Abstract

Artikel ini membahas hadis tentang perkembangan embrio yang difokuskan pada pemahaman para ulama dan perbandingannya dengan embriologi mutakhir. Pada beberapa hal, kajian ini menemukan adanya kesesuain dan perbedaan di antara dua perspektif tersebut. Salah satu perbedaan yang bisa dikemukakan adalah dalam perspektif ulama, waktu yang dibutuhkan pada setiap tahap perkembangan nuthfah, `alaqah dan mudghah adalah empat puluh hari, sehingga peniupan ruh ke dalamnya terjadi pasca tiga kali empat puluh hari itu. Pemahaman ini pada akhirnya berimplikasi pada perbedaan pendapat di kalangan ulama seputar hukum aborsi sebelum usia kandungan mencapai empat bulan, dan beberapa implikasi lainnya. Sedangkan dalam ilmu embrilogi, tiga kali empat hari tersebut tidak dikenal, ketiga tahap, nuthfah, `alaqah dan mudhgah, sebetulnya berproses dalam satu kali empat puluh hari. Bahkan menurut hasil riset ilmu ini, pada usia minggu kedua belas sampai ketiga belas embrio telah bisa bergerak meskipun belum dirasakan oleh perempuan yang menghamilkannya. Ini berarti masa kehidupun embrio menurut riset ini lebih awal dari hasil pemikiran ulama di atas. Walhasil, tulisan ini merekomendsasikan hasil penelitian ilmu kedokteran tersebut dipertimbangkan untuk mengubah pemahaman para ulama tersebut sekaligus menggugurkan implikasi yang ditimbulkannya.

Abstract

This article discusses the hadith transmitters involvement in Kufa politic dynamic in the early time of Islam Period, which was experiencing a long range of social turmoils. These turmoils occurred from 40 H/661 AD until the end of the Umayyad dynasty in 125 H/743 AD. This article adopts a historical approach to conceive of the dynamic of politics among the hadith transmitters. This research revealed that the hadith transmitters built the city of Kufa. The behavior related to discrimination toward the opponents and the disappointments on the Umayah Dynasty triggered many rebellions such as al-Ḥusayn ibn ‘Alî ibn Abî Ṭâlib, Ibn al-Zubayr, Mukhtâr al-Thaqafî, al-tawwâbûn, and Zayd ibn ‘Alî. These turmoils involved Sa‘d ibn Abî Waqqâṣ and al-Mughîrah ibn Shu‘bah. We argue that the hadith transmitter influenced the hadiths they narrated. Based on the investigation of the two hadith contents that they narrated indicated that they took the side of the Mu‘âwiyah Dynasty and ‘Alî’s followers as the opponents.

Abstract

The history of hadith, such as regarding the issue of its codification, which has an important role, position, or contribution in the development of Islamic historiography, has left various problems of interpretation that are not clear, complicated, and problematic, thus triggering scholars to respond. One of them is Muhammad ‘Ajaj al-Khatib through his work as-Sunnah Qabla at-Tadwin. However, ‘Ajaj’s thoughts on the history of hadith in his book are still not explained analytically. This study aims to fill that gap. This study is a literature study of the work of ‘Ajaj, as-Sunnah Qabla at-Tadwin, which is equipped with various relevant secondary sources. The result is that ‘Ajaj’s thoughts found in his book as-Sunnah Qabla at-Tadwin are a response to the accusations by skeptics of the Prophet's hadith which are considered problematic in their historicity and authenticity. ‘Ajaj’s response to this topic aims not only to strengthen Muslim’s belief in the authenticity of the Prophet’s traditions but also to enlighten Muslim’s understanding of the history of the Prophet’s traditions and affirm the view that the Prophet's traditions have been preserved since the time of the Prophet. For ‘Ajaj, the hadith of the Prophet SAW from the beginning has been guaranteed to be authenticated. Because, since the time of the Prophet, hadith has been studied, taught, and maintained seriously and strictly. This is because so much attention has been paid to the hadith as the second source of Islamic teachings, and the consequences for those who deny it are so heavy.

Abstract

This study explores the Salafi-Wahabi movement's typology of hadith understanding and its consequences for Islamic law. This qualitative study employs the identity politics theory and the hadith understanding theory. Identity politics is utilized to assess the Salafi movement, and the concept of hadith understanding is used to examine different understandings of hadith. This study found that Salafi developed as a response to the behavior of bid’ah (innovation in religion), currents of syncretism, pluralism, liberalism, and the legitimating influence of Shia. The Salafi believes that Islamic organizations in Indonesia have failed to respond and have even been dissolved by the current situation, leading Muslims to stray away from hadith. Their identity politics is defined through numerous projects, including returning to Quran and sunnah slogans, putting on robes (long garments for both men and women), beards, and kuniyah. This is a way for them to justify their existence to oppose conventional identities. This study contends that the Salafi group's textual understanding of hadith promotes rigid Islamic law, which leads to societal conflict. As a result, the government and religious institutions should work together to develop Washatiyah Islam as a counter-ideology and discourse.  Abstrak: Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tipologi pemahaman hadis kelompok Salafi-Wahabi dan implikasinya pada hukum Islam. Studi ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori politik identitas dan teori pemahaman hadis. Politik identitas digunakan untuk menganalisis Salafi sebagai sebuah gerakan, sedangan teori pemahaman hadis menganalisis varian pemahaman hadisnya. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa kelompok Salafi berkembang akibat reaksi mereka terhadap perilaku bid'ah, sinkretisme, pluralisme, liberalisme dan pengaruh Syiah. Bagi mereka, organisasi Islam yang mainstrem di Indonesia gagal merespons bahkan ikut larut oleh arus tersebut sehingga umat Islam semakin jauh dari hadis. Politik identitas mereka diartikulasikan dengan berbagai proyek, yaitu kembali kepada al-Quran dan sunnah, pakaian gamis, jenggot dan penggunaan kuniyah. Hal ini merupa- kan cara untuk melegitimasi eksistensi mereka guna meresistensi identitas mainstream. Penelitian ini beragumen bahwa pemahaman hadis kelompok Salafi yang tekstual melahirkan hukum Islam yang kaku dan mengakibatkan konflik sosial. Karena itu, pemerintah dan organisasi keagamaan hendaknya mengembangkan Islam washatiyah sebagai kontra ideologi dan wacana.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam perencanaan pembelajaran pada anak berkebutuhan khusus tingkat SMA/K. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan wawancara dalam pengumpulan data pada dua instrument kunci, kepala sekolah dan guru BK, sebagai informan pendukung guru PAI dan peserta didik. Analisa menggunakan model Milles and Hubermen. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tidak ditemukannya strategi pembelajaran dalam perencanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam secara khusus untuk peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus serta bahwa Strategi pembelajaran dalam perencanaannya dilakukan secara menyeluruh untuk peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus dan normal. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaan pembelajaran PAI pada kelas umum dengan terdapat siswa ABK tidak ada perencanaan khusus, melainkan menggunakan perencanaan yang sama dengan pembelajaran umumnya, maka guru meemerlukan kreativitas dan pendekatan lainnya dalam pelaksanaan dan langkah-langkah pembelajaran serta dalam melakukan asesmen di kelas yang terdapat siswa ABK.

Abstract

This research examines efforts in child protection and empowerment of vulnerable groups such as street children, underage children, adolescents, and the elderly in Samarinda City. The method of community service involves identifying needs through surveys and interviews, designing guidance programs based on best practices, conducting guidance sessions, and periodic evaluation. The results show that collaboration between educational institutions and local communities can have a positive and sustainable impact. Challenges include consistency in participation and logistical constraints, but development opportunities such as expanding partnerships and utilizing information technology are also identified. This research emphasizes the importance of child protection efforts and empowerment of vulnerable groups in achieving positive social change in the community
