Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui upaya penggunaan metode SQ3R untuk meningkatkan aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar siswa dan performansi guru dalam pelajaran bahasa Indonesia khususnya materi menulis narasi, dengan masalah penelitian yaitu, bagaimanakah peningkatan aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar siswa dan performansi guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia menggunakan metode SQ3R pada siswa kelas III SD Negeri 04 Kalirandu Kabupaten Pemalang. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif. Teknik dan alat pengumpul data yaitu dengan teknik tes dan non tes. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas III SD Negeri 04 Kalirandu Kabupaten Pemalang dengan siswa sebanyak 42, terdiri dari 18 orang siswa perempuan dan 24 orang siswa laki-laki. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan dua kali tindakan atau dua kali siklus. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa adanya peningkatan aktivitas siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Persentase aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 79,09% meningkat menjadi 84,24% pada siklus II. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, dari persentase tuntas belajar klasikal 78,57% dengan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa 73,09 pada siklus I, menjadi 90,48% dengan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa 78,21 pada siklus II, serta performansi guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia materi menulis narasi pada siswa kelas III SD Negeri 04 Kalirandu Kabupaten Pemalang juga meningkat yaitu dari 82,14 pada pelaksanaan tindakan siklus I, menjadi 87,69 (A) pada pelaksanaan tindakan siklus II. Kesimpulannya, dengan menerapkan metode SQ3R, dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 04 Kalirandu Kabupaten Pemalang

Abstract

Abstract: School quality control management is an important key to ensuring quality and sustainable education in every educational institution. In this context, planning, implementation, measurement, evaluation, and continuous improvement are the main focus. The importance of quality control in improving the quality of education, both in terms of student achievement and teaching effectiveness, is strongly emphasized. In addition, the active involvement of stakeholders, such as students, parents, teachers, and the community, is considered crucial for the success of quality control. By involving them in decision-making processes and policy implementation, schools can ensure responsiveness to their needs and expectations. With this approach, schools can achieve continuous improvements in the quality of their education in accordance with established standards. The research in this paper uses a descriptive-qualitative approach, using primary and supporting literature to review the existing discussion. In conclusion, school quality control management provides a solid foundation for achieving optimal academic achievement and provides positive benefits for all education stakeholders.

Abstract

This thesis concludes about Educational Service Marketing Innovation in Increasing the Interest of MTS Daarul Rahman V Students in Sungai Guntung Indragiri Hilir, Riau. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection through interview, observation, and document study techniques. The results of these findings reveal several things as follows: First , the Marketing carried out by MTS Daarul Rahman V Sungai Guntung Indragiri Hilir Riau has implemented various integrated marketing strategies. They made direct visits to schools around the Guntung River area, where the ustadz, ustazah, and students introduced the advantages of Islamic boarding schools. Islamic boarding schools also take advantage of religious events such as the commemoration of maulid and isra' mi'raj for da'wah, as well as participating in the Quranic tilawatil contest. In addition, they use print media such as brochures and banners. The involvement of students in extracurricular activities such as scouting and skill demonstrations such as calligraphy is also part of an effective marketing strategy to attract interest and strengthen the positive image of the Islamic boarding school. Second , marketing innovation efforts to increase interest in MTS Daarul Rahman V Sungai Guntung Indragiri Hilir Riau include the use of technology and digital platforms, especially social media, which is the key to reaching a wider audience and increasing public awareness. The use of the latest technology in marketing can improve the efficiency of information delivery and services. The development of an effective promotion strategy and the upskilling of the marketing team are also crucial. Focusing on compelling visual marketing can increase the situational interest of prospective students.
