Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the impact of Business Capability and Digital Marketing on Business Sustainability in 100 SMEs in Sambas Regency (Songket Weaving) and Bengkayang Regency (Bamboo Crafts), border regions of Indonesia. The analysis results indicate that Digital Marketing has a higher positive impact (0.493) compared to Business Capability (0.348) on Business Sustainability. This suggests that Digital Marketing strategies have a more significant contribution to enhancing the sustainability of SMEs in the border region. Furthermore, in the context of SEM construction, all items related to Business Capability (X1), Digital Marketing (X2), and Business Sustainability (Y) have high outer loadings, with most values above 0.9, verifying the reliability and validity of the measurements. Model-fit indicates that the estimated model fits the observational data very well, with an R-Square value reaching 66.6%. These findings provide a strong understanding of the factors influencing SME sustainability in this border region, emphasizing the importance of implementing Digital Marketing strategies to support SME growth in the future..

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Motivation and Self-Efficacy on the Normative Commitment of teachers at SMK Negeri 4 Pontianak, where absenteeism is a recurring issue. The absentee rate increased by 35.83% in 2021 and surged by 180% in 2022, before declining by 35.61% in 2023. The improvement in 2023 was partly due to teachers attending training and workshops outside West Kalimantan. However, disciplinary violations persist, including teachers leaving during working hours, harshly reprimanding students, and smoking on school grounds, which results in verbal warnings from the principal. These issues are influenced by Motivation and Self-Efficacy. This study uses an associative approach with saturated sampling, involving 88 civil servant teachers (PNS). Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25, including validity, reliability, normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests. Hypothesis testing was performed through Simultaneous (F-test) and Partial (t-test) analyses. The results indicate that Motivation and Self-Efficacy significantly and positively affect Normative Commitment, both collectively and individually. This study provides insights into how personal motivation and self-belief strengthen teachers' professional commitment.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Organizational Justice and Inclusive Leadership on Organizational Commitment. Using data from 127 respondents, multiple regression analysis was conducted to assess the relationships between these variables. The findings indicate a positive but weak correlation between Organizational Justice, Inclusive Leadership, and Organizational Commitment. While the combined effect of both variables is statistically significant, their individual impacts are not significant. The coefficient of determination (R²) reveals that only 6.1% of the variation in Organizational Commitment can be explained by Organizational Justice and Inclusive Leadership. These results suggest that other factors not included in the study may contribute to Organizational Commitment. The study highlights the importance of leadership and justice in organizations, but also calls for further research to explore additional variables that may influence employee commitment.

Abstract

This paper examines how career development and motivation can impact on engagement of employees in the public sector institutions and focuses on social mediation of such effects on development. Based on information acquired with the help of a well-designed survey tool and administered to civil servants; data that was then analyzed statistically by applying descriptive, correlational and inferential statistics, such as Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression, the results show a positive and robust value of motivation on the engagement in work with no statistically significant effect of career development. Nevertheless, the additional thematic interpretation indicates that this absence of statistical power can be explained by the deviance between the programmed developmental work and its social interpretation on social levels at the workplace. The paper talks about the centrality of social translation the way development programs are shared, justified and approved by peers and leaders in making career developing a social practice than a process. Motivation, on the same note, is also shown to be both a property of individuals and a process that is socially reinforced and more so in groups where there is common purpose, identification, and common cause. Such findings support the view that human resource strategies must be more than structural provisions, and the call is on socially resonant, culturally immersed, and relational vitality approaches to growth and interactions. The research adds to the set of theoretical and applied insights about the concept of employee engagement by redefining it as a socially constructed effect and especially applicable to digitally-mediated but interaction-heavy organization spaces.
