Abstract

Employee performance affects the success of a company, including financial institutions, both bank and non-bank financial institutions such as the Village Credit Institution (LPD). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Tri Hita Karana Culture, Accountability, and Internal Control on the Performance of Village Credit Institutions (LPD). This research was conducted at 45 Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in Nusa Penida District with a population of 180 people. The sampling method used is a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The total sample taken is 150 people who are directly related to the performance of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) employees, namely the LPD chairman, secretary, treasurer and employees who have worked for more than 1 year. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that the Tri Hita Karana Culture, Accountability, and Internal Control have a significant positive influence on the Performance of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) Employees in Nusa Penida District.

Abstract

Marriage is something that every couple looks forward to. All preparations for the wedding are needed so that the bride and groom have a dream of a magnificent, memorable and unforgettable wedding. Wedding photo packages usually consist of the concept, service, facilities, price, duration of time. Currently, the other obstacle is the cost of the bride and groom. The problem that is often faced is that the bride and groom have minimal costs but want attractive results. Problems like this often make it difficult for brides-to-be when there is a lack of information that can be used as a reference in making decisions about wedding packages. The research that has been done is then proposed an analysis in the selection of wedding photo packages using the TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The TOPSIS process is a multi-criteria decision-making method whose final result is a recommendation or decision for the decision maker

Abstract

Petak Village has utilized technology in the form of a village information system. However, this has not provided maximum convenience, especially for the Petak Village community. This is caused by the lack of maximum utilization of the information system in terms of community needs related to village administration. The lack of public knowledge about how to utilize the information system and the lack of outreach, make these features not be used as they should. The public service most often needed by the community is regarding village administration in the form of a statement letter from the village administration. So far, people have had to come directly to the village office and then apply for the certificate. The process of submitting this letter can be made more concise if using technological assistance. The solutions offered to these problems are divided into two types of activities, namely training on the use of technology, especially web-based, in facilitating activities in the village and holding training on the use of technology that has been provided by Petak Village Apparatuses in terms of village administration services for the community. The initial activity that has been carried out is training regarding the use of technology in the form of healthy internet training, namely digital literacy for the people of Petak Village. Evaluation of activities was carried out at the end of the training and showed an increase in the knowledge of the trainees by 4.875. The second service activity is training in the use of village information systems in submitting letters. The results of the evaluation of community service activities are 51% of community service activities which are stated to be very good.

Abstract

SMKN 3 Sukawati is one of the State Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Gianyar Regency, Bali. The lessons given are adjusted to the SMK major taken. SMKN 3 Sukawati has competent teaching staff in their fields of study so that it is qualified and becomes one of the best SMK in Gianyar Regency. The SMKN 3 Sukawati library is good but has not been managed digitally, because IT staff have not specifically handled the library and the need for library staff to be trained in library management using information technology. In addition, the results of the interview found that teachers needed to improve their digital skills in terms of developing digital teaching materials. The solution offered is the implementation of an e-library in the form of installing a web-based library system, training in the use of the Web-Based Library System and training in the use of learning media using the Canva Application. The achievements of the community service outputs are in the form of installing a library system on the school's internal network, understanding of library staff regarding the function of the library system, and increasing teachers' knowledge of the use of digital learning media by 50% based on a comparison between pretest and posttest scores. Other outputs are in the form of appropriate technology and training modules.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik di Desa Petak dapat ditingkatkan melalui penggunaan teknologi informasi (TI). Meskipun desa ini sudah memiliki website dan sistem informasi desa yang dikelola swasta, penggunaannya masih belum maksimal. Tiga tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman TI yang terbatas oleh perangkat desa, admin desa yang belum bisa sepenuhnya menggunakan sistem informasi, dan pemanfaatan TI dalam pelayanan publik yang belum maksimal. Tujuannya adalah membantu pemerintah Desa Petak menerapkan TI dalam pelayanan publiknya. Program ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan tim pelaksana untuk mendefinisikan dan menyelesaikan masalah. Penyuluhan TI dan pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi diberikan kepada perangkat dan admin desa. Hasilnya, 75.6% perangkat desa dan 83% admin desa telah memahami penggunaan TI dan pengelolaan website untuk pelayanan publik, serta 84.3% perangkat desa memahami penggunaan sistem informasi.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di SMKN 2 Sukawati bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pendidikan melalui implementasi sistem perpustakaan digital SLiMS dan pelatihan penggunaan AI untuk guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Participatory Action Research, yang memungkinkan partisipasi aktif dari semua pihak terkait dalam mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah. Pendekatan ini dipilih agar solusi yang ditawarkan benar-benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan di lapangan. Setiap tahap kegiatan dirancang secara kolaboratif bersama sekolah, mulai dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi akhir. Pelibatan aktif guru dan staf perpustakaan menjadi kunci keberhasilan program ini. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan implementasi sukses dari SLiMS, dengan 100% buku perpustakaan tercatat dan petugas perpustakaan yang dapat menggunakan sistem ini secara lancar. Selain itu, ada peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman guru tentang pemanfaatan AI dalam pembelajaran, dengan 92.8% guru menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman setelah pelatihan. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran dan manajemen perpustakaan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pendidikan di SMKN 2 Sukawati.

Abstract

Gizi pada balita dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosioekonomi dan latar belakang sosial budaya yang berhubungan dengan pola makan dan nutrisi. Nutrisi yang tidak adekuat dalam lima tahun pertama kehidupan berakibat pada gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik, mental dan otak yang bersifat irreversible. Ukuran keberhasilan dalam pemenuhan nutrisi adalah status gizi. Status gizi balita mencerminkan tingkat perkembangan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam suatu negara serta berhubungan dengan status kesehatan anak di masa depan. Pencatatan status gizi pada Banjar Titih telah dilakukan setiap bulan oleh petugas dengan mencatat status gizi secara langsung dengan metode antropometri yakni mencatat berat badan dan umur balita pada KMS (Kartu Menuju Sehat). Selain itu ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi status gizi balita yaitu konsumsi makanan dari balita serta pengaruh faktor ekologi dari tempat tinggal orang tua yang belum tercatat oleh petugas. Dari beberapa penelitian yang telah dilakukan tersebut maka diusulkan sebuah analisa dalam pengelompokan status gizi yang ada pada Banjar Titih menggunakan metode K-Means. K-Means merupakan salah satu metode clustering/pengelompokan non hirarki. Teknik pengelompokkan datanya sederhana dan cepat. Sehingga dengan menggunakan metode K-Means dapat memberikan informasi kelompok cluster status gizi balita pada Banjar Titih.
