The purpose of this paper is to know the internalization process of religious tolerance values such as tauhid, rahmah, musawah in educational institutions. This study took place in the SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga, the Junior High School, which using a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that first, to put tolerance values into the curriculum, second, to develop vertical relationships in Allah SWT and horizontal fellow humans, third, to emphasize the implementation of tolerance values in the daily lives of students in realizing Islam rahmatan lil alamin,Â Fourth, Â the teacher gives examples of tolerance behavior in the learning process.AbstrakTujuan tulisan ini ingin mengetahui proses internallisasi nilai-nilai toleransi beragama seperti tauhid, rahmah, musawah di lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Muhammadiyah Salatiga dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Â pertama memasukkan nilai-nilai toleransi ke dalam kurikulum, kedua : membangun hubungan vertikal pada Allah SWT dan horizontal sesama manusia, ketiga: menekankan pelaksanaan nilai-nilai toleransi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa dalam mewujudkan Islam rahmatan lil alamin. Implementation of education in the Covid-19 era still has to pay attention to the needs of children, including in formal educational institutions such as madrasah diniyah. Of course the learning that is carried out is in the corridor of health protocols and the use of online or online systems. Obstacles and obstacles are certainly the minus side of online system learning. This paper seeks to examine in detail the problems of online-based learning in non-formal educational institutions. The focus of the discussion is aimed at the problematic aspects and efforts to solve them at Madrasah Diniyah Manbaul Huda. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with interview techniques. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) the internet network, the cost of internet data packages, and the limited number of family smartphones are the problems of learning the online system at Madrasah Diniyah Manbaul Huda; (2) Some of the efforts that the teacher can make are preparing online learning, preparing a new schedule and socializing that the teaching and learning process will be through online learning.

The focus of this research is to find out how the talaqqi method can improve students' reading literacy of the Al-Qur'an Hadith at MTs N 1 Kudus class IX. The subjects in this research involved Al-Qur'an Hadith subject teachers and class IX students. The method in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research can be concluded that the application of the talaqqi method in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith is considered effective in improving students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an. The talaqqi method is very suitable for use in learning the Al-Qur'an. The driving factors in implementing the talaqqi method at MTs N 1 Kudus, include; a) there are teachers who are qualified in their field of recitation, b) there is support from parents and teachers, and c) the conditions in the madrasa are comfortable and very supportive. The inhibiting factors include; a) less effective time management, b) the emergence of a feeling of laziness and lack of focus among students, and c) lack of support from students' parents. Communication between teachers and parents is the solution to this obstacle. It is hoped that this research will provide new knowledge and a deeper understanding regarding the application of the talaqqi method in increasing students' Al-Qur'an reading literacy and provide a basis for developing better talaqqi learning methods for teachers and students.

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the criteria for professionalism and process of increasing teacher performance professionalism through PKB (Continuous Professional Development), PKG (Teacher Performance Assessment), and PPG (Teacher Professional Education). This research uses a qualitative method through library research, which is a research method that describes in detail and in depth a topic in a natural context about what actually happened, by reviewing literature based on previous research. The analysis method is carried out by reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The research results show that as a professional worker, teacher must maintain and develop his competence and professionalism in carrying out his duties in educating students. Indonesian government has provided many program to increase teacher professionalism through the PKB, PKG, and PPG which have even been regulated in legislation regarding the implementation process. The implementation of the PKB, PKG and PPG programs is expected to help Indonesian teachers to achieve the goal of quality education.

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of branding management strategies of SMP PMS Kendal, socialization management, and management of Islamic boarding school institutions. Competition between formal educational institutions triggers the enthusiasm of managers to always make improvements and increase quality as is done by this SMP to build a brand image in the community and alumni of the school. This study uses a type of field research (qualitative approach) with a phenomenological approach accompanied by interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. Respondents involved in this study include internal school principals and a number of teachers. Data analysis used through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study reveal that SMP Pondok Modern Selamat Kendal has implemented a branding management strategy that highlights the uniqueness of Islamic boarding school-based schools with very different differentiation values and is rarely owned by other school institutions in Central Java and this is part of the novelty of this research study. The role and contribution of alumni are very important in publication management accompanied by the use of brochures and social media as a means of publication and branding promotion so that there is optimization of media content, complete and modern infrastructure facilities so as to support academic, character, moral, spiritual and skills development programs for teachers and students with quality and competent HR management in the management of their school institutions. It is hoped that this research can fill the gap in previous research on the development of innovation in Islamic boarding school management, especially in the Central Java region and provide a positive contribution as a model for Islamic school branding management strategies for other institutions.

This article aims to obtain information related to the integration model, the implementation of integration, and the process of strengthening the values of wasathiyah Islam based on the integration of the National and Local curriculum (Pesantren) at SMA Syubbanul Wathon located in Secang, Magelang, Central Java. Through a qualitative approach, Case study data were collected using observation techniques, documentation, and in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and several informants. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that the formal educational institution, SMA Syubbanul Wathon, is closely tied to the Pesantren API foundation as its principal manager; therefore, the integration Concept in place is an institutional integration between the School and the Pesantren within one area. Second, the process of integrating the School and Pesantren curricula in terms of learning is carried out through the Sift model, which involves dividing the day into morning and afternoon sessions. Third, the process of strengthening the values of Wasathiyah Islam is integrated between the two institutions, implemented through a multi-strategy approach that includes habituation, learning, and integrated religious studies within the school and pesantren/complex environment, covering various Aswaja study materials, the Yellow Book Aqidatul Awam, Minhajul Abidin, Fatkhul Qorib, Fathul Mu’in, Ta’limul Muta’alim, and several other classical Yellow Books.

This study examines the role of Islamic boarding schools in fostering religious moderation values through the cultural acculturation of Islam and Chinese traditions in Lasem's multicultural society. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected from literature reviews, including books, articles, and scientific journals. The findings reveal that religious moderation serves as a foundational principle for achieving social harmony in Lasem, as reflected in the cultural acculturation visible in architecture, batik, traditions, and lifestyle. Key Islamic values, such as tawasuth (moderation), infitah (inclusivity), tawazun (balance), and musawah (equality), underscore this process, aligning with the concept of Islam as Rahmatan lil Alamin. Islamic boarding schools, particularly Pondok Pesantren Kauman, play a crucial role in integrating local cultural practices with Islamic teachings, offering a unique and harmonious model of diversity in a multicultural society. The study also emphasizes the importance of these institutions in promoting tolerance, understanding, and coexistence among different cultural and religious communities. These findings contribute significant insights for developing policies and strategies to advance religious moderation in Indonesia, particularly within diverse and multicultural environments. By highlighting Lasem as a case study, this research underscores the potential of cultural acculturation as a bridge for fostering unity in diversity.

This study aims to examine the differences between the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and non-ASN, especially in the teaching profession, as well as their rights and performance. The method used is a literature study, by deeply exploring theories and concepts from various written sources. Analysis is done descriptively and critically to evaluate the available data. ASN includes Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK), while non-ASN includes Non-Permanent Teachers (GTT) and Permanent Foundation Teachers (GTY). This article discusses teachers' rights and welfare, as well as performance differences between ASN and non-ASN based on applicable regulations and empirical studies. The results show that employment status affects performance, with civil servant and certified teachers tending to perform better than non-civil servant teachers. This research emphasizes the importance of paying attention to teacher welfare and competency development to improve the quality of education.
