Abstract

This study aimed to develop the E-module, which is a a Google Sites–based online module to increase students' achievement in bachelor program degree economic education. It would be able to facilitate lecture’s carrying out learning in an effective and efficient manner, especially when distance learning is implemented. This research and development study had five stages: analysis, design, development, Implementation and evaluate. The e-module quality is validated using expert judgment, and its applicability to students is then evaluated. The research subjects are students in of class management information system class. The results reveal that the E-module had high quality in the appearance and programming aspects based on expert judgment. Then, based on the practicality test, students and lecture's determined that the E-module was very practical to use because it was visually appealing, the menus and pane navigation functioned well, and the content was appropriate for students. There is a significant (significant) difference between the average learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class. As a result, it can be concluded that the E-module has high quality, practice, and would be widely used by lecture’s in conducting classroom learning.

Abstract

This research aims.to examines the effect of product quality and word of mouth on repurchase interest and purchase decisions as mediate variables on Universitas Negeri Padang Students using Maxim application. This research conducted by quantitative (causal) method. Purposive sampling and Cochran formulation were use in this research. Total sample was 97 respondents. This research used primary data with spreading questionnaire to students at Universitas Negeri Padang who had using Maxim apps. SEM PLS 3.0 analysis also used in this research. SEM PLS analysis showed that : 1)  Product quality didn’t have any significant impact on repurchase interest. 2) Word of Mouth had a significant impact on repurchase interest. 3) Product quality had a significant impac on purchase decisions. 4) Word of Mouth had a significant impact on purchase decisions. 5) Purchase decisions had a significant impact on repurchase interest. 6) Product quality gave a significant impact on repurchase interest mediated by purchase decisions. 7) Word of Mouth didn’t have any significant impact on repurchase interest mediated by purchase decisions. Keywords : product quality, word of mouth, purchase decisions, repurchase interest

Abstract

Pemberian kuncian bambu petung mempengaruhi mutu dari bata merah. Mutu kuat tekan pada pasangan bata merah interlocking secara umum mengalami kenaikan. Kenaikan ini terjadi diakibatkan oleh proses pemasangan interlocking bambu petung yang benar-benar tepat dan pas mengunci rapat bata, dimana ukuran lubang pada pasangan bata merah dibuat pas sesuai dengan ukuran bambu yang akan dipasang. Bambu petung adalah bambu yang mempunyai sifat baik serta dapat.dimanfaatkan, seperti batangnya yaitu kuat, keras, lurus, pipih, mudah dibentuk, mudah dikerjakan dan ringan sehingga mudah dikerjakan. Dimana kita ketahui bambu petung sangat mudah diperoleh dengan harga murah karena pertumbuhannya yang sangat cepat. Bambu petung juga mempunyai kuat tarik cukup tinggi sehingga dapat menggantikan fungsi baja. Pada penelitian ini diuji melakukan.pengujian kuat tekan dan kuat.geser.pasangan batu bata.serta.pengujian kuat tekan.dan kuat lentur pada dinding batu bata merah..Hasil pengujian.untuk.kuat tekan pasangan batu bata.merah adalah 20.03 kg/m²,.hasil uji kuat.geser.pasangan batu bata.yaitu 5.48 kg/m², kemudian hasil pengujian kuat lentur dinding batu bata merah mengalami beberapa peningkatan yaitu pada pasangan dinding batu bata merah dengan penetrasi interlocking 0,5 cm mililiki kuat lentur yang cukup meningkat yaitu sebesar 12,32 KN. Dibanding pasangan dinding dengan penetrasi 1 cm yang memiliki kuat lentur sebesar 2.46 KN.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information on how to implement and cultivate the character values of the 7 Poe Atikan implemented in the Purwakarta district. This study took data using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The collection techniques are observation, interviews, and literature study as data collection techniques. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Munjuljaya Purwakarta. The results of this study obtained information regarding the cultivation of character values from the 7 P oe Atikan Istimewa which were implemented at SDN 2 Munjuljaya Purwakarta which had been implemented and instilled character values in students through several different activities every day. This research implies that the implementation of the 7 Poe Atika in schools can instill character values in students to improve the abilities and quality of students at school and outside of school.

Abstract

Purpose – The main purpose of this study was to assess how Work-Family conflict, workload, and work stress function as mediating factors influencing the performance of female employees at BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) in the West Sumatra Province.  Methodology – This quantitative investigation was conducted using a survey approach, with the sample consisting of 188 married or formerly married female employees out of a total of 128 participants. A questionnaire was used as an instrument which was designed using Google form and consisted of 58 questions. Furthermore, the sampling was carried out using Cluster Sampling, with districts/cities serving as the clusters. Descriptive statistical and Partial Least Square (PLS) analyses were adopted for the data analysis process using the Smart PLS 3.2.3 program. Findings – The results showed that workload and Work-Family conflict had a positive influence on both work pressure and the performance of female employees. Meanwhile, Work-Family conflict and work pressure negatively influenced the performance of female employees. A negative influence was also observed on the performance of women employees due to Work-Family conflict, mediated through work pressure. Originality – This research investigated the influence of Work-Family conflict and workload on the performance of women employees, mediated by job pressure.

Abstract

Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan di Mifan (Minang Fantasi) Padang Panjang Water Park terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengunjung Mifan (Minang Fantasi) Padang Panjang Water Park yang berkunjung lebih dari dua kali. Menurut rumus Chokhroan, terdapat total 97 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kausal dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online menggunakan Google Forms. Perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0 digunakan untuk melakukan analisis data dengan metode SEM. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa reliability dan assurance tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty dimediasi oleh customer satisfaction. Kepuasan pelanggan secara signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Daya tanggap, empati dan bukti berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Faktor-faktor tersebut berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study objective to identify the factors that influence student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic at Smkn 3 Padang and Smks Nusatama Padang. The population in the research is 1801 students of Smkn 3 Padang and Smks Nusatama Padang and the sample is 95 students obtained using Proportional random sampling technique. The data is collected with questionnaire from 95 respondents who doing online learning during covid-19. The data will be analyzed using factor analysis. The result of the analysis show that school factors and parenting, and self-potential factors are the factors that influences student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic at Smkn 3 Padang. And the result of the analysis show that instrumental factors, learning facilities factors, discipline and parenting factors, personal factors are the factors that influences student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic at Smks Nusatama Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service speed and information system security on satisfaction moderated by trust in Padang State University students in the use of BRIZZI Trans Padang. This type of research is causative quantitative. The population in this study were all Padang State University students who were active in the January-June 2021 semester from BP 2016-2020. The number of research samples was 100 people and was selected using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The data used is the type of primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to Padang State University students with predetermined criteria. The analytical method that the researcher uses is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of the SPSS 18 program. The results show that: First, there is a positive and significant influence between service Speed on Padang State University student satisfaction on the use of BRIZZI Trans Padang. Second, there is a positive and significant effect between information system security on the joy of Padang State University students on the use of BRIZZI Trans Padang. Third, trust does not strengthen the impact of service speed on Padang State University student satisfaction in using BRIZZI Trans Padang and. Fourth, security does not enhance the influence of information system security on the joy of Padang State University students in using BRIZZI Trans Padang

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine Lazada's consumer loyalty to Padang State University students who were influenced by e-service quality and satisfaction and enhanced by trust as an intervening variable. Causative is the type of research chosen by the researcher. The research technique was chosen by purposive sampling with a total sample of 140 based on SEM. Primary data is the data used in this study, the data obtained from distributing questionnaires to undergraduate students at the University of Padang with the criteria of having made a purchase at the online store at Lazada and had made repeated purchases at the online store at Lazada. The analytical method used is SEM analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results obtained are: 1) Lazada consumer loyalty is significantly affected by e-service quality, 2) satisfaction is significantly influenced by e-service quality, 3) Lazada consumer loyalty is significantly influenced by satisfaction, 4) trust is significantly affected influenced by the quality of e-service, 5) trust is significantly influenced by satisfaction, 6) consumer loyalty is significantly influenced by trust, 7) Lazada consumer loyalty is significantly influenced by the quality of electronic services through trust, 8) Lazada consumer loyalty is significantly influenced by satisfaction through trust.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the CIPP-based Teaching Campus MBKM program at SDN 010 Melayu Besar. This type of research is an evaluative study with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study was taken based on the key informants, namely the principal and all 7 teachers as well as the Teaching Campus students at SDN 010 Melayu Besar and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data obtained using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained is processed with descriptive evaluative. The results showed that the implemented program was the numeracy literacy learning component with an average of 3.95, the teaching component and helping educators with an average result of 4 and the technology adaptation component with an average of 3.29 which means that the implementation of the Teaching Campus program at SDN 010 Melayu Besar as a whole is running very well.
