Abstract

Lumbung Village is one of the villages in Lumbung District, Ciamis Regency which has a fairly large area with various assets owned. However, asset management is still not optimally as it should be. By building synergies between existing parties, it is hoped that stakeholders can work together in managing village assets so that existing assets can be managed optimally to encourage village independence and progress as well as community welfare. The purpose of this study, namely to determine the synergy between the Village Government and BUMDes in managing village assets in Lumbung Village, Lumbung District, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research that the authors get are that there are still constraints in terms of budget and media and communication facilities in terms of managing village assets. Thus, the management of village assets by the Village Government and Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDEs) is still not running optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of policy implementation in tourism management, especially in the Cisangkal tourism village program in Bangunkarya Village, Pangandaran Regency. The problem is that the facilities and infrastructure are not complete, such as the absence of an information board regarding the existence of the Cisangkal Tourism Village, Bangunkarya Village. The level of public awareness to be involved in activities in the Cisangkal tourist village is still low, the lack of socialization carried out by the Bangunkarya Village Government, Langkaplancar District, Pangandaran Regency to the people of the village area so that there are still people who do not know the community-based tourism village program. Therefore, this study focuses on the implementation of policies in tourism management, especially in the Cisangkal tourist village program in Bangunkarya Village, Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this study, using a qualitative descriptive method. The data and data sources used are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation and using data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the level of policy implementation for the management of the Cisangkal tourist village has not been optimal. From this study, that the importance of implementing policies in tourism management, especially in the Cisangkal tourist village program in Bangunkarya Village, Pangandaran Regency, is related to the development of village tourism for the future.

Abstract

This research was motivated by observations and found a problem, namely the limited socialization of the implementing parties regarding the objectives of the Family Hope Program, the inappropriate target of the recipients of the Family Hope Program in Singkup Village because they are families with the category of being able to, and the limitations of the companion team in conducting data collection. The problem in this research is "How is the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Singkup Village, Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City?" The type of research used is qualitative, using a descriptive approach. Primary data 9 informants. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The technical analysis is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the discussion: 1) Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Singkup Village, Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City is not optimal. 2) The obstacle is that there are still beneficiaries who are registered incorrectly because they are capable families and the distribution time is not in accordance with the provisions. 3) Efforts are being made, namely coordination between policymakers and field implementers.

Abstract

This service activity is motivated by the lack of ability of the Village Government and Village Apparatus to lead and manage digital-based villages in Pamokolan Village. This activity includes Digital Leadership training in Pamokolan Village, Cihaurbeuti District, Ciamis Regency. This training is designed to equip village officials with the knowledge and skills needed in the digital era, including the use of information and communication technology (ICT) for administrative management, village community services, and data-based decision-making. The methods used in this training include lectures, discussions, and direct practice with digital devices. The participants were introduced to the basic concepts of digital leadership, digital applications that are relevant to village government, as well as strategies for implementing technology in daily website-based activities. The evaluation was carried out through a Focus Group Discussion with all Village Officials and the Head of Pamokolan Village. The results of this service activity show a significant increase in the understanding and ability of village officials to use digital technology and an increase in the Village Head's understanding of the importance of data. Participants can apply the knowledge gained to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of village operations and services to village communities. This training also strengthens village readiness in facing challenges and opportunities in the digital era, as well as improving the quality of public services to the community.
