Abstract

This research is motivated by guests who do not recommend Daima Hotel Padang due to their less satisfactory experience during their stay. The research aims to determine the influence of customer experience and trust on repurchase intention at Daima Hotel Padang. The research type is quantitative descriptive. using purposive sampling technique, a sample 0f 98 respondents who met the criteria of having stayed at least once at Daima Hotel Padang. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire based on a Likert scale, which has been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and met the classical assumptions. After hypothesis testing, a coefficient of determination (R Square) value 0,051 was obtained, indicating that the variable of customer experience and trust influence repurchase intention by 51% with the remaining 49% influenced by others factors.

Abstract

Education is a crucial foundation in determining the future of a nation, and students' enthusiasm for learning is a vital component in the learning process. A strong spirit not only improves academic results but also fosters a continuous interest in learning. With the development of information and communication technology, interactive learning media has become an important tool to encourage students' learning enthusiasm. This medium functions as an assistive technology that supports students in the learning process, personal development, and assessment of their abilities. By combining multimedia elements and interaction, this learning media offers an engaging learning experience that aligns with the characteristics of the digital generation. The method applied in this research is a literature review, which collects and analyzes various scientific references regarding interactive learning media. The research results show that the utilization of various types of media, such as interactive games, applications based on Lectora Inspire, and augmented reality-based media, can enhance students' learning motivation by creating engaging and interactive learning experiences. Interactive learning media not only capture students' attention but also stimulate their participation in the learning process. Thus, interactive learning media can be an effective solution in enhancing students' enthusiasm and learning outcomes, as well as helping them understand the material better.

Abstract

Based on observations during the Community Service Program (KKN) in Manera Village, Salomekko District, Bone Regency, it was identified that the majority of residents work as farmers and livestock breeders. Rice straw, as agricultural waste, is often not optimally utilized, even though it has the potential to be used as silage as a nutritious animal feed. The aim of this program is to provide training to the community on practical, efficient rice straw silage making techniques that can increase the availability of animal feed throughout the year. Activities are carried out through extension methods, direct demonstrations, and practice with the Manera village community. The results of the activities show high community enthusiasm and increased skills in processing rice straw into quality animal feed.

Abstract

Introduction: Diabetes Mellitus is still a serious health problem worldwide, especially in Indonesia. Due to its persistent nature and increasing prevalence, it appears that efforts to control this disease still face many challenges in its implementation in the community. Several risk factors play a role in the development of this disease. These include family history of diabetes, environmental influences, age, obesity, ethnicity, comorbidities, medication, occupation, unhealthy diet, and physical inactivity. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of not achieving fasting blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Singgani Health Center in Palu City. Method: This study used a cross-sectional design in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Singgani health center in Palu City, data collection was carried out using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques, with a total sample of 100. Data were obtained from the results of patient medical records, data analysis using descriptive analysis, namely the analysis method used to describe the characteristics of the research subjects and the character of blood glucose levels, then analyzed using SPSS, namely to see the analysis of factors not achieving fasting blood glucose levels statistically tested using Chi-Square. Result: The results of the study were that most patients were in the category of unattainable fasting blood glucose levels, totaling 87 patients ? 110 mg/dl out of a total of 100 samples. As well as being influenced by sociodemographic characteristic factors, namely in employment status, namely in the group of patients not working in the category of fasting blood glucose not reached, totaling 62 patients, with an Odds Ratio of 2.32 with a significance value of p = 0.02. Conclusion: The employment status of 62 patients in the non-working group had a 2.32 times risk of not achieving fasting blood glucose levels.
