Abstract

Harga merupakan suatu ukuran nilai tukar bisa berupa uang atau barang untuk mendapatkan suatu produk yang diinginkan. Dalam menentukan harga suatu produk jasa atau barang, suatu perusahaan harus bijak, supaya bisa berhasil mencapai target bisnis yang dinginkan, sehingga mendapat keuntungan sesuai dengan harapan. Penetapan harga harus memperhatikan beberapa aspek dan strategi yang tepat. Dengan begitu harga yang ditetapkan dapat menarik minat konsumen dan mempengaruhi daya beli konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penetapan harga pada produk jasa atau barang yang diberikan perusahaan terhadap daya beli atau minat beli konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif berupa studi literature pada bidang menajemen pemasaran. Metode penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah dengan metode kualitatif dan studi literature atau Library Research. Penetapan harga suatu produk barang atau jasa yang dilakukan perusahaan berpengaruh positif pada minat beli konsumen, sehingga hal tersebut berhubungan erat dengan daya beli konsumen. Meningkatnya daya beli konsumen pada harga yang ditetapkan perusahaan berdampak pada ketercapaian target perusahaan dan meningkatkan keuntungan dari perusahaan.

Abstract

UKM Bengkel Las Bubut di Kelurahan Merjosari, Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang memiliki permasalahan yaitu masih lemahnya aspek manajerial yang mengakibatkan sulit berkembang dan minim profit. Tata kelola manajerial, keuangan, dan pemasaran belum memenuhi standar usaha yang sehat dan unggul. Dari identifikasi permasalah yang beragam, maka solusi yang ditawarkan ialah berfokus pada penguatan usaha melalui implementasi aspek manajemen yang terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) bagian, yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan manajerial penyusunan standar operasional prosedur, penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana berbasis akuntansi UKM, dan penyusunan pemasaran digital maupun online. Selain itu, evaluasi secara berkelanjutan turut menjadi salah satu aspek semakin berkembangnya UKM Bengkel Las Bubut. Hasil dari Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menujukkan bahwa Mitra UKM dapat mengikuti dengan baik terkait pendampingan dan pelatihan aspek manajemen. Mitra UKM secara mandiri mampu mengimplementasi secara berkelanjutan semua kegiatan sebagai bentuk apreasi kepada tim pengabdian.  Abstract. The Lathe Welding SME in Merjosari Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City has a problem, namely the weak managerial aspects which result in difficulty developing and minimal profit. Managerial, financial, and marketing governance has not met the standards of a healthy and superior business. From the identification of diverse problems, the solution offered is to focus on strengthening the business through the implementation of management aspects which are divided into 3 (three) parts, namely training and managerial assistance in the preparation of standard operating procedures, preparation of simple financial reports based on SME accounting, and preparation of digital and online marketing. In addition, continuous evaluation is also one aspect of the growing of Lathe Welding SMEs. The results of this Community Service Program show that SME Partners can follow well related to mentoring and training on management aspects. SME partners are independently able to implement continuously all activities as a form of appreciation to the service team.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance in Bakso X. The research method used is of a quantitative type. The population is 30 employees who work at Bakso X. The instrument used to collect data is in the form of questionnaires. The data can be statistically analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that partially or simultaneously the test results had a significant value of 0.000. Based on this, it can be concluded that work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving landscape of the tourism industry, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have emerged as vital contributors to economic growth and sustainability. This literature review, conducted in the past, delved into the intricate dynamics surrounding competitive advantage within SMEs operating in the tourism sector. Specifically, it explored the pivotal roles of innovation culture, individual performance, and the moderating influence of quality of work life (QWL) in optimizing competitive advantage. In the pursuit of conducting a thorough literature review, our research methodology encompasses a multifaceted approach designed to ensure the acquisition of high-quality data sources and the rigorous evaluation of pertinent studies. The review identified gaps, including a need for more empirical research and an exploration of contextual variations. Furthermore, the review underscored the significance of individual performance in SMEs. It highlighted the intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction, and competencies that propel employees to excel, ultimately contributing to the organization's competitive positioning. Quality of work life as a moderator emerged as a critical factor in enhancing innovation culture and individual performance. A theoretical framework was developed to address these gaps, outlining the interplay between innovation culture, individual performance, QWL, and competitive advantage. This framework offers guidance for future empirical investigations and provides a roadmap for leveraging these critical elements to bolster the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs in the tourism sector.
