Abstract

Masalah sampah di Kota Pangkalpinang mencapai 160 ton per hari, dengan Kecamatan Gerunggang menyumbang 15 hingga 20 ton. Pengelolaan sampah di wilayah ini menghadapi kendala seperti pembuangan sembarangan dan keterbatasan armada. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Kelurahan Air Kepala Tujuh pada tahun 2024, adapun Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Kelurahan Air Kepala Tujuh Kecamatan Gerunggang Kota Pangkalpinang Tahun 2024. Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional dan melibatkan 139 responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan (p = 0,009), sikap (p = 0,000), tindakan (p = 0,000), dukungan fasilitas (p = 0,000), dan dukungan petugas kebersihan (p = 0,015) dengan pengelolaan sampah. Tindakan merupakan faktor dominan dengan nilai POR 8,826. Kesimpulannya, pengetahuan, sikap, tindakan, dukungan fasilitas, dan petugas kebersihan mempengaruhi perilaku pengelolaan sampah secara signifikan.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi tantangan di berbagai wilayah, meskipun berbagai kebijakan dan program telah diterapkan untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan guna mendukung upaya penurunan stunting dengan mengidentifikasi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan intervensi gizi dan efektivitas kebijakan yang ada. Tanpa penelitian yang komprehensif, potensi perbaikan kualitas gizi masyarakat sulit tercapai secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan landasan strategis untuk merancang intervensi yang lebih efektif dalam menurunkan prevalensi stunting dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup anak-anak di wilayah terdampak. Studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan peneliti bahwa sejak tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2024 masih terdapat beberapa desa di wilayah Kecamatan Mendo Barat menjadi lokus stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komunikasi, disposisi, sumber daya dan struktur birokrasi terhadap implementasi kebijakan peraturan daerah tentang penurunan stunting di Kecamatan Mendo Barat Kabupaten Bangka tahun 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dalam bentuk analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 4 orang dan pengambilan subjek dengan teknik snowball sampling. Teknik analisa penelitian menggunakan teknik triangulasi yaitu mengecek keabsahan data dari jawaban hasil wawancara dengan responden. Terdapat komunikasi, disposisi, sumber daya dan struktur birokrasi terhadap implementasi kebijakan peraturan daerah tentang penurunan stunting yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, pemberian makanan tambahan, sikap yang mendukung, sumber daya yang menunjang dan adanya standar operasional prosedur penurunan stunting. Implementasi kebijakan Perda tentang penurunan stunting di Kecamatan Mendo Barat sudah berjalan cukup efektif.

Abstract

Students are the primary assets for future development, and their health must be prioritized and protected. A significant portion of children's health issues stem from unhealthy behaviors within the school environment. Promoting clean and healthy living behaviors in schools is an initiative aimed at enhancing the awareness of school residents to prevent diseases and create a hygienic environment. This initiative should be based on the knowledge and attitudes of each student. The objective of this research was to investigate the influence of knowledge and attitudes on clean and healthy living behaviors among class V and VI students at SD Negeri 8 Simpang Rimba, South Bangka district. The research design employed was cross-sectional. The population comprised 171 respondents, with a sample of 71 respondents, including 31 from class V and 40 from class VI. Univariate data analysis and multiple linear regression tests were conducted. The impact of student knowledge and attitude variables on clean and healthy living behavior was assessed through T-tests. The results indicated that the T-test values (2.357 > 1.666 and 2.044 > 1.066) with corresponding p-values (0.021 < 0.05 and 0.045 < 0.05) suggested a significant influence. The calculated F-test (5.019 > 3.128) further supported the significance of the overall influence, with an F significance value (0.009 < 0.05) below the alpha level. In conclusion, there is a positive combined influence of knowledge and attitudes on clean and healthy living behavior among class V and VI students at SD Negeri 8 Simpang Rimba, South Bangka district in 2023.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Secara tidak langsung, kepatuhan pasien penderita DM dalam melaksanakan diet DM dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan, sumber informasi maupun media massa. Keberhasilan pengobatan DM tergantung pada penderita DM yang memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup dan kemudian mampu mengubah sikapnya dengan pengobatan diet rendah gula dan mencegah komplikasi agar memiliki kehidupan yang lebih sejahtera, sehat dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menilai faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan penderita DM dalam melaksanakan diet dan terapi olahraga khusus penderita DM. Metode: Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif melalui desain penelitian cross sectional. Sebagai metode pengambilan sampel, penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling untuk total 36 responden menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa uji statistik chi square. Hasil: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh faktor memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepatuhan penderita DM dalam pelaksanaan diet dan terapi olehraga DM dikarenakan diperoleh p-value <0,05. Berdasarkan analisis melalui pengujian chi-square dipeoleh p-value untuk pengetahun 0,032, sikap 0,008, dukungan petugas 0,002 dan dukungan keluarga, 0,029. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh antara pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan petugas kesehatan dan dukungan keluarga terhadap perilaku pasien DM dalam pelaksanaan diet dan terapi olahraga DM di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pundong, Yogyakarta. Petugas kesehatan Puskesmas Pundong Yogyakarta diharapkan dapat aktif memberikan edukasi pentingnya mengatur pola makan dan olahraga kepada pasien DM. Kata Kunci: Diabetes mellitus, Diet, Kepatuhan, Olahraga Abstract Background: Indirectly, according to DM patients in carrying out the DM diet is influenced by education, information sources and mass media. The success of DM treatment depends on DM patients who have sufficient knowledge and then are able to change their attitude by treating low-sugar diets and complications in order to have a more prosperous, healthy and quality life. This study aimed to assess the factors that influence the compliance of DM patients in implementing diet and exercise therapy specifically for DM patients. Methods: This study was quantitative through a cross sectional research design. As a sampling method, this study used purposive sampling for a total of 36 respondents using a questionnaire measuring instrument. This research used chi square for the analysis of the data Results: The results of the analysis showed that all factors had an influence on the adherence of DM patients in the implementation of diet and exercise therapy for DM because the p-value <0.05 was obtained. Based on the analysis through chi-square test, the p-value for knowledge was 0.032, attitude was 0.008, staff support was 0.002 and family support was 0.029. Conclusion: There is an influence between knowledge, attitude, support from health workers and family support on the behavior of DM patients in the implementation of diet and exercise therapy for DM in the Pundong Health Center, Yogyakarta. Health workers at the Pundong Health Center in Yogyakarta are expected to be active in educating DM patients on the importance of regulating diet and exercise. Abstract

A health service that regulates the delegation of duties and responsibilities for health services that cannot be implemented at the basic (primary) service level due to limited infrastructure, medical personnel and the presence of anamnesis that requires patients to receive further health services such as specialist services. The still high number of patient referrals shows that community health centers are not yet able to provide optimal health services as gatekeepers of health services in the community. The aim of the research is to analyze factors related to patient referrals for National Health Insurance (JKN) participants at First Level Health Facilities (FKTP). The research design used was analytical survey research with a cross sectional approach. The sample was 109 patients participating in National Health Insurance (JKN) who received services at the Gerunggang Community Health Center, Pangkalpinang City. The research results show a relationship between Knowledge and Referrals from JKN Participant Patients, namely p value = 0.000 < ? = 0.05 and there is a relationship between Satisfaction Level and Referrals from JKN Participant Patients, namely p value = 0.018 < ? = 0.05. The research conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge and the level of patient satisfaction with patient referrals for JKN participants at the Gerunggang Community Health Center. It is hoped that health workers at Community Health Centers, both medical and non-medical personnel, will always improve services and prioritize patient needs, especially in providing referral information to patients.

Abstract

Medical malpractice cases are currently a hot topic among the public because they have caused many patients to die. There have been several cases of malpractice in 2024 and 2025 at hospitals in Pangkalpinang City (both public and private hospitals). In the context of healthcare, supervision plays a very important role. To resolve these issues, an appropriate communication strategy is needed to generate a positive reciprocal effect. Unwanted news reported by the media can have a negative effect on hospitals. Therefore, hospitals must immediately handle such cases using issue management. In the above case, the hospital's public relations department is responsible for researching issues that arise in the community, as negative news coverage has the potential to become a negative issue and harm the company. One theory that public relations can apply in handling malpractice issues is the image repair theory. Objective To implement a strategy for managing malpractice cases involving patients at hospitals in Pangkalpinang City (government and private hospitals). The method used for this study was a qualitative case study. The results of this study are the implementation of malpractice issue management strategies in hospitals. The strategies implemented in government hospitals based on Chase and Jones' theory have not been fully successful in terms of program implementation and issue evaluation. Meanwhile, in private hospitals, the implementation of malpractice issue management strategies has been carried out in accordance with hospital policies. However, the strategy cannot be said to be successful, because private hospitals have never experienced malpractice incidents.
