Abstract

Abstract. As the center of Islamic da’wah, mosques must have adequate services and facilities for disabled worshipers. Every Muslim, regardless of their physical condition, has the right to benefit from da’wah activities. This research is entitled “Da’wah Management of Trans Studio Bandung Mosque in Accommodating Disabled Worshipers”. This study aims to determine the da’wah program followed by disabled worshipers, da’wah management in accommodating disabled worshipers, and the obstacles faced in carrying out da’wah management for disabled worshipers at the Trans Studio Bandung (TSB) Mosque. This type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive-analytical method, and uses George R. Terry’s (1958) management function theory. The results showed that the management of da’wah of the TSB Mosque in accommodating disabled worshipers in terms of da’wah programs and the fulfillment of disabled facilities consisted of a process of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. However, the da’wah management has not been implemented optimally, especially in the fulfillment of disability-friendly facilities. The main obstacles faced are limited physical facilities, a long approval process, and service difficulties. Abstrak. Sebagai pusat dakwah Islam, masjid harus memiliki layanan dan fasilitas yang memadai bagi jamaah difabel. Setiap Muslim, tanpa memandang kondisi fisiknya, memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan manfaat dari kegiatan dakwah. Penelitian ini berjudul “Manajemen Dakwah Masjid Trans Studio Bandung dalam Mengakomodasi Jamaah Difabel”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program dakwah yang diikuti jamaah difabel, manajemen dakwah dalam mengakomodasi jamaah difabel, serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam melaksanakan manajemen dakwah untuk jamaah difabel di Masjid Trans Studio Bandung (TSB). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif-analisis, serta menggunakan teori fungsi manajemen George R. Terry (1958). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen dakwah Masjid TSB dalam mengakomodasi jamaah difabel dari segi program dakwah dan pemenuhan fasilitas difabel terdiri dari proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan. Akan tetapi manajemen dakwah tersebut belum dilaksanakan secara optimal terutama dalam pemenuhan fasilitas ramah difabel. Kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan fasilitas fisik, proses persetujuan yang panjang, dan kesulitan pelayanan.

Abstract

Abstract. Rhetoric plays an important role in da'wah, which is an effort to convey the message of Islam to the community. to train students' public speaking skills, Islamic Unity Boarding School 67 Benda Tasikmalaya City holds extracurricular da'wah rhetoric. This study aims to determine the Role of Extracurricular Rhetoric of Da'wah on Students' Public Speaking Skills at Islamic Unity Boarding School 67 Benda Tasikmalaya City. This research uses a qualitative method using Soerjono Soekanto's role theory. The results showed that extracurricular preaching rhetoric plays an active role in improving students' public speaking skills. The inhibiting factor experienced by students in participating in extracurricular preaching rhetoric is a lack of self-confidence. Extracurricular preaching rhetoric plays an active role in the students' public speaking skills. Students who take part in this program experience an increase in several aspects of public speaking skills, including mastery of speaking techniques, self-confidence, and the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively. Abstrak. Retorika memegang peranan penting dalam dakwah, yang merupakan upaya menyampaikan pesan Islam kepada masyarakat. untuk melatih kemampuan public speaking santri, Pesantren Persatuan Islam 67 Benda Kota tasikmalaya mengadakan ekstrakurikuler retorika dakwah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetahui Peran Ekstrakurikuler Retorika Dakwah terhadap Kemampuan Public Speaking Santri di Pesantren Persatuan Islam 67 Benda Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori peran Soerjono Soekanto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrakurikuler retorika dakwah berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan public speaking santri. Faktor penghambat yang dialami santri dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler retorika dakwah adalah kurangnya kepercayaan diri. Ekstrakurikuler retorika dakwah berperan aktif terhadap kemampuan public speaking santri. Santri yang mengikuti program ini mengalami peningkatan dalam beberapa aspek kemampuan berbicara di depan umum, termasuk penguasaan teknik berbicara, kepercayaan diri, serta kemampuan menyampaikan pesan dengan jelas dan persuasif.

Abstract

Abstract. The Badabus tradition is a unique cultural and religious practice in Tidore Islands City, North Maluku, Indonesia. This tradition is an expression of Islam that combines religious rituals with cultural practices. Tradition and culture play a very important role in the lives of communities. This research aims to understand the social roles conveyed in the Badabus tradition, to understand the role of Islamic education, and the challenges in conveying Islamic teachings through the Badabus tradition in Tidore Islands City. The Badabus tradition in Tidore Islands City, North Maluku, has a significant social role in introducing unity, solidarity, and social conditions among community members. This tradition also plays an important role in introducing education and Islamic values among community members. However, this tradition faces several challenges, such as limitations in human resources, infrastructure, and funding, as well as the threats of modernization and urbanization which can lead to a decline in the number of participants and the loss of cultural heritage. Abstrak. Tradisi Badabus adalah praktik budaya dan keagamaan yang unik di Kota Tidore Kepulauan, Maluku Utara, Indonesia. Tradisi ini merupakan bentuk ekspresi Islam yang menggabungkan ritual keagamaan dengan praktik budaya. Tradisi dan budaya memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran sosial yang disampaikan dalam tradisi badabus, mengetahui peran edukasi islam, dan tantangan dalam menyampaikan ajaran islam melalui tradisi Badabus di Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Tradisi Badabus di Kota Tidore Kepulauan, Maluku Utara, memiliki peran sosial yang signifikan dalam memperkenalkan persatuan, solidaritas, dan keadaan sosial di antara anggota komunitas. Tradisi ini juga memainkan peran penting dalam memperkenalkan pendidikan dan nilai-nilai Islam diantara anggota komunitas. Namun, tradisi ini menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur, dan pendanaan, serta ancaman modernisasi dan urbanisasi yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan jumlah peserta dan hilangnya warisan budaya.

Abstract

Abstract. Today’s youth are ignorant of the social issues around them. Promiscuity, juvenile delinquency,ldruglabuse, and sex are all things that have affected modern teenagers. In the midst of a moral crisis,lthe Islamic Boarding School is a place for moral development. The purpose of the study was to find out the programs in the Boarding School to improve the morals of itslstudents, to find out the role of the board in improving the morals oflits students, and to find out the supportingland inhibiting factors used by the board in improving the morals oflthe students. This research uses descriptivenqualitative methods. Islamic Boarding School programs in improving the morals of its students, namely the program of studying book of akhakullbanin and studying shariyahan activities. The managementlhelps programs and activities that aim to improve akhlakul karimah. Thus, the role of the management is included in the active role category, where hey help their students improve their morals through various activities and supervision. Supporting factors from the santri guardian, and providing comfortable facilities. The inhibiting factors are the students' own culture. Abstrak. This study focuses on MQTV Management in Spreading Da'wah through the YouTube Platform. This study aims to determine the programs broadcast on MQTV and how MQTV management manages spreading da'wah through YouTube. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. This study found that the programs on MQTV consist of various programs such as Kajian Aa Gym, Living With Qur'an, Smart Moms, Cerita Muslimah, Ustadz Jaga, Dibalik Layar, and Dakwah Zilenial. MQTV management has implemented George R. Terry's management functions which include planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Currently, the MQTV Official YouTube channel has more than 54.1 thousand subscribers and has reached the monetization stage. The results of this study are that MQTV management in spreading da'wah through the YouTube platform has been running well and effectively, implementing management functions ranging from planning to supervision. Periodic evaluation and statistical analysis are carried out to improve content quality.

Abstract

Abstract.This research discusses the da'wah management of the “One Ummah Movement” community on Instagram, which aims to empower young people through a social and humanitarian da'wah approach. The main problem is the application of Henry Fayol's management principles (POCCC: Planning, Organizing, Commanding, Coordinating, Controlling) to increase the effectiveness of da'wah in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, relying on primary data through interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from related literature. The data shows that this community utilizes Instagram as the main media with creative content such as video reels, posters, and inspirational quotes. The management process includes Planning based on social media trends, clear task organization, and cross-departmental coordination for activity implementation. In conclusion, the systematic application of management principles is proven to increase the effectiveness of community da'wah. This research contributes to digital da'wah, highlighting the importance of implementing modern management to support successful da'wah on social media. Abstrak. Penelitian ini membahas manajemen dakwah komunitas "One Ummah Movement" di Instagram, yang bertujuan memberdayakan anak muda melalui pendekatan dakwah sosial dan kemanusiaan. Masalah utama adalah penerapan prinsip manajemen Henry Fayol (POCCC: Planning, Organizing, Commanding, Coordinating, Controlling) untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dakwah di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengandalkan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta data sekunder dari literatur terkait. Data menunjukkan bahwa komunitas ini memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai media utama dengan konten kreatif seperti video reels, poster, dan kutipan inspiratif. Proses manajemen mencakup perencanaan berdasarkan tren media sosial, pengorganisasian tugas yang jelas, hingga koordinasi lintas departemen untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan. Kesimpulannya, penerapan prinsip manajemen yang sistematis terbukti meningkatkan efektivitas dakwah komunitas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam dakwah digital, menyoroti pentingnya penerapan manajemen modern untuk mendukung keberhasilan dakwah di media sosial.

Abstract

Abstract. This article is entitled “Marketing Communication Strategy of Instagram @donatsu.official in Building Brand Awareness Based on Islamic Values.” This study aims to understand how Donatsu implements its marketing communication strategy through Instagram to build brand awareness grounded in Islamic values. The main focus of this research is on digital marketing communication through social media, while also observing conventional strategies as supporting elements. The purpose of this research is to analyze how Donatsu conveys Islamic marketing messages to its target audience and how Islamic values are integrated into both content and service. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, direct observation, and documentation of Donatsu’s Instagram content and offline promotional activities. The results show that Donatsu has successfully built brand awareness through a combination of digital and conventional strategies. Islamic values such as honesty (shidq), trustworthiness (amanah), politeness, and dakwah bil hikmah are consistently applied in Instagram content and direct customer service at outlets. The application of the Marketing Mix 7P theory and the AIDA model demonstrates that Donatsu’s communication is educational, persuasive, and aligned with the character of its target market, particularly families, including mothers and children. Abstrak. Artikel ini berjudul Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Instagram @donatsu.official dalam Membangun Brand Awareness Berbasis Nilai Islam. Artikel  bertujuan mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran Donatsu melalui Instagram dalam membangun brand awareness berlandaskan nilai Islam. Fokus penelitian terletak pada komunikasi pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dengan strategi konvensional sebagai pendukung. Artikel  menganalisis penerapan strategi komunikasi pemasaran Donatsu dalam menyampaikan pesan pemasaran Islami kepada target pasar serta integrasi nilai Islam dalam konten dan pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi konten Instagram serta aktivitas promosi offline Donatsu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Donatsu berhasil membangun brand awareness melalui kombinasi strategi digital dan konvensional. Nilai Islam seperti kejujuran, amanah, kesantunan, dan dakwah bil hikmah diterapkan konsisten dalam konten Instagram maupun pelayanan di outlet. Penerapan teori Marketing Mix 7P dan model AIDA menunjukkan komunikasi Donatsu bersifat edukatif, persuasif, serta sesuai karakter target pasar keluarga terutama anak-anak dan ibu-ibu.

Abstract

The research objective is to obtain a picture of the female head of household in interpreting broadcasts on Pekka FM Community Radio in Batumulik Village, Lombok, including; knowledge of broadcasts on Pekka FM radio, the most popular radio broadcasts, benefits and changes that occur to female household heads after listening to Pekka FM radio broadcasts. Research using the phenomenological method. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that female heads of the household knew and knew Pekka FM Radio as a radio that delivered broadcasts and provided knowledge about various things, the most preferred radio broadcasts by informants were about women's reproduction, adolescent health, family planning, pregnancy, news about Pekka, entertainment and advertising. The change felt by women household heads after listening to broadcasts on Pekka FM Radio is that it can change the mindset and mentality of women household heads, so that they become confident, diligently care for the body, and dare to speak. Broadcast programs that provide significant change can answer the needs of the audience.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai Perempuan Kepala Keluarga dalam memaknai siaran-siaran pada Radio Komunitas Pekka FM di Dusun Batumulik Lombok, meliputi ; pengetahuan terhadap siaran-siaran di radio Pekka FM, siaran radio yang paling diminati, manfaat dan perubahan yang terjadi pada perempuan kepala keluarga setelah mendengarkan siaran-siaran radio Pekka FM. Penelitian menggunakan metode fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Para perempuan kepala keluarga mengenal dan mengetahui Radio Pekka FM sebagai Radio yang menyampaikan siaran-siaran dan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai berbagai hal, siaran radio yang paling disukai oleh para informan adalah mengenai reproduksi wanita, kesehatan remaja, KB, kehamilan, berita seputar Pekka, hiburan dan iklan. Perubahan yang dirasakan oleh para perempuan kepala keluarga setelah mendengarkan siaran-siaran pada Radio Pekka FM adalah, dapat mengubah pola pikir dan mental para perempuan kepala keluarga, sehingga menjadi percaya diri, rajin merawat tubuh, dan berani berbicara. Program-program siaran yang memberikan perubahan signifikan adalah yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan khalayak.
