Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat mengenai electronic word of mouth, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan serta untuk mengetahui pengeruhnya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada e-commerca Lazada yang berada di wilayah Bandung timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling insidental. dan teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden yang diteliti adalah 115 responden yang diambil dari wilayah Bandung timur. Serta pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukan Masih kurang baiknya electronic word of mouth tentang Lazada, kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan sehingga akan berdampak pada turunnya loyalitas pelanggan. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan Lazada dapat memperbaii kembali pelayanan penjual dan pelayanan dari pihak Lazada sendiri. Supaya tidak ada lagi keluhan maupun komentar negatif dari pelanggan.

Abstract

Profesi Akuntan publik (auditor) berada dalam situasi dilematis, karena banyak Akuntan publik yang belum mematuhi SKPN dan hal tersebut mempengaruhi hasil opini. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh akuntabilitas dan kompetensi terhadap kualitas audit Kantor Akuntan Publik di Bandung secara simultan maupun parsial. Akuntabilitas adalah kewajiban pihak pemegang amanah (agent) untuk memberikan pertanggungjawaban semua aktivitas kepada pihak pemberi amanah sedangkan Kompetensi artinya auditor harus mempunyai kemampuan, ahli dan berpengalaman untuk dapat mendukung kesimpulan yang akan diambilnya, kedua variabel ini berpengaruh kualitas audit. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah supervisor yang bekerja pada Kantor Akuntan Publik di Bandung. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 supervisor, sedangkan sampel yang diperoleh adalah 24 supervisor. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Akuntabilitas dan Kompetensi secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas audit. Akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas audit dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas audit.Public accounting profession (auditors) ison atough situation, because there are public accountants who still disobey SKPN and that affects opinion results. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of accountability and competenceon audit qualityat Public Accounting Firm in Bandung, either simultaneously or partially. Accountability is the obligation of agent to be responsible for all activities to agent and Competence is auditor must have the ability , skill and experience to be able to support a conclusion that will be taken, both this variables effect on audit quality. This study use multiple regression analysis. The unit analysis in this research is supervisors who work in Public Accounting Firm in Bandung. Amout of population that use in this research are 60 auditors, while the sample obtained are 24 supervisors. Result of this study show that acountibility and competence simultaneously have a significant influence on audit quality. Accountability significant positive effect on the audit quality and Competence significant positive effect on audit quality.

Abstract

A hospital is a place to provide short-term and long-term medical services which include diagnostic, therapeutic, observation and rehabilitation activities for all people who are sick or injured and for those who give birth and outpatient services for those who need them according to their illness. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the quality of inpatient health services at Muhammadiyah Bandung Hospital. According to Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry through their research identified 5 main dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, empathy, and tangible. This study uses a type of qualitative research with case studies. Service reliability at the hospital is that there are still doctors who are not on time because there are doctors' practice schedules at other hospitals, responsiveness at the hospital is that there is still a lack of 5S implementation, especially for greetings, assurance (Assurance) at the hospital that is, officers still do not fully comply with applicable regulations, empathy (empathy) in the hospital is treating patients according to their needs and responding to complaints openly, namely accepting criticism and suggestions, physical evidence (tangibles) is the existing infrastructure in the hospital, the completeness is still around 70% in terms of hospital type.

Abstract

This research aims to find out appropriate strategies for improving excellence at Al Ghifari Islamic Elementary School, It is an elementary school that combines the government curriculum with the foundation curriculum. In this school, students are not only taught general lessons like in state elementary schools, but they are also taught religious lessons with a fairly balanced number of subjects. This research also uses a SWOT analysis approach to determine its strategy. At the data collection stage,. Primary data is in the form of observations to see directly the conditions, atmosphere, reality that occur at school. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, there are several advantages that can be highlighted at SD Plus Al Ghifari and suggestions that can be made are efforts to develop teaching staff, improve facilities and infrastructure, promote excellence, coordinate with parents, and maintain balance in education are crucial steps. to create an optimal learning environment in Islamic Primary Schools. With the hope that through the implementation of a strategy for developing educators in line with the school's objectives, it can also create an educational institution that not only meets quality standards but is also capable of making a significant positive impact on the development of students

Abstract

A great nation requires competent leaders who possess Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) in managing this great nation. The synergy of IQ, EQ, and SQ intelligences can lead leaders to achieve outstanding success. The recent leadership crises have raised concerns among many, and this should be a significant focus. This phenomenon has sparked collective awareness of the importance of seeking an ideal leader as a Role Model in leadership. The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance of the synergy of IQ, EQ, and SQ intelligences, as well as the optimization of EQ as a Role Model in public leadership. We need visionary leaders who are innovative, educated, have a strong leadership spirit, a high sense of empathy, effective communication skills, a dedication to society, a caring attitude towards the community, a moral responsibility, a commitment to God, upholding the value of honesty, and dedicating themselves when in positions for the benefit of the public. Success as a leader is evident through policies that favor the community. An exemplary leader is needed to serve as a Role Model, capable of addressing complex issues and resolving conflicts effectively. In this study, the researcher observed three public leadership figures in three different areas: the Head of Samsat Aceh Utara, the Director of BUMDes Arya Kemuning Kuningan, and the Lurah Binjonhara in Tapanuli Selatan. The researcher employed qualitative research with a descriptive and comparative approach. The conclusion of this qualitative study is that the simultaneous synergy of IQ, EQ, and SQ contributes significantly to achieving success in public leadership as a Role Model Leader. The optimization of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is proven to be crucial in the success of the leadership of these three figures.

Abstract

Visitor Management System (VMS) telah menjadi elemen yang cukup fundamental dan penting dalam menjaga keamanan dan keteraturan di berbagai macam bidang organisasi yang ada di dunia, termasuk di lingkungan industri seperti PT. PLN Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU. Artikel ini menyajikan analisis antrian pada sistem VMS di instalasi tersebut dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan pengalaman para pengunjung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional dan analisis data untuk mengevaluasi performa antrian VMS. Hasil analisis mencakup waktu tunggu rata-rata, kecepatan layanan, dan faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi alur kunjungan pengunjung. Temuan dari penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan yang mendalam dan komprehensif tentang efektivitas sistem VMS saat ini dan menunjukkan potensi perbaikan. Dalam konteks PT. PLN Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU, peningkatan dalam manajemen antrian VMS dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya dan mengurangi waktu tunggu pengunjung. Implikasi praktis dari analisis ini dapat membantu perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi area-area yang memerlukan perbaikan dan mengimplementasikan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam manajemen antrian. Studi ini dapat memberikan landasan bagi perusahaan sejenis untuk meningkatkan tata kelola sistem VMS mereka dan memberikan kontribusi pada upaya umum untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, efisien, dan ramah pengunjung.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan badan usaha yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah desa dan berbadan hukum, yang bertujuan untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi warga desa melalui pengembangan usaha ekonomi mereka Saat ini BUMDes telah didirikan hampir di seluruh desa yang ada di Indonesia. BUMDes adalah kelembagaan desa yang di bentuk oleh pemerintah untuk mendorong terciptanya peningkatan ekonomi desa. Dalam peraturan Menteri nomor 4 tahun 2015 tentang pendirian, pengurusan dan pengelolaan, dan pembubaran Badan Usaha Milik Desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani di Desa Cijambu Kecamatan Cipongkor. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian menganalisis kontribusi BUMDes dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan petani, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi berhasil tidaknya BUMDes dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa BUMDes berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani melalui berbagai program dan kegiatan. Faktor-faktor seperti kurangnya dukungan pemerintah, partisipasi masyarakat, pengelolaan yang efektif, dan kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal mempengaruhi keberhasilan BUMDes. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kapasitas BUMDes dan peningkatan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan kontribusinya terhadap pembangunan pedesaan berkelanjutan

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of fine arts learning in character formation of students at Pacet Islamic Middle School using a neuroaesthetic approach. Fine art is not only seen as a medium for visual expression, but also as a means of cognitive and emotional development that contributes to the formation of positive characters, such as creativity, discipline, cooperation and responsibility. A neuroaesthetic approach is used to understand how students' brains respond to aesthetic stimuli in the art learning process and how these experiences influence the development of moral and ethical values. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects involved class VIII students at Pacet Islamic Middle School. The research results show that fine arts learning is able to stimulate students' character development through various creative and aesthetic activities. Visual stimulation provided through fine art media influences brain functions related to emotion and cognition, which in turn facilitates the formation of better character. The conclusion of this research is that fine arts as part of education not only improves students' aesthetic abilities, but also makes a significant contribution to the formation of their character. Therefore, fine arts learning should be integrated more deeply into the educational curriculum to optimize student potential, both in terms of academics and character formation.

Abstract

Human Resource Management in an organization is a very important factor. This research aims to analyze human resource management at the Al-Mukarromah Mosque, South Bekasi in the context of rapid cultural and technological developments. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this research identifies and evaluates various aspects of HR management implemented in the mosque. It is hoped that the findings from this study will provide insight into how HR management in this mosque adapts to rapid environmental changes and how this affects the effectiveness and prosperity of the mosque. This research provides a comprehensive overview of the challenges and strategies used to maximize the role and contribution of human resources in the context of dynamic mosque management

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role and responsibilities of hospitals in health services for patients using the Health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS). Optimal health services for BPJS patients are very important, considering the number of beneficiaries continues to increase in Indonesia. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research involving in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation analysis. Research participants consisted of medical personnel, hospital management, and BPJS patients in several hospitals registered as BPJS Health partners. The research results show that although hospitals have tried to meet BPJS service standards, there are various challenges, including limited resources and gaps in access to health facilities. Apart from that, communication and coordination skills between the hospital and BPJS are also important factors in providing efficient services. This study recommends increasing training for health workers and strengthening the coordination system between hospitals and BPJS to improve the quality of health services for BPJS patients.
