Abstract

This research is a research that is in the Field of Village Government System Studies. Village Funds are managed in an orderly manner, complying with the provisions of laws and regulations, efficient, economical, effective, transparent and responsible by paying attention to a sense of justice and compliance and prioritizing the interests of the community. The research approach is qualitative with descriptive analysis method by describing phenomena and data accurately. Primary sources of information (informants) were determined by purposive sampling and the necessary data were collected using interview techniques and literature study. The results of this study are ADK Management includes Planning, Implementation, Disbursement, Reporting and Control, Guidance, and Supervision. The management of ADK carried out by the Merempan Hilir Village Government has followed the technical guidelines that have been regulated in the legislation. However, the process is still not optimal. This can be seen from the delay in the reporting and disbursement processes. For the Reporting process for the Realization of the Use of ADK has not been in accordance with the predetermined schedule, causing delays in the disbursement of Funds for the next stage. Likewise with accountability for the use of ADK so that the community cannot evaluate the work of the village government and accountability to local governments is not carried out in a timely manner. Abstract

Selecting Ledgeriana cutting in the nursery has aimed to obtained cinchona superior clones. Cuttings Ledgeriana is one alternative technique to propagate cinchona plant to overcome the incompatibility in the grafting technique. The information about plant variability needs to be known to determine the effectiveness of the selection process. This study aims to determine the value of growth component variability of potential cinchona clones from ledger cutting nursery. The research was conducted at the Research Institute for Tea and Cinchona from November 2017 to July 2018. The experiment used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 17 Cinchona Ledgeriana clones, consisting of 16 BTG clones and clone Cib 5 as a control. The results of the analysis showed that all components observed were categorizing as the narrow variability so that no clones were entered in the selection criteria.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of students in the Community Service Program (KKN) in Kedungjaya Village, Kedawung District, Cirebon City. The aim of this research is to reveal and analyze the role of KKN students in educational development in Kedungjaya Village and the positive impacts produced. The results of the research show that STIE Cirebon Group 3 KKN students have a significant role in improving the quality of education in Kedungjaya Village. They are involved in helping as volunteer workers, providing tutoring, and providing learning facilities to the KOBER Anggrek PAUD. The positive impact can be seen in improving the quality of teaching, student learning motivation, and creating a positive learning environment. Even though there are challenges in implementing the KKN program, collaboration between students, government and village communities is important in village development efforts. The role of KKN students reflects relevance in the context of village development and plays a role in improving the welfare of local communities. The main suggestions are to improve student preparation before the KKN program, strengthen cooperation between various parties, and improve educational infrastructure in Kedungjaya village.
