Abstract

This PkM activity uses the method of empowerment (Community Development) for tourism managers who attend as many as 15 people. The post-test value showed that there was a change in the form of an increase in the understanding of the public understanding of the green marketing concept material, which was 93%. This change in a mindset based on the environment can occur due to awareness about the efficiency of Green Marketing products and shared responsibility to create an economic climate without massive sacrifices to the natural environment in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and test the effect of communication and teamwork on work effectiveness partially and simultaneously. Using quantitative methods. The data source used in the research is a primary source with data collection techniques, namely by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study was 140 people and samples were taken using the Slovin formula so that the total sample was 58 respondents. Data analysis techniques use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous) and Determination Coefficient (R2). Data management in this research uses the SPSS 21 software. The research results show that partially communication has a positive and significant influence on employee work effectiveness, while teamwork has a positive and significant influence on employee work effectiveness. Simultaneously, communication and teamwork together have a significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The correlation between communication and teamwork has a very strong correlation with a value (R2) of 0.579, while communication and teamwork skills are 57.9% and the remaining 42.1% can be explained by other variables not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2017-2022, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used is quantitative with time series data covering inflation, exchange rates, interest rates, and the JCI. The data used in this study consists of 288 observations, with each variable having 72 data points. The analysis method includes multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination, with the help of SPSS 27.0 software. The results of the study show that: (1) inflation has been positive and significant effect on the JCI, (2) exchange rates have a positive but insignificant effect on the JCI, (3) interest rates have a negative and significant effect on the JCI, and (4) simultaneously, inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates have a significant effect on the JCI in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2017-2022.

Abstract

Every organization or company has various important parts to support the running of the organization's or company's activities in achieving organizational or company goals. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, training and employee performance. This research used a sample of 80 respondents. The research method used is causality research. To answer the hypothesis using Structured Equation Model (SEM) data analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the testing, the results showed that the work environment and training had a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the role of communication and teamwork on employee work loyalty at PT. Boo Young Indonesia. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, the population in this study was 150 people. Sampling used the Slovin formula with an unsaturated technique with a sample size of 60 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and is distributed directly to PT employees. Boo Young Indonesia. Data analysis using smartPLS 3.0. The results of the research show that communication has an effect on employee loyalty because the t-statistic value is 11,957 > t-table 1.96 and the p-value significance value is 0.000 > 0.05, so communication can be used as a measure of whether an employee has high or low work loyalty. Teamwork has a positive effect on employee loyalty because the t-statistic value is 44,577 > t-table 1.96 and the p-value is 0.000 < 0.05, the better the teamwork, the more it will influence employee loyalty, and vice versa. Communication and teamwork simultaneously have a positive effect on employee loyalty because the variability of the communication construct (X1) and teamwork (X2) is 94.0%, which means they simultaneously have a strong effect due to values ​​above 0.75, so that if communication and teamwork are improved simultaneously the same, then this will affect the loyalty of an employee.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan cita rasa terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Rumah Makan Ibu Waning di Lebak, Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang pernah berkunjung minimal dua kali ke rumah makan tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Cita rasa juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, kualitas pelayanan dan cita rasa secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Sehingga paya meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan mutu pelayanan dan penyajian makanan yang berkualitas cita rasa tinggi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pelaku usaha kuliner dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) find out how much influence training has on employee performance; (2) to find out how much the work environment influences employee performance; (3) to find out how much training and work environment influence employee performance. This research is quantitative research and was conducted at PT Maju Tambak Sumur Lampung Selatan with a total of 65 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The data in this research was taken using questionnaires, observations, interviews. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 29. From the results of this test it can be concluded that (1) the training variable (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y); (2) work environment variables (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y); (3) training variables (X1) work environment (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y).
