Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pabrik Roti Pelangi Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, dan kuisioner yang disebar kepada 30 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta secara simultan Lingkungan Kerja, Komunikasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pabrik Roti Pelangi Makassar. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment, communication and work discipline on the performance of employees at Bread Factory Pelangi Makassar. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data was obtained through observation, and questionnaires were distributed to 30 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously the Work Environment, Communication and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Pelangi Pelangi Makassar Bakery Factory.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to be achieved to find a theoretical learning model of controversial issues background, as a model for strengthening the scientific body of knowledge PKN subject in Higher Education. The early stages of this research is to find the basic concept as a model of scientific / theoretical model of learning PKN background controversial issues. This is a descriptive study, the research describes the social phenomena (learning background controversial issues). The approach used is qualitative. The main conclusions obtained are: the discovery of the basic concepts of scientific models/theoretical model of controversial issues background in Higher Education, which includes: (a) philosophical foundation, (b) theoretical basis of learning, (c) sociological grounding, (d) juridical basis, and (e) psychological foundation.Keyword: citizenship competencies, controversial issues

Abstract

Maraknya aksi yang mengancam semangat kebangsan seperti radikalisme dan terorisme, menjadi perhatian serius pemerintah, dunia pendidikan dan juga lembaga-lembaga pemerhati semngat kebangsaan. Kegiatan penyuluhan berupa antisipasi gerakan radikalisme dan terorisme serta tergerusnya semangat nasionalisme bagi siswa adalah tepat dan strategis karena dalam rangka mendukung program-program pemerintah di atas. Materi ini juga menjadi trend isu hangat yang ada pada saat ini. Siswa membutuhkan pendampingan dan pencerahan agar tidak mudah terjerumus pada gerakan-gerakan tersebut di atas, antara lain melalui program penyuluhan yang dilakukan oleh Tim Dosen PPKn yang bertujuan untuk meningkat semangat toleransi dan kebangsaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah penyampaian materi terkait wawasan kebangsaan yakni nilai persatuan dan kesatuan, toleransi, multicultural, radikalisme dan terorime. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dialog terbuka dan Tanya jawab. Pada tahap berikutnya menggunakan metode diskusi kelompok dan presentasi serta Tanya jawab dengan berlatih menggunakan argument-argumnt kebangsaan dan berlatih berfikir secara ilmiah dibawah bimbingan Tim Dosen. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, ternyata secara umum ada peningkatan yang cukup drastis soal pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam berpendapat, berdiskusi, presentasi menyanggah, menghormati pendapat kelompok lain dan memiliki kepekaan sosial yang baik. Wawasan terkait dengan kasus-kasus yang mendisorsi nilai kebangsaan juga meningkat.Hal ini terpantau pada saat kegiatan memecahkan studi kasus yang diberikan leh Tim Pengabdian dan yang lebih penting adalah nilai toleransi semakin terbentuk dikalangan siswa.Sehingga otomatis kewaspadaan terhadap dist0rsi kebangsaan makin dimiliki oleh siswa.

Abstract

This study analyzes the social construction of Islamic constitutional law students at Sunan Drajat University, Lamongan, regarding the concept of Islamic statecraft (fiqh siyasah) and its relationship to the Pancasila state system. The background of this study departs from the dynamics of the relationship between Islam and the state in Indonesia and the position of students in two scientific traditions, namely Islamic law and positive constitutional law. The purpose of this study is to examine the process of social construction of understanding, the relationship between fiqh siyasah and Pancasila, and the factors that influence it. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed using Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann's social construction theory through the stages of externalization, objectivation, and internalization. The results show that students' understanding of fiqh siyasah develops from an initial limited understanding to a more conceptual understanding through the academic learning process. The relationship between Islam and Pancasila is understood in a moderate and integrative manner, without conflict, because the values ​​of both are considered harmonious. This social construction is mainly influenced by formal education, supported by the academic environment, Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), and the media. In conclusion, the educational process in the Islamic boarding school environment, which is integrated with higher education, produces a moderate, adaptive, and integrative understanding of the relationship between Islam and the state in Indonesia.
