Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 memberikan perubahan global yang berdampak pada aspek ekonomi berupa pengangguran. Hal ini menjadi perhatian khusus terhadap bidang pendidikan agar menghasilkan lulusan yang berkompetensi sesuai bidang keilmuannya. Program kampus merdeka mendukung mahasiswa menguasai berbagai keilmuan dan berinovasi dengan kemajuan teknologi digital dalam rangka beradaptasi dengan dunia kerja. Praktek belajar lapangan berorientasi untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran yang berkualitas tinggi dalam rangka mendukung penerapan program kampus merdeka. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas praktek belajar lapangan meliputi strategi pembelajaran, suasana akademi dan sarana prasarana. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis hubungan strategi pembelajaran, suasana akademik dan sarana prasarana dengan kualitas praktek belajar lapangan dalam mewujudkan penerapan program kampus merdeka. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 42 mahasiswa Universitas Nurul Hasanah Kutacane. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian analisis bivariat didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan strategi pembelajaran dan sarana prasaranadengan kualitas praktek belajar lapangan (ρ-value 0,006 dan ρ-value 0,002) serta tidak ada hubungan suasana akademik dengan kualitas praktek belajar lapangan (ρ-value 0,927). Berdasarkan penelitian ini diharapkan bahwa perguruan tinggi mendukung peningkatkan kualitas praktek belajar lapangan melalui pengadaan sarana prasarana penunjang, menciptakan suasana akademik dan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan praktek belajar lapangan.

Abstract

Banjir merupakan bencana alam yang paling sering terjadi di Indonesia, termasuk Kutacane. Survey awal diidentifikasi bahwa banjir telah melanda Desa Lawe Pinis dan Rambung Teldak Kecamatan Darul Hasanah, Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara pada tanggal 1 November 2022 dan masyarakat mengalami kerugian materi yang cukup besar. Dimana, korban banjir kurang memiliki persediaan makanan pokok, baju, selimut dan balita kurang memiliki persediaan susu, pampers dan MPASI. Sedangkan kondisi lingkungan di lokasi banjir, jalan dipenuhi dengan lumpur yang terbawa banjit dan air masih tergenang pada bagian daratan yang lebih rendah. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui bakti sosial peduli lingkungan pada korban banjir. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi survey awal untuk mengidentifikasi korban banjir dan kondisi lingkungan, identifikasi masalah, menganalisis kebutuhan, menetapkan khalayak sasaran dan pelaksanaan program. Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui bakti sosial terdiri dari 5 (lima) kegiatan yaitu sosialisasi program kepada remaja karang taruna, persiapan bantuan sesuai kebutuhan korban banjir, distribusi bantuan ke lokasi banjir dan gotong royong dengan melibatkan masyarakat setempat. Hasil capaian kegiatan ini adalah remaja karang taruna berperan aktif dalam kegiatan, bahan bantuan disalurkan langsung kepada panitia posko penerimaan bantuan dan masyarakat sangat antusias melakukan gotong royong.

Abstract

Health service facilities are all facilities and infrastructure tools or places that can support health or can be used to provide health services, both promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative carried out by the government, local governments and / or the community, (Ministry of Health RI, 2016). The research design was described using a cross-sectional research design. The research was conducted in the working area of the Kutacane Pulonas City Health Center, Babussalam District, Southeast Aceh Regency. The population of this study was the entire population of productive age who visited the Kutacane City Health Center. The sample for the study was 127 respondents, a sampling of the general population. The data analysis carried out was univariate and bivariate analysis. From the results of the study, it is known that the factors that influence low access show that access to productive age people in the working area of the Kutacane City Health Center is influenced by gender, marital status, knowledge, attitudes, cadre support, facilities and infrastructure, information about the schedule for implementing health screening, and satisfaction with productive age health services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the SBAR documentation form on nurse communication during patient handover. The method used is quasi-experimental, using a research design in the form of pre and post-test without control. The results showed an effect of implementing the SBAR documentation form on nurse communication during patient handover in the Bunda Thamrin General Hospital Medan inpatient room with an Asymp—Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.015. In conclusion, there has been an increase in SBAR-based nurse communication after implementing the SBAR documentation form. Therefore, it is recommended that hospital management be able to stimulate and provide rewards for nurses dedicated to realizing SBAR documentation and communication during patient handover. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between stress and parenting time with language development in children aged 3-5 years. The method used is a descriptive correlation with the cross-sectional approach. The results showed a significant relationship between stress and parenting time and the language development of children aged 3-5 years, where the p-values were 0.027 and 0.006. In conclusion, stress experienced by parents and non-parenting time is related to child development. So, it is suggested that health workers educate the growth and development of toddlers and practice relaxation techniques so that mothers can deal with stress independently. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of food diversity based on the Minimum Dietary Diversity for Women (MDDW) for women's reproductive health. The method used is quantitative with a cross-sectional study approach. The results showed differences in food diversity among women of childbearing age in Kutacane City and Lawe Loning Aman Village, Southeast Aceh District. In conclusion, women of childbearing age in Kutacane City consume a variety of foods from more than five food groups compared to women of childbearing age in Lawe Loning Aman Village, who are less diverse in achieving minimum food intake. Therefore, it is hoped that health workers will provide education regarding food diversity in realizing women's reproductive health. Keywords: Diversity of Food, Reproductive Health, Women

Abstract

Access to healthcare services is an important determinant in improving the quality of healthcare services, particularly in rural areas that still face geographical and digital limitations. Inequality in access has the potential to hinder the realization of an equitable and sustainable healthcare system. This study aims to analyze the relationship between access to healthcare services and the quality of healthcare services. The research employed a descriptive analytic correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 150 community respondents in rural areas of Southeast Aceh Regency selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measuring dimensions of access (availability, affordability, acceptability, and digital access) as well as the quality of healthcare services. Data analysis was conducted bivariately using statistical tests appropriate to the level of data measurement. The results showed that most respondents perceived access to healthcare services as still inadequate, particularly in terms of geographical affordability and digital access. The quality of healthcare services was categorized as fairly good, although weaknesses remained in infrastructure and facilities. Bivariate analysis indicated a significant relationship between access to healthcare services and the quality of healthcare services (ρ-value < 0.05). Therefore, it is expected that efforts will be made to improve access to healthcare services through strengthening infrastructure, equitable distribution of healthcare personnel, and optimization of digital-based services to support the realization of a fair and sustainable healthcare system.

Abstract

Culturally responsive nursing care has become a critical need in home care services, particularly in multicultural regions such as Aceh Tenggara District. Nurses are required not only to be clinically competent but also to lead nursing practices that are sensitive to patients' cultural backgrounds. This community service initiative aims to empower nurses at Nurul Hasanah Kutacane Hospital to become effective leaders in home care services that are adaptive to cultural diversity. The program included clinical leadership training, cultural competency workshops, and case-based mentoring. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in nurses' knowledge and skills, with an average pre-test score of 55.8 and a post-test score of 84.4. The greatest improvement was observed in nurses' awareness of their role as leaders in homecare services, with an increase of 58.18%. In conclusion, this empowerment program contributed to enhancing nurses' capacity as humanistic and contextually responsive leaders in culturally sensitive homecare services.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Globalization trends increase human mobility and cultural exchange between countries is proliferating in society including the health care environment. Low nurse competency can limit the provision of professional nursing care to patients. can lead to misinterpretation of patient needs, inaccurate diagnoses, and treatment errors. Competent nurses can provide culturally aware, safe, and equitable nursing care. Anthropolinguistic learning support is a way to facilitate cultural and linguistic understanding within the scope of nursing practice. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of anthropolinguistic learning in developing nurse competency in the Inpatient Room at H. Sahudin Kutacane Kutacane Hospital. The design of this research is a quasi-experiment with pre and post-tests without control. The population in this study were all nurses in the inpatient room at H. Sahudin Kutacane Kutacane Hospital, totaling 146 nurses using a sampling technique, namely total sampling. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The research results showed that there was a difference between the average pre-test score for developing nurse competency (55.2) and the average post-test score for developing nurse competency (74.1) and there was an influence of the implementation of anthropolinguistic learning on the development of nurse competency with Asymp scores. Sig (2-tailed) 0.021. This research concludes that the implementation of anthropolinguistic learning has the opportunity to support the development of nurse competency. So, it is hoped that hospital management will facilitate routine and ongoing training in implementing anthropolinguistics for nurses. Keywords: Anthropolinguistics, Language, Culture, Competence, Nurse  ABSTRAK Tren globalisasi meningkatkan mobilitas manusia dan pertukaran budaya antar negara berkembang pesat di masyarakat termasuk lingkungan perawatan kesehatan. Kompetensi perawat yang rendah dapat membatasi pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang professional bagi pasien. dapat menyebabkan salah tafsir kebutuhan pasien, diagnosa yang tidak akurat dan kesalahan pengobatan. Perawat yang berkompeten dapat memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang sadar budaya, aman, dan adil untuk semua. Dukungan pembelajaran antropolinguistik merupakan suatu cara memfasilitasi pemahaman budaya dan bahasa dalam lingkup praktik keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran antropolinguistik terhadap pengembangan kompetensi perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD H. Sahudin Kutacane Kutacane. Desain penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan pre and post test without control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD H. Sahudin Kutacane Kutacane yang berjumlah 146 perawat dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed rangk test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata skor pre-test pengembangan kompetensi perawat (55,2) dengan rata-rata post-test pengembangan kompetensi perawat (74,1) serta ada pengaruh implementasi pembelajaran antropolinguistik terhadap pengembangan kompetensi perawat dengan nilai Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) 0,021. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah implementasi pembelajaran antropolinguistik berpeluang mendukung pengembangan kompetensi perawat. Jadi, diharapkan pihak manajerial rumah sakit memfasilitasi pelatihan rutin dan berkelanjutan dalam implementasi antropolinguistik bagi perawat. Kata Kunci: Antropolinguistik, Bahasa, Budaya, Kompetensi, Perawat
