Abstract

Abstract The winner in business competition is organization which provides the best quality service for its customers. The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of quality service on students’ satisfaction of a higher educational institution in Pontianak. There are four dimension of SERVQUAL that covers in this research, namely: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and emphaty. Service quality was represented by four administrative and technician staff that frequently handle students’ problems. Survey was used as data collection method while questionnaire was used as data collection tool. Samples were chosen by probability sampling, stratified random sampling. Result of the study showed an affect of the four dimensions of SERVQUAL on students’ satisfaction, where the most significant effect was occur from emphaty dimension. Keywords: quality service, customer satisfaction, administrative, technician and staff.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Tayan Hilir Kabupaten Sanggau memiliki 2 jurusan yaitu jurusan IPA dan IPS dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 637 siswa. SMAN 1 Tayan Hilir ini adalah satu-satunya sekolah menengah atas yang ada di Kecamatan Tayan Hilir. Sekkolah ini sering mengadakan kegiatan yang melibatkan pihak internal dan eksternal sekolah. Pada momen pembukaan acara-acara tersebut tentu saja dibutuhkan seorang MC yang mampu memandu acara dengan baik dan benar. Sekolah bisa memanfaatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan siswa-siswanya yang memiliki kemampuan public speaking yang bagus. Namun faktanya belum semua siswa memiliki kemampuan tersebut. Ada beberapa alasan yang menyebabkan siswa belum memiliki kualitas yang bagus dalam aktivitas public speaking-nya antara lain keterampilan komunikasi dan kepercayaan diri yang masih rendah. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada siswa SMAN 1 Tayan Hilir Kabupaten Sanggau tentang keterampilan dalam public speaking khususnya keterampilan dalam master of ceremony dan memberikan pelatihan singkat bagi siswa SMAN 1 Tayan Hilir Kabupaten Sanggau untuk menjadi seorang master of ceremony tahap pemula. Kegiatan PKM ini akan dilaksanakan dengan tahapan analisis kondisi dan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra,pelatihan di lokasi PKM dan pembuatan laporan. Dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner diketahui bahwa 100 % peserta tertarik akan materi public speaking dan 100% juga peserta mengatakan bahwa pelatihan public speaking ini bermanfaat bagi mereka. Disamping itu sebanyak 79,3 % peserta ingin terus mengembangkan kemampuan public speaking mereka setelah selesai pelatihan. Luaran target yang ingin dicapai dalam PKM ini adalah artikel di media massa dan publikasi di Jurnal nasional PKM.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of the effectiveness and contribution value of regional tax revenues on the Regional Original Income (PAD) of districts and cities in West Kalimantan province during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted to test and analyze the relationship and correlation between the effectiveness of regional taxes and the contribution of regional taxes to local revenue for 14 districts and cities in West Kalimantan province. This type of research is associative research using data from district and city regional government financial reports in West Kalimantan province for 2020-2022. Researchers used Financial Report data for the last 3 years because an extraordinary event called Covid-19 occurred which affected local government income from taxes, levies and other income. Based on the results of simultaneous Hypothesis Testing for the variables Regional Tax Effectiveness (X1) and Regional Tax Contribution (X2) together they will influence the Original Regional Income of Regencies and Cities in West Kalimantan and the influence is 63.9%, while the remaining 36.1% is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

Abstract

This systematic literature review (SLR) analyzes the strategic role of tech self-efficacy as a driver of innovation and organizational performance in various multidisciplinary contexts. Applying the PRISMA protocol, 144 articles were identified from the Scopus database and supplementary sources, and 32 studies met the final inclusion criteria (2020–2025). Using the CIMO (Context-Intervention-Mechanism-Outcome) framework, this review synthesizes empirical findings from the fields of education, technology, entrepreneurship, and workplace inclusion. The results indicate that tech self-efficacy consistently improves innovative behavior, technology adoption, creativity, and organizational performance, mediated by organizational support, inclusive leadership, digital readiness, and trust in AI. Methodological trends are dominated by quantitative approaches, particularly Structural Equation Modeling, while qualitative and mixed methods studies are still limited. Geographically, publications are dominated by China, creating a gap in cross-cultural representation, particularly in Africa and Latin America. Theoretically, research still relies on Social Cognitive Theory, Technology Acceptance Model, and Diffusion of Innovation. Despite the rapidly growing literature, it demonstrates conceptual fragmentation, a lack of integration of cultural and temporal dynamics, and limited discussion of the digital divide and psychological well-being in technology-based workplaces. This SLR provides a more holistic conceptual understanding of tech self-efficacy and offers a multidimensional framework for future research. Recommendations include expanding cross-cultural studies, utilizing mixed methods , and exploring new topics such as AI self-efficacy, digital resilience, and inclusive innovation ecosystems.

Abstract

This study explored the impact of equal employment opportunity (EEO) on innovative work behavior, with organizational justice, psychological safety, and employee engagement as mediators, within Indonesia's banking sector. A quantitative survey design was used, gathering data from employees in both private and state-owned banks. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied to analyze the proposed relationships. The findings indicated that EEO positively influenced perceptions of fairness, interpersonal safety, and work engagement. These psychological factors were found to have a positive impact on innovative work behavior. Additionally, all three variables acted as significant mediators between EEO and innovative behavior. In essence, the study highlighted how EEO policies based on fairness helped create a work environment that promotes engagement and psychological safety, thereby encouraging employees to generate new ideas and contribute to organizational improvements. These results emphasize the role of fair human resource practices in fostering innovation within organizations.
