Abstract

Manajemen strategi merupakan manajemen puncak untuk diimplementasikan ke seluruh jajaran dalam organisasi dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan yang sudah dirumuskan guna mencapai suatu organisasi. Sedangkan mutu pendidikan Islam ialah kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan pendidikan Islam ibarat perusahaan yang bermutu ialah perusahaan yang menguasai pangsa pasar termasuk produksinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen sehingga menimbulkan kepuasan bagi konsumen jika konsumen merasa puas maka mereka akan setia dalam membeli produk perusahaan baik berupa barang maupun jasa proses manajemen strategi terdiri atas tiga tahap pertama Perumusan strategi penerapan strategi dan penilaian strategi Perumusan strategi mencakup pengembangan visi dan misi identifikasi ancaman eksternal organisasi kesadaran akan kelebihan dan kelemahan internal penetapan tujuan jangka panjang pencarian strategi-strategi alternatif dan pemilihan strategi tertentu untuk mencapai tujuan sedangkan penerapan strategi itu mencakup pengembangan budaya yang sportif pada strategi penciptaan struktur organisasi yang efektif pengarahan ulang upaya-upaya pemasaran penyiapan anggaran pengembangan serta pemanfaatan informasi dan pengaitan kompensasi karyawan dengan kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Leadership plays a key role in the direction, goals, and level of success in achieving the goals that have been set. Education is a form of organization where the level of success is largely determined by management and leadership factors. This fact shows how big the role of leadership in education is. Therefore, improvement of management and leadership systems in education is absolutely necessary. The existence of Islamic leadership also provides a balance between worldly concept leadership and the concept of ukhrowi to achieve essential goals more than just temporary organizational goals, demands a high commitment to Islamic principles and assigns a place of leadership not just a humanitarian task.

Abstract

In simple terms, innovation is defined as renewal or change marked by new things. Efforts to find new things may be caused by several things to solve problems faced by a person or group. Thus, an idea or finding that is new or new changes but that have less impact on problem-solving efforts cannot be classified as innovation. Innovation as an idea, idea, practice, or object/thing that is realized and accepted as something new by a person or group for adoption. Education and learning to face various challenges and problems due to the community's increasing desire to get an education, which cumulatively demands adequate facilities and means of ensuring the quality of education provided. The development of modern science calls for a solid foundation of education and continuous mastery of abilities. It thus demands a more comprehensive education following the concept of life extended education. Developments in technology make it easier for humans to control and take advantage of nature and its environment, but which are often handled as a threat to preserving social roles. The challenges above are felt even more severe because of various problems that exist both from outside and from within the quality of education itself.

Abstract

Character education applied aims to improve the quality and result of education implementation that leads to the achievement of integrated and balanced students’ character building according to the graduate competence standard. In order to measure the success of character education, an integrated evaluation is conducted which covers: 1) context evaluation that comprises of policy basis, needs’ perception and purpose of character education program; 2) input evaluation that comprises of strategic planning, organizational structure design, implementation procedure, and resources availability of character education program; 3) process evaluation that comprises of coordination, implementation, and supervision of the character education program enforcement; and 4) product evaluation which comprises of the achievement and impact of character education program. The evaluation of character education program is conducted in order to give reinforcement, improvement, and to measure the success of the character education program implementation carried out by education institution.
