation result sat 10 dB, 250 vertical and horizontal beamwidth of 260, and a bandwidth of 150 MHz antennas, In this study,the results obtained are compared with the results of the software vistumbler and SupeNEC 2.9. Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pada dasarnya semua wanita akan mengalami kecemasan pada proses persalinan terutama pada fase laten. Pada fase ini ibu biasanya merasa gelisah, gugup, cemas, dan khawatir sehubungan dengan rasa tidak nyaman karena kontraksi. Kecemasan yang dialami oleh ibu pada awal persalinan mempengaruhi kemampuan ibu dalam menghadapi proses persalinan. Salah satu teknik yang cukup mudah dilakukan dalam meredakan ketegangan emosional adalah relaksasi otot progresif. Tujuan Penelitian : Diketahuinya pengaruh pemberian terapi relaksasi otot progresif terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu bersalin fase laten. Metode Penelitian : Desain penelitian quasi ekperiment atau studi intervensi dengan menggunakan pre test-post test without control group. Sampel diambil dengan teknik acidental sampling sebanyak 20 ibu bersalin. Instrumen yang di gunakan berupa kuesioner ZSAS. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian : Tingkat kecemasan pada ibu bersalin fase laten sebelum perlakuan relaksasi otot progresif kategori cemas sedang (50%). Tingkat kecemasan pada ibu bersalin fase laten sesudah perlakuan relaksasi otot progresif kategori cemas ringan sebanyak 9 orang (45%). Hasil uji paired sample t-test diperoleh p-value 0,000.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the impact of knee lift jump training on increasing leg muscle explosive power in novice gymnasts at the Pengda Persani Palembang club. The study involved 30 gymnasts from the research population, with the same sample size. In this study, an experimental research method was employed involving data collection through sports tests and measurements. The research utilized a pre-test and post-test one-group design, with the pre-test conducted before applying the treatment and the post-test conducted afterward. The study aimed to evaluate the impact of knee lift jump exercises on improving lower limb muscle explosive power among members of the Pengda Persani Palembang gymnastics club. Based on research data obtained from vertical jump tests conducted on 30 novice gymnasts in the Pengda Persani Palembang club, the following key findings were observed: - Pre-test Mean: 51.63, Standard Deviation: 16.059, Range: 50, Normality test result: 0.087 - Post-test Mean: 59.13, Standard Deviation: 15.690, Range: 54, Normality test result: 0.109 The t-test resulted in a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

Background: Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) significantly affects not only physical health but also the psychological well-being of patients. Self-esteem is a critical aspect of psychological health that influences treatment adherence and recovery. However, limited research has explored the determinants of self-esteem among TB patients in resource-limited settings like Subang, Indonesia. Purpose: This study aimed to examine the factors influencing self-esteem in pulmonary TB patients, focusing on stigma, social support, and economic burden. Methods: A cross-sectional design was employed, involving 150 pulmonary TB patients from Subang, Indonesia. Data were collected using validated instruments to measure self-esteem, stigma, social support, and economic burden. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses, including correlation and regression, were conducted to identify significant predictors of self-esteem. Results: The mean self-esteem score among participants was 15.4, indicating moderate self-esteem. Stigma was the strongest negative predictor of self-esteem (β = -0.62, p < 0.001), followed by economic burden (β = -0.43, p < 0.001). Social support showed a positive association with self-esteem (β = 0.54, p < 0.001). Demographic variables such as age, employment status, and marital status also influenced self-esteem but to a lesser extent. Conclusion: Self-esteem in TB patients is significantly influenced by stigma, social support, and economic burden. Addressing these factors through integrated care models that reduce stigma, provide financial assistance, and enhance social networks can improve psychological outcomes and treatment adherence among TB patients.

Abstract

Ineffective use of learning methods in the conditions and circumstances of students caused the obtained learning objective not achieved or below the standard. This case was determined to be the background for this research. This article described and analyzed the comparative of efficacious methods, modern and traditional learning methods, in Arabic learning. This type of research was an experimental research with a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this study were fourth-grade students in class IV-A, IV-B and IV-C at MI Al-Ma'had An-Nur Bantul Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was class IV-A and IV-B with each class consisting of 21 students. The sample in this research was selected with purposive sampling technique. Data collection were obtained through tests, observations, interviews and documentation. Hypothesis testing in this study used a paired sample t-test calculated using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study showed that there was a difference in success between modern learning methods of 84.05 and traditional learning methods of 64.05 in accordance with the results of the paired sample test (t-test). Hence, it can be concluded that the results after modern learning methods implementation are considered more effective to apply in the Arabic language learning process. It was expected that the results of this research could be a reference for teachers in determining suitable learning methods for students in the teaching and learning process.
