Abstract

Along with the development of computers and technology, the business world is becoming increasingly competitive. One of the most important things that must be anticipated by the company/organization is a reliable and qualified workforce in each position. Currently, the selection process for determining answers in the Lais sub-district is still going on manually and has not used information technology, thus making it difficult for the sub-district government to position staff according to the area of ​​expertise possessed by each sub-district employee. From these problems it is necessary to make a decision support system to facilitate the sub-district in conducting the selection process for determining employee positions. In making this decision support system the author uses the TOPSIS method. The results of this study resulted in a computerized decision support system based on a website and for the application of the Topsis method, it was found that alternative 1 was identified as the best alternative compared to other alternatives with a value of 0.661180544.

Abstract

One of the problems experienced by many countries, especially developing countries and a concern is poverty. This matter must be immediately addressed by the government so that it is necessary to find a way out so that people's lives will be better. One of the solutions that the government has taken is to provide assistance, for example the assistance of chickens. However, the provision of assistance is still uneven, one of which is due to errors during the data assessment process for prospective beneficiaries. Therefore it is necessary to make a Decision Support System (DSS). DSS built web-based using the incremental model for system development. the method implemented in the DSS to determine the recipient of chicken livestock assistance is the weighted product. From the results of the study, it was found that the prospective recipient of chicken livestock assistance who had the greatest preference weight was obtained by Pornomo Sidi, which was 0.1390. In addition, the system created is very attractive and can display a list of potential recipients of chicken livestock assistance effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Plantation is all activities that use certain and specific plants with soil or other parts of plants in adapted ecosystems. Other plantation activities also include processing and marketing of these crops. In the plantation sub-sector, sugar cane is an important plantation and national economic development strategy and contributes significantly to the plantation sub-sector. Sugarcane is a plantation crop that is widely grown in Indonesia, such as in Java, North and South Sumatra. One of the sugarcane producing areas in Purworejo Regency is Loano District. There are many sugar factories scattered throughout the sugar cane development area and the leading sugarcane plants are in Purworejo Regency. The purpose of this research is to predict production to meet market demand using the Time Series method with the Moving Average model. This study uses a Moving Average model consisting of: Single Moving Average (SMA) and Weighted Moving Average (WMA) with forecasting accuracy using Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Error (MAE) as the selection of the best model to be used for forecasting. From this study, the results of forecasting the amount of sugarcane production in Loano District for the next 4 periods, after 2015 from the WMA model, are: 113,91 ton; 135,62 ton; 101,96 ton; and 89,88 ton. The best model result is the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) model with the smallest forecasting accuracy value, namely the MSE value of 1.833,07 and the MAE of 36,07.

Abstract

Desa wisata merupakan inovasi dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Indonesia, salah satunya desa wisata Kampung Tudung di Desa Grujugan Kecamatan Petanahan Kabupaten Kebumen Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Desa wisata Kampung Tudung diharapkan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian Desa Grujugan. Kampung Tudung dikelola oleh kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) Pringgondani. Saat ini desa wisata Kampung Tudung belum mempunyai tata kelola yang baik. Permasalahan penting yang dihadapi yaitu pemenuhan dokumen dan syarat-syarat pengajuan surat keputusan resmi sebagai desa wisata. Surat tersebut bisa didapat dengan mengajukan reviu ke pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Kebumen. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas Pokdarwis Pringgondani dalam tata kelola desa wisata Kampung Tudung. Metode pengabdian berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, persiapan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan kapasitas Pokdarwis dibuktikan dengan dihasilkannya dokumen borang self assessment untuk pengajuan surat keputusan desa wisata. Dari self assessment tersebut, Pokdarwis dapat memprediksi skor kategori desa wisata Kampung Tudung, yaitu 80 poin atau masuk kategori desa wisata maju. Kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan Pokdarwis Pringgondani dalam mengelola desa wisata sebesar rata – rata 17,97%.

Abstract

Teknologi saat ini memiliki peran penting sebagai penentu keputusan maupun pendukung keputusan, hal ini dapat diimplementasikan Bidang Pendidikan. Kegiatan OSIS guna meningkatkan pengalaman jiwa kepemimpinan, kersama tim yang solid dan diakhir tahun ajaran pembelajaran pengurus OSIS SMK Telkom memberikan apresiasi bagi anggota terbaiknya. Saat mekanisme pemilihan menggunakan cara mengumpulkan poin yang didapatkan akan tetapi masih belum menerapkan teori sistem pendukung keputusan. Kegiatan pengabdian menggunakan teknik ceramah teori dasar sistem pendukung keputusan dan pendampingan menggunakan algoritma sistem pendukung keputusan. Hasil kegiatan ini guna meningkatkan pengetahuan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk diimplementasikan lingkungan sekolah dan bisa memberikan rekomendasi alternatif keputusan. Dampak positif para siswa mengetahui teori-teori sistem pendukung keputusan, algoritma hingga perhitungan algoritma sistem pendukung keputusan. Pemahaman ilmu sistem pendukung keputusan dengan tiga kategori menghasilkan nilai rata-rata sembilan.
