Abstract

PT. X is a company engaged in the field of iron and steel construction, located in Surabaya. Not easy for a large company with business processes that are also wide enough to carry out all processes in the company by way of the manual. This is because in the era of globalization, companies must be able to address the issues and changes that occur quickly and on target. Therefore, companies urgently need an integrated application. However, the factor that must be considered not only focuses on the acquisition of application systems needed by the company alone. But companies also need to focus on maintaining the quality of the application system. Because the application system useful to support and enhance the company's management in order to improve company performance and effectiveness in delivering services to the public. Therefore, the researcher wants to conduct the audit planning of application system for PT. X with analysis on the condition of IT at PT. X to determine the COBIT domains that need to be audited.

Abstract

Background: Infection is one of the top ten diseases in Indonesia, so that antibiotic therapy is quite high. The increasing use of antibiotics may lead to an increase in the use of irrational antibiotics. Drug Related Problems (DRPs) are events that are not expected from the patient's experience or are suspected to be due to drug therapy so that they have the potential to interfere with the desired healing success. Objective: This study aims to determine the number of occurrences of DRPs which include dosage inaccuracy, namely under and over dose, indication without drug, drug without indication, potential interactions and inaccuracy of drug selection in inpatient pneumonia treatment for children at the Deli Serdang Regional public hospital. In 2019 Method: This study is retrospective in which data is obtained through secondary data in the form of patient medical records for the period January-December 2019 with a cross-sectional study design. The data collection technique was in the form of total sampling, obtained 50 samples that fit the inclusion criteria. Results: Drung Related Problems (DRPs) research that occurred in the under-dose category of drugs (4.0%), and excessive drug doses (2.0%) and no DRPs (94.0%). This shows that the role of pharmacists is important in monitoring patient drug therapy to minimize the occurrence of DRPs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of providing rewards and punishment on the learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 023972, Binjai City District, FY 2023/2024. The population of this study was all 40 class V students. The sample used in this research is saturated sampling, in this case the researcher takes all members of the population to be used as samples. In this research, researchers used experimental research using the Quasi Experimental Design method, where the research cannot provide full control, using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The results of this research show that There is an influence of giving rewards and punishments on student learning outcomes in science and science subjects for class V students at SDN 023972 Binjai City Region FY 2023/2024.
