Abstract

Talking about Islamic business is closely related to mu'amalah (economy) which is based on Islamic law. Understanding of sharia companies and the current business environment is very necessary for Muslim business actors to support their understanding of sharia companies and the sharia business environment in accordance with sharia principles including noble moral values such as morals (fair, honest, trustworthy, professional, transparent, and ethical). honest), al-amin/amanah, avoiding the words "haram" and dzalim), these are the basic principles in carrying out business practices for Muslim entrepreneurs. This study aims to reveal and analyze related to Standardization of Companies and the Sharia Business Environment in Indonesia and the Urgency of Choosing Companies and the Sharia Business Environment in Indonesia?. The method in this study uses a library research method with the main sources from books, journals and the internet as well as other literature on Corporate Standardization and the Islamic Business Environment in Indonesia. The results showed that Islamic companies are companies that have obtained a halal certificate from the LPH (Halal Guarantee Agency) from the Indonesian Ulema Council, with various categories including; 1) Have a certificate of Halal Assurance Certificate (SJH); 2) Obtain “A” status in all listed facilities; 3) Perform timely renewal (register to CEROL-SS23000 three months in advance and finish no later than the previous validity period); 4) There were no weaknesses during the audit for the last four years (not the result of improvement of weaknesses). Therefore, the embodiment in creating an Islamic Business Environment that needs to be emphasized is Islamic business ethics itself, such as improving service to consumers, providing adequate company places/locations, superior facilities and so on.

Abstract

Sharia economic opportunities developed in Indonesia need to be supported by knowing the western response to the economic conditions in Indonesia, where the revolutionary era 4.0 is a challenge for Indonesia in the economic welfare of its people. This study aims to determine the response and contribution of the west to the Islamic economy in Indonesia in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. This type of research is juridical normative and the nature of the research is descriptive legal study. The results of the study found that the response and contribution of the west to the Indonesian sharia economy is to embrace the Indonesian sharia economy with the aim of regaining control of the Indo Pacific, by implementing a free market and capitalist system. However, Indonesia remains in principle, namely developing the potential of the Islamic economy because this is a golden opportunity for a prosperous Indonesia.  Keywords: West (Christian), East (Islam), Sharia Economics, Era 4.0 Abstrak Peluang Ekonomi Syariah  yang dikembangkan di Indoensia perlu didukung dengan mengetahui respon barat terhadap kondisi ekonomi di Indonesia, dimana era revolusi 4.0 menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi Indonesia dalam mensejahterahkan ekonomi masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui respon dan sumbangsih barat terhadap ekonomi syariah di Indonesia Era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Jenis penelitian ini dalah yuridis normative dan Sifat penelitian descriptive legal study. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa respon dan sumbangsih barat terhadap ekonomi syariah Indonesia yaitu merangkul ekonomi syariah Indonesia dengan tujuan menguasai kembali indo pasifik, dengan menerapkan sistem pasar bebas dan kapitalis. Namun Indonesia tetap pada prinsipnya yaitu mengembangkan potensi ekonomi syariah karena ini adalah peluang emas menuju Indonesia sejahtera. Kata Kunci : Barat (Kristen), Timur (Islam), Ekonomi Syariah, Era Revolusi Industri 4.0

Abstract

The Maparo system in business that exists in Goat Farming which can improve the Community Economy, especially the Muslim Community (Sharia Economic Community) in Sadabumi Village, Majenang District, Cilacap Regency, uses a cooperative transaction namely "mudharabah" the local term is a maparo contract. Maparo contract/transaction itself is defined as a business system in the field of animal husbandry, where producers/breeders who do business are carried out together with the owners of capital. The investment is with the product in the form of goats, then this goat product when it is worth selling (adult) then the proceeds from the product sold will be divided with the owner of the capital (profit sharing). This research was conducted in Sadabumi Village, Majenang, Cilacap. Where researchers go directly to the field to research, then the results of the research are in the form of descriptions in the field. Data collection techniques in this research are observation and interview techniques and documentation. The results of the study prove that in business through the maparo system, business is entered with the mudharabah-muqayyadah system. In the "Maparo" system in this business, the producers and buyers are not only used as a business, but the purpose of this Maparo in addition to business is to establish a relationship of friendship (brotherhood) between fellow Muslims which in the 4.0 era (disruption as it is today, the Community The Islamic economy in Indonesia can take advantage of a system that has been integrated with the local customary culture of the local area through an investment model for those who have capital, besides this maparo system can be used as an "additional job" in terms of income (income) by product keeper/manager in the form of animals this goat livestock. The Maparo business system is also one of the business development systems for capital owners. The mudharabah muqayyadah contract in the Maparo system is a manifestation of the principles in sharia business, this is because the purpose of capital in this business is al-Ta'awun ( help), fairness in profit-sharing transactions, and the principle of risk sharing in losses that occur during the business that has been established.Sistem Maparo dalam bisnis yang ada pada Peternakan Kambing yang dapat mningkatkan Ekonomi Masyarakat, khusunya Maysarakat muslim (Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah) yang ada di Desa Sadabumi Kecamatan Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap, menggunakan transaksi kerjasama yakni “mudharabah” istilah lokalnya adalah akad maparo. Akad/transaksi maparo sendiri diartikan sebagai sistem bisnis dalam bidang peternakan, dimana para produsen/peternak yang melakukan bisnis dilakukan bersama-sama dengan pihak pemilik modal. Investasinya adalah dengan produknya yakni berupa kambing, selanjutnya produk kambing ini ketika sudah layak jual (dewasa) kemudian hasil dari produk yang dijual ini akan dibagi dengan pihak si pemilik modal (bagi hasil). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sadabumi, Majenang, Cilacap. Dimana peneliti terjun langsung kelapangan untuk meneliti, kemudian hasil penelitian berupa pendeskripsian yang ada di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam riset kali ini yakni teknik observasi dan Wawiencara serta dokumentasi.  Hasil Penelitian membuktikan bahwa dalam bisnis melalui sistem maparo ini masuk bisnis dengan sistem mudharabah-muqayyadah. Dalam sistem “Maparo” dalam bisnis ini para pihak produsen dan pembeli tidak hanya dijadikan sebuah bisnis semata, melainkan tujuan Maparo ini selain untuk bisnis adalah untuk menjalin hubungan silaturrahmi (persaudaraan) antar sesama muslim yang mana di era 4.0 (disrupsi seperti sekarang ini, Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah di Indonesia dapat memanfaatkan sistemyang sudah terintegrasi dengan budaya adat lokal wilayah setempat melalui model investasi bagi pihak yang memiliki modal, selain itu sistem maparo ini dapat dijadikan sebagai “pekerjaan tambahan” dalam hal penghasilan (penghasilan) oleh pemelihara/pengelola produk yang berupa hewan ternak kambing ini. Sistem bisnis maparo  juga menjadi salah satu sistem pengembangan usaha bagi pemilik modal. Abstract

Islamic economics that is applied in various countries, including Islamic banking or in Indonesia is called Sharia Banking. This study wants to reveal how the western world's response to Islamic economics is?; and what is the contribution of the western world to the Islamic economy in Indonesia?. This type of research is a normative juridical research with the nature of this research is a descriptive legal study. This study is intended to explore the response of the western world to the Islamic economy that exists in Indonesia. This study produced findings, namely: First, the western world's response to the Islamic economy, namely the Western economic system is intended to embrace the Islamic economic system and support the existence of the Islamic economic system itself, as a result, the western world applies a free business system based on capitalism which prioritizes capital for development. economy in the Islamic world. Second, the contribution of the western world to the economy in Indonesia is a necessity which incidentally is not an Islamic State. However, in its scope, Islamic law in Indonesia in this case the sharia economy is subject to the national economic system, although in Indonesia itself the sharia economic system and conventional economics in Indonesia have their own legal umbrella. So that the Islamic economic system in Indonesia until now is an alternative concept for a prosperous economic system in Indonesia, one of which is a capitalist economic system. Islamic law, especially the Qur'an and al-Hadith. The implication of the western response to the existence of a sharia economy in Indonesia is a golden opportunity for Indonesia to develop a sharia economy, one of which is the halal industry, halal tourism (religion), sharia economic brand, money waqf, the potential of the halal industry sector in Indonesia can be developed through halal food ( halal food), halal fashion, halal cosmetics, and so on, this means that economic freedom in Indonesia needs to be developed. In addition, halal tourism can also be developed in Indonesia, with various potentials that exist in Indonesia. Another implication related to the western response to the Islamic economy in Indonesia is the presence of a diversity of halal food. However, the development of this potential needs to make the resulting production must be based on the principles of benefit and justice, where this benefit is carried out by prioritizing sharia economics as a real need where justice is very meaningful in the economy, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

The largest state income in Indonesia is tax. So it is necessary to study the allocation and distribution of these taxes from the perspective of Islamic economics, this is because Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world. Indonesian state income from an Islamic economic perspective is very important, this is because the Islamic economy in Indonesia currently has great opportunities in its development aspect. Especially at this time, it has been recorded in the history of the economy in Indonesia as evidence of the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia, including the existence of the embodiment of the National Money Waqf Movement and the Islamic Economic Brand. The purpose of this study aims to reveal about: the allocation and distribution of state revenues from the perspective of Islamic Economics on Existence (Sharia Economic Brand and Cash Waqf); and its relevance in Indonesia in the current era (4.0). The method used in this research is library research whose sources are in the form of library data in the form of various books, journals, internet, and also other sources relevant to the theme of allocation and distribution of state income in Islam. The results show that the allocation and distribution of state revenues, when viewed from the perspective of Islamic Economics, has the concept of Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin, meaning equal distribution of ability or income for the community that can be applied in Indonesia, one of which is through the national movement of cash waqf and the Islamic economic brand.

Abstract

Alokasi dan distribusi pendapatan suatu negara saat ini sangat penting, hal ini bertujuan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat, namun efisiensi dalam alokasi dan distribusi pendapatan dalam sistem ekonomi kapitalis, berdampak pada ketidakadilan, sehingga perekonomian masyarakat menjadi tidak stabil, dimana ketidakstabilan ekonomi ini dapat menimbulkan konflik dan kemiskinan secara berkelanjutan dan permanen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengungkap tentang: alokasi dan distribusi pendapatan negara dari perspektif Ekonomi Islam serta relevansi alokasi dan distribusi penerimaan negara dari perspektif Ekonomi Islam di era industri 4.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan yang sumbernya berupa data kepustakaan berupa berbagai buku, jurnal, internet, dan juga sumber lainnya yang relevan dengan tema alokasi dan distribusi pendapatan Negara dalam islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alokasi dan distribusi pendapatan negara, dari perspektif Ekonomi Islam adalah konsep pemerataan pendapatan bagi masyarakat yang dapat diterapkan di Indonesia, yang mana hal ini mampu menghasilkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Perbandingan sistem distribusi kapitalis didasarkan pada kepemilikan mutlak atas berbagai produksi, sehingga memiliki tujuan utama untuk meraup laba/keuntungan sebanyak mungkin yang seolah-olah mengabaikan nilai-nilai moral dan sosial. Oleh karena itu, sudah saatnya Indonesia menerapkan sistem distribusi ekonomi secara syariah dalam rangka menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai moral sosial, karena selain untuk mencapai profitabilitas yang baik dalam Islam juga mengajarkan untuk mencapai kemaslahatan hakiki dalam segala aktivitas perekonomian. Oleh karena itu, pendistribusian secara syar'i dapat dilakukan dengan mengedepankan etika bisnis Islam (rahmatan lil 'alamin) dalam perekonomian seperti pendistribusian pada zakat, infaq, sedekah, wakaf dan lainnya. Alhasil relevansi alokasi dan distribusi pendapatan negara secara Islami di zaman sekarang adalah relevan, dimana konsep keadilan dalam ekonomi Islam mejadi solusi yang nyata dalam perekonomian di Indonesia.

Abstract

AbstrakDewasa ini desa wisata halal di Indonesia perlu dikembangkan, terlebih di masa pandemi covid-19 seperti sekarang ini, hal ini bertujuan mendongkrak prekonomian masyarakat di desa Tambakreja kecamatan Lakbok kabupaten Ciamis melalui sektor industri pariwisata. Tujuan penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menguak serta menggali tentang bagaimana potensi desa wisata halal di kecamatan Lakbok kabupaten Ciamis serta bagaimana faktor pendukung dan penghambat terbentuknya desa wisata halal di desa Tambakreja kecamatan Lakbok. Penelitian hukum islam normatif ini dilakukan di desa Tambakreja kecamatan Lakbok kabupaten Ciamis, dimana sumber primer dan sekunder digali melalui teknik wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor pariwisata yang ada di desa Tambakreja kecamatan Lakbok dewasa ini sudah cukup mumpuni untuk menjadi desa wisata halal, hal ini terbukti dengan hadirnya kelompok wisata seperti tersedianya makanan halal dan lokasi wisata yang asri. Dari aspek makanan halal/halal food seperti cimplung, growol, tempe mendoan, gula merah menjadi ciri khas makanan halal di desa tersebut. Dari aspek lokasi yang asri di daerah Lakbok yakni adanya alam persawahan yang asri dan kesenian tradisi masyarakat setempat. Dengan demikian potensi desa wisata halal di desa Tambakreja kecamatan Lakbok diharapkan mampu mendongkrak perekonomian masyarakat melalui berbagai sektor industry halal.     AbstractCurrently, halal tourist villages in Indonesia need to be developed, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic like now, this aims to boost the pre-economy of the people in the village of Tambakreja, Lakbok District, Ciamis Regency through the tourism industry sector. The purpose of this study was to uncover and explore the potential for halal tourist villages in Lakbok District, Ciamis Regency, and how the supporting and inhibiting factors for the formation of halal tourist villages in Tambakreja village, Lakbok District. This normative Islamic law research was conducted in Tambakreja Village, Lakbok District, Ciamis Regency, where primary and secondary sources were obtained through interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that the tourism sector in Tambakreja Village, Lakbok District is quite capable of becoming a halal tourist village, as evidenced by the presence of tourism groups such as the availability of halal food and natural tourism locations. In terms of halal food, such as cimplung, growol, tempe mendoan, and gula merah, are the characteristics of halal food in the village. In terms of the natural location in Lakbok District, there is a natural paddy field and the traditional arts of the local community. Therefore, the potential for halal tourist villages in Tambakreja Village, Lakbok District is expected to boost the economy of the people through various sectors of the halal industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the model and implementation of Islamic business ethics carried out by Bank BRI Ciamis branch office, where in carrying out its business it has put forward the principles of Islamic business ethics in serving consumers. The academic problem that arises is that Bank BRI KC Ciamis is a non-sharia bank, but in service to consumers it prioritizes Islamic business ethical values such as being fair, honest, trustworthy, besides that the majority of Bank BRI KC Ciamis employees are Muslims. The author tries to reveal and dig into this research using descriptive analysis where data sources are obtained through technical interviews, observation and documentation. The findings of this study are that the implementation of business at BRI KC Ciamis bank prioritizes the principles of Islamic business ethics, this can be proven in the 10 behaviors of BRI personnel, including: 1) Excellent Service, 2) employees work 3) effectively and 4) efficiently and 5) prioritizing responsibility, 6) honest, 7) mutual respect, 8) full of innovation, 9) positive attitude and 10) prioritizing trust in consumers. As for added value, namely the brand of BRI bank, namely "serving with sincerity." Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui model dan pelaksanaan etika bisnis islami yang dilakukan oleh Bank BRI kantor cabang Ciamis, dimana dalam pelaksanaan bisnisnya ia telah mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis islami dalam melayani konsumen. Adapun problem akademik yang muncul adalah Bank BRI KC Ciamis adalah bank non-syariah, namun dalam pelayanan kepada konsumen mengedepankan nilai-nilai etika bisnis islami seperti besikap adil, jujur, amanah, selain itu mayoritas pegawai Bank BRI KC Ciamis beragama islam. Penulis berusaha menguak serta menggali dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dimana sumber data diraih melalui teknis wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan bisnis di bank BRI KC Ciamis mengedepankan prinsip etika bisnis islami, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dalam 10 Prilaku insan BRI, meliputi: 1) Pelayanan Prima, 2) karyawan bekerja secara 3) efektif dan 4) efisien serta 5) mengedepankan tanggungjawab, 6) jujur, 7) saling menghargai, 8) penuh inovatif, 9) sikap positif dan 10) mengedepankan kepercayaan kepada konsumen. Adapun sebagai nilai tambah yakni brand dari bank BRI yakni" melayani dengan setulus hati."

Abstract

The allocation and distribution of a country's income in the 4.0 era need to be given special attention so that it can be allocated efficiently by each individual. The efficiency of allocation and distribution of income in a capitalist economic system has an impact on income inequality in society which can lead to conflict and also creates poverty. But in achieving this prosperity, it is as if there is no government intervention. This study aims to explore how the allocation and distribution of state income are seen from an Islamic economic perspective and also to compare the capitalist distribution system with the Islamic distribution system in the 4.0 era. The research method used is library research which originates from books, journals, the internet, and other relevant sources. The results of the study show that the allocation and distribution of state income from an Islamic economic point of view is an economic concept that has the concept of equal distribution of wealth or income for the community, applicable in Indonesia, which will produce prosperity for the community. The comparison of the capitalist distribution system is based on absolute ownership of the factors of production so that the main goal is to make a profit. As much as possible appears to ignore moral and social values. The Islamic economic distribution system in the era of disruption upholds moral and social values because, in addition to achieving good profitability, Islam also teaches problems in economic activities. With Islamic economic equality, it is hoped that it can reduce the gap in economic inequality to realize prosperity. Therefore, sharia distribution can be carried out by prioritizing Islamic business ethics which is implemented through the concept of Rahmatan lil 'Alamin in the economy. Likewise, in Indonesia, where the majority of the population is Muslim, special attention is needed so that it can implement the allocation and distribution of state income through the concepts of Zakat, Infak, Shadaqah, and Wakaf adapted to the times.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to determine the concept of default carried out by lecturers and private religious colleges (PTKS) in terms of Islamic law perspective.Background Problems: There are defaults in a number of private religious universities in West Java Province who violate the agreement, one of which is a permanent lecturer at PTKS West Java, who has not implemented the Tridharma of Higher Education. So that in default, rights or obligations come from the contract or agreement of the parties who break the promise, both from the university, as well as the permanent lecturers of PTKS.Novelty: In this study, no one has examined the concept of Default in terms of Islamic Law perspective on default or broken promises made by permanent lecturers at PTKS West Java.Research Methods: The approach in this research is normative and empirical juridical. The sources of legal materials that the authors use are primary, secondary and tertiary sources of legal materials. Data obtained from data sources in the field (Field research), in the form of interviews, and documentation.Finding/Results: The findings show that the concept of Default is viewed from the perspective of Islamic Law on default or broken promises made by Permanent Lecturers at PTKS West Java, including Dharuriyat, Hajiyat, Tahsiniyat in nature.Conclusion: First, Default has an element of Dharuriyat goals, namely maslahat which is primary in nature, where human life is very dependent on it, both aspects of diniyah or religion as well as aspects of a worldly nature. Second, it contains elements of Hajiyat, which is a secondary benefit, which is needed by humans to make life easier and eliminate difficulties and difficulties. The third contains the Tahsiniyat element, namely maslahat which is a muru'ah or moral demand, it is intended only for good and glory. If this maslahat does not exist, it will not damage or complicate human life.  Pendahuluan / Tujuan Utama: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Konsep Wanprestasi yang dilakukan oleh Dosen dan Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Swasta (PTKS) ditinjau dari perspektif Hukum Islam. Latar Belakang Masalah: Wanprestasi di sejumlah Perguruan tinggi keagamaan swasta di Provinsi Jawa Barat ada yang melakukan pelanggaran perjanjian salah satunya Dosen Tetap di PTKS Jawa Barat, belum melaksanakan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Sehingga di dalam wanprestasi, hak atau kewajiban berasal dari kontrak atau kesepakatan para pihak ada yang ingkar janji, baik dari pihak Perguruan Tinggi, maupun pihak Dosen Tetap PTKS. Kebaruan: dalam penelitian ini belum ada yang meneliti terkait Konsep Wanprestasi ditinjau dari perspektif Hukum Islam terhadap wanprestasi atau ingkar janji yang dilakukan oleh Dosen Tetap di PTKS Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian: Pendekatan dalam Penelitian ini yaitu yuridis normative dan Empiris. Sumber bahan hukum yang penulis gunakan adalah sumber bahan hukum primer, skunder dan tersier. Data diperoleh dari sumber data di lapangan (Field research), berupa wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan / Hasil: Hasil temuan menunjukan bahwa Konsep Wanprestasi ditinjau dari perspektif Hukum Islam terhadap wanprestasi atau ingkar janji yang dilakukan oleh Dosen Tetap di PTKS Jawa Barat diantaranya Wanprestasi yang sifatnya Dharuriyat, Hajiyat, Tahsiniyat.Kesimpulan: Pertama, Wanprestasi memiliki unsur tujuan Dharuriyat, yaitu maslahat yang bersifat primer, di mana kehidupan manusia sangat tergantung padanya, baik aspek diniyah atau agama maupun aspek yang sifatnya duniawi. Kedua, mengadung unsur Hajiyat, yaitu maslahat yang bersifat sekunder, yang diperlukan oleh manusia untuk mempermudah dalam kehidupan dan menghilangkan kesulitan maupun kesempitan. Ketiga mengadung unsurTahsiniyat, yaitu maslahat yang merupakan tuntutan muru'ah atau moral, hal ini dimaksudkan hanya untuk kebaikan dan kemuliaan.
