Abstract

This study aims to examine the differences between the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and non-ASN, especially in the teaching profession, as well as their rights and performance. The method used is a literature study, by deeply exploring theories and concepts from various written sources. Analysis is done descriptively and critically to evaluate the available data. ASN includes Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK), while non-ASN includes Non-Permanent Teachers (GTT) and Permanent Foundation Teachers (GTY). This article discusses teachers' rights and welfare, as well as performance differences between ASN and non-ASN based on applicable regulations and empirical studies. The results show that employment status affects performance, with civil servant and certified teachers tending to perform better than non-civil servant teachers. This research emphasizes the importance of paying attention to teacher welfare and competency development to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Guru profesional memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan kualitas generasi penerus. Islam memberikan panduan holistik tentang kriteria guru ideal yang menekankan akhlak mulia dan kompetensi keilmuan. Di sisi lain, regulasi nasional juga menetapkan standar tertentu bagi profesionalitas guru untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis syarat-syarat guru profesional, mengkaji kriteria guru ideal menurut Islam, serta mengidentifikasi relevansi antara keduanya dalam mendukung pendidikan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis penelitian pustaka (library research). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat relevansi yang kuat antara syarat guru menurut Undang-Undang dan Islam, yang keduanya menekankan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai formal dan akhlak mulia untuk membentuk pendidik yang menjadi teladan moral dan spiritual bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi guru-guru di Indonesia dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi mereka secara menyeluruh, baik dari aspek legal maupun spiritual.

Abstract

Implementation of education in the Covid-19 era still has to pay attention to the needs of children, including in formal educational institutions such as madrasah diniyah. Of course the learning that is carried out is in the corridor of health protocols and the use of online or online systems. Obstacles and obstacles are certainly the minus side of online system learning. This paper seeks to examine in detail the problems of online-based learning in non-formal educational institutions. The focus of the discussion is aimed at the problematic aspects and efforts to solve them at Madrasah Diniyah Manbaul Huda. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with interview techniques. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) the internet network, the cost of internet data packages, and the limited number of family smartphones are the problems of learning the online system at Madrasah Diniyah Manbaul Huda; (2) Some of the efforts that the teacher can make are preparing online learning, preparing a new schedule and socializing that the teaching and learning process will be through online learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of strengthening Al-Qur'an literacy through a program designed by Islamic Religious Education teachers in collaboration with the school's Rohis organization. The study focuses on two main activities: the literacy or tadarus Al-Qur'an program held for 15 minutes before lessons begin, and the BTA (Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an) program intended for students who still experience difficulties in reading the Al-Qur'an. Using a qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, the findings show that students demonstrate high enthusiasm in participating in the program, although challenges remain in maintaining discipline and activity consistency. Through motivation, guidance, and strong collaboration between teachers and Rohis members, the Al-Qur'an literacy strengthening program can be implemented effectively and sustainably. This study is expected to contribute to efforts in maintaining and improving Al-Qur'an literacy programs in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the philosophy of pesantren education as the philosophical foundation for innovation in the development of Islamic boarding schools amid the dynamics of social change and the demands of modernity. The study is grounded in the assumption that pesantren innovation is not merely technical or pragmatic in nature, but is deeply rooted in the ontological, epistemological, and axiological constructions of pesantren education. Employing a qualitative approach with a multi-site case study design, the research was conducted at Mahirul Hikam Assalafi Islamic Boarding School in Semarang Regency and Nurul Qur’an Islamic Boarding School in Boyolali. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, and subsequently analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The findings reveal that ontologically, pesantren education is based on a conception of human beings as religious and social entities; epistemologically, it relies on the selective integration of revelation, classical Islamic scholarly traditions, and modern rationality; and axiologically, it is oriented toward moral formation, communal well-being, and social responsibility. These philosophical foundations serve as the primary basis for pesantren innovation, encompassing institutional development, curriculum design, and educational programs. The innovations implemented by both pesantren are contextual and gradual in nature, aimed at preserving the tradition of tafaqquh fi al-dīn while enhancing the relevance of pesantren education to contemporary societal needs. This study underscores that the philosophy of pesantren education plays a strategic role in bridging tradition and modernity, and functions as a normative framework for adaptive and sustainable pesantren development.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kudus menyemai moderasi beragama di kalangan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi maraknya radikalisme dan intoleransi. Serta untuk mengetahui paradigma keilmuan seperti apakah yang digunakan dalam menghadapi permasalahan tersebut. Dalam prosesnya penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan. Ditemukan adanya tiga langkah strategi penyemaian moderasi beragama berparadigma Islam Terapan di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kudus diantaranya dengan menjadikan Ilmu Islam Terapan sebagai mata kuliah, membangun Rumah Moderasi, dan  menyelenggarakan Kelas IIT. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kajian ini adalah paradigma Ilmu Islam Terapan merupakan pondasi utama dalam menjalankan setiap program kegiatan. Melalui paradigma Islam Terapan dan ketiga strategi penyemaian moderasi beragama tersebut diharapkan dapat membentuk mahasiswa yang berpikir moderat dan bertoleransi tinggi.This article aims to determine how State Islamic Institute of Kudus sow religious moderation among students to against radicalism and intolerance. And to determine which paradigm was used to against that problems. This article uses a qualitative approachment. Data collection is done with library riset technique. There is three steps of strategy to sow religious moderation based to applied islam paradigm in State Islamic Institute of Kudus, among others are make Applied IslamScience as subject, build Rumah Moderasi (Moderation House), and organize an IIT Class. The results obtained from this study is Applied Islam paradigm is the main foundation to operating those strategies. Through Applied Islam paradigm and the sowing strategies of religious moderation are expected to form students can have a moderate thought and high tolerance.

Abstract

Aims of this study is to reveal how the implementation of management of non-formal Islamic education institutions, supporting and inhibiting factors and steps taken in the framework of developing institutional management. The locus of this study was Al Hidayah One Roof Non-formal Islamic Education Institution in Ledok, Argomulyo Sub-District, Salatiga City. In the process, this study used a qualitative approach using the snowball sampling technique. Data analysis uses the Miles & Huberman Interactive Analysis Model which includes activities: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions and verification. The results obtained show that management is managed by the chairman and secretary, treasurer and head of each institution. The implementation of managerial functions has not been fully implemented. The main constraints include the lack of funding support, the lack of consistent attention to mosque takmir, the weakening of community support and the transfer of management status from singgel to family which has an impact on changes in work focus, domicile, and family factors. Some of the steps taken include conducting organizational restructuring and formulating a funding arrangement plan, procuring new human resources through regeneration and compiling administrative governance.Keywords: Management. Abstract

The Concept Of Responsive Service For Students Who Have Difficulty Learning Online In The Pandemic Covid-19.This study aims to determine the concept of responsive services for students who have difficulty learning online in the pandemic covid-19 era. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that discusses the responsive service of BK Teachers as counselors in overcoming online student learning difficulties amid covid-19 outbreaks. The results showed that students' learning difficulties when studying at home online were inadequate facilities and internet networks, lack of understanding of certain subjects and a less conducive atmosphere of learning at home. In research the responsive service strategy used is individual counseling, and collaboration with subject teachers and involving parents. The role of the BK teacher in overcoming learning difficulties is by collecting data, determining diagnosis, prognosis and treatment and evaluation.Keywords: Responsive Service, Learning Difficulties, Online Learning

Abstract

Peserta didik sebagai manusia yang sedang berproses tentu tidak bisa terlepas dari yang namanya problem. Berbagai konflik internal yang muncul dari dalam pribadi yang berujung pada munculnya Kenakalan remaja atau dalam istilah lain disebut juvenile delinquency tidak bisa terelakkan. Guru sebagai orang tua kedua turut andil dan bertanggung jawab terhadap munculnya problem tersebut. Munculnya perbuatan yang melanggar norma, aturan atau hukum dalam masyarakat yang dilakukan pada usia remaja atau transisi masa anak-anak dan dewasa pada jenjang sekolah banyak kita temukan. Dari sinilah guru sebagai bagian dari lembaga pendidikan harus ikut andil menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut. Berbagai lembaga khususnya yang berlatar belakang Islam mulai mencoba menerapkan pendekatan-pendekatan Islam sebagai bagian dari proses konseling peserta didik. Amalan-amalan, wirid, kajian rutin keislaman serta berbagai pendekatan Islam terapan menjadi langkah utama bagaimana lembaga pendidikan membangun lingkungan dengan nilai nilai Islami yang mampu memberikan pengaruh psikis terhadap diri peserta didik. Dengan demikian Kenakalan remaja atau juvenile delinquency mampu diminamilir bahkan dihilangkan.
