Abstract

Tilapia have a good ability to adapt to their environment and exhibit rapid growth. This study aimed to determine the growth of tilapia cultured using the biofloc system. The research was conducted in Dusun Batulayar Selatan, Desa Batulayar Barat, Kecamatan Batulayar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. The tilapia fry used had an initial average weight of 10 grams and a length of 8 cm. The stocking density was 500 fish per round pond with a diameter of 2 meters. Feed was given three times a day at 3% of the fish’s body biomass. In addition to feed, molasses was also provided. Fish growth was monitored weekly by measuring the length and weight of 100 fish. Water quality parameters monitored included pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), and temperature. The results showed that after 2 months of rearing, the tilapia had an average weight growth of 48.55 grams and an average length of 12.43 cm. Based on these results, the biofloc system is expected to be an effective alternative for tilapia cultivation.

Abstract

The Aceh Sharia Court has special authority to enforce Qanun Jinayat as part of the implementation of Aceh's privileges in the legal field. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Sharia Court in enforcing Qanun Jinayat in Aceh. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory regulatory approach and a conceptual approach. The research results show that the Sharia Court has carried out judicial functions in accordance with its authority in examining, adjudicating and deciding jinayat cases. The research results reveal that the effectiveness of enforcing Qanun Jinayat still faces a number of obstacles, including limited resources of the judicial apparatus, differences in public understanding of jinayat law, and coordination between law enforcers that is not yet optimal. This research concludes that the Sharia Court functions in enforcing Qanun Jinayat, but it requires improving institutional quality and legal system support so that the objectives of enforcing sharia law can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

The Aceh Sharia Court is a special judicial institution formed based on the specifics of Aceh as regulated in the Aceh Government Law. The existence of the Aceh Sharia Court has juridical consequences for the exercise of judicial power which was previously exercised by the Religious Courts. This research aims to analyze the position of the Aceh Sharia Court in the national justice system and examine its power in replacing the authority of the Religious Courts in handling cases related to Islamic law. The research method used is normative legal research. The research results show that the Aceh Sharia Court has an equal position to the Religious Court in the judicial power structure, but has broader authority because it covers Islamic civil cases, sharia criminal (jinayat), and sharia procedural law. This transfer of authority does not eliminate the existence of the Religious Courts nationally, but creates a special justice system that only applies in the Aceh region. The position of the Aceh Sharia Court strengthens the implementation of Islamic law within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and remains under the guidance of the Supreme Court.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to foster and strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit of SMK YADIKA Natar students through training in local product innovation based on the potential of local resources. As future young entrepreneurs, SMK students need to have the ability to innovate in order to develop creative products that are economically valuable and highly competitive. This activity was motivated by the low interest of students in entrepreneurship and their limited understanding of how to turn local potential into promising business opportunities. The training was conducted through an intensive two-day programme with a participatory approach, which included the delivery of basic entrepreneurship material, the development of product ideas based on local potential, product innovation practices, and simple marketing simulations. Each training session was designed to foster active participant involvement, strengthen group collaboration, and instil values of creativity and independence. The activity was evaluated through pre-tests and post-tests to measure the increase in students' knowledge and changes in their entrepreneurial attitudes. The results showed a significant improvement in the students' understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, their ability to innovate, and their confidence in designing new business ideas. In addition, the students also showed high enthusiasm and awareness of the importance of creativity as the main capital in entrepreneurship. This training is expected to be a step forward in developing the entrepreneurial spirit among students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the principal's leadership strategies in developing students' religious character and discipline at SMK Yapis Santong. This study is motivated by a unique school policy that requires students to arrive at 06.15 AM to participate in a 60-minute morning Imtaq (Faith and Piety) program. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and students, as well as participatory observation and documentation. The results indicate that the principal's leadership strategy is implemented through three integrated stages: (1) Environmental engineering by setting early arrival times to encourage students to wake up early and perform Subuh prayers; (2) Spiritual strengthening through the collective recitation of the Al-Qur'an and Asmaul Husna; and (3) Soft skill development through public speaking practice (muhadharah). The findings reveal that this consistent leadership approach effectively fosters student discipline and mental readiness before formal classes begin at 07.15 AM. This study concludes that the principal's commitment to being a role model is the key factor in the successful internalisation of religious values and work ethics in a vocational school environment.
