Abstract

P2MW is a business development program for fifth-semester undergraduate students who own a business. Through development and coaching funds, it offers business assistance and coaching. Ten students were divided into three student business groups. Food and beverage businesses in the creative industry are divided into two categories: seafood and frozen food, and handicrafts. During field activities, students are accompanied and mentored by lecturers who serve as supervisors. The goal of this community service is to ensure that student business groups follow the Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW) guidelines and that reporting is completed on time. The activity took place at the STIE Ganesha campus for four months, from August to November. Online and offline mentoring, coaching, and coaching are methods of carrying out activities. Offline mentoring activities include discussions, advice, consultation, and visits (visits). Online activities include mentor account assessments, https://kesejahteraan.kemdikbud.go.id. The STIE Ganesha student business group completed a series of P2MW in 2022 in accordance with the Directorate of Student Learning, the Directorate General of Higher Education, and Research Technology RI implementation instructions and guidelines. P2MW activities benefit the advancement of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in universities as well as the smooth operation of student businesses.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Tujuan penelitian guna mengetahui penerapan Prinsip Pareto dan menentukan kebutuhan biaya usaha kuliner makanan Seblak Naha Rindu. Metode penelitian menggunakan Diagram Pareto. Penelitian berlangsung selama empat bulan sejak bulan September hingga Desember 2022 dengan objek usaha seblak yang dikelola empat mahasiswa STIE Ganesha Jakarta. Teknik olah data dilakukan dengan pembuatan diagram Pareto, observasi, dan pengamatan lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelian, terdapat 11 permasalahan usaha Seblak Naha Rindu yang perlu diselesaikan segera oleh pelaku usaha. Prinsip ini menyatakan bahwa dalam banyak kasus 80% akibat disebabkan oleh 20% penyebab. Urutan masalah mulai dari yang paling urgent untuk segera diatasi antara lain a) promosi tidak gencar, b) inovasi produk, c) hasil olahan tidak matang/merata, d) takaran bumbu tidak merata, e) kurangnya SDM yang terampil dalam memasak, f) menu varian tidak update, g) bahan baku kadaluarsa, dan h) lokasi usaha tidak nyaman/kotor. Selanjutnya i) tidak ada fasilitas internet, j) tata ruang lokasi usaha, serta k) kartu member pelanggan. Adapun menentukan biaya usaha Seblak Naha Rindu dapat diketahui dengan 10 kegiatan yaitu a) promosi produk, b) riset inovasi produk, c) gaji karyawan, d) pemasangan instalasi jaringan internet, e) bahan baku, f) alat perlengkapan, g) tata ruang, h) kartu member pelanggan, i) lain-lain, j) pelatihan SDM karyawan.   Kata Kunci: Prinsip Pareto; Penentuan Biaya; Usaha Seblak; Naha Rindu.     ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the implementation of the Pareto Principle and to determine the cost requirements for the Seblak Naha Rindu food culinary business. The research method uses Pareto Diagrams. The research was conducted for four months from September to December 2022 with the object of the seblak business managed by four STIE Ganesha Jakarta students. Data processing techniques are carried out by making Pareto diagrams, observations, and field observations. This principle states that in most cases 80% of the consequences are caused by 20% of the causes. Based on the research results, there are 11 Seblak Naha Rindu business problems that need to be resolved immediately by business actors. The sequence of problems starting from the most urgent to be resolved immediately includes a) incessant promotion, b) product innovation, c) processed products are not cooked / evenly distributed, d) uneven seasoning doses and e) lack of skilled human resources in cooking, f) menu variants are not updated, g) expired raw materials, and h) uncomfortable/dirty business locations. Furthermore, i)  there are no internet facilities, j) layout of the business location, and k) customer member cards. As for determining the cost of Seblak Naha Rindu's business, it can be found with 10 activities, namely a) product promotion, b) product innovation research, c) employee salaries, d) internet network installation, e) raw materials, f) equipment, g) layout, h) customer member cards, i) others, j) employee HR training.   Keywords : Pareto Principle; Costing, Seblak Business, Naha Rindu

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menggali,  memahami,  dan  mengungkap  kepedulian dan kesadaran  akan  peran akuntan  publik   untuk turut serta memotivasi mahasiswa agar memilih karir sebagai akuntan publik  menggunakan  pendekatan fenomenologis.  Penelitian  dilakukan  di  tiga  perguruan  tinggi  swasta  di  Jakarta dan di Tangerang Selatan,  dengan melibatkan lima orang dosen yang sekaligus berpraktik sebagai akuntan publik. Dosen yang berprofesi sebagai Akuntan publik hendaknya mampu memotivasi  mahasiswa untuk memilih profesi akuntan publik setelah menamatkan perkuliahan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat  berupa  wacana  atau  preposisi  yang  dapat  dijadikan  referensi  bagi  penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan regulasi dan peraturan tentang penye-lenggaraan dan pengelolaan Pendidikan dasar di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan serta memberikan wawasan pemahaman kepada 240 tenaga pendidiik di lingkup Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat antara lain terwujudnya Rancangan perda tentang pengelolaan dan penyelenggaraan pendidikan dasar di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, masyarakat setuju dengan Perda Penye-lenggaraan dan Pendidikan Dasar, Perlu segera disahkan agar menjadi payung hukum dalam tata kelola pendidikan dasar serta dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.   Socialisation and drafting of a draft Regulation on Basic Education in Pesisir Selatan District   Abstract: This community service aims to realize regulations and regulations regarding the implementation and management of basic education in Pesisir Selatan districts and provide insight into understanding 240 education personnel within the scope of the South Coast District Education Office. The results of community service activities include the realization of a draft bylaw on the management and implementation of basic education in Pantai Selatan District. The community agrees with the Regional Regulation on the Implementation and Basic Education. It needs to be passed immediately so that it becomes a legal umbrella in basic education governance and can improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This Community Service activity captures the increase in the competitiveness of home industry herbal drink products. This activity is motivated by a strong desire to encourage women farmers who join the Garuda Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Cipayung Village, South Tangerang City to increase awareness and understanding of the importance of knowledge of accounting and taxation. as a pillar of business success . In the end , KWT is also one of the manufacturers of herbal drinks for health and fitness with a brand "samilakor" is able to understand and compile simple financial reports, as well as understand the intricacies of taxation for MSME actors . Including understanding tax calculations as a basis for determining the amount of tax payable. Understanding of accounting and taxation is expected to be mastered after participating in this activity. The facts show that MSME business actors in the City of South Tangerang encounter many obstacles in applying standard accounting practices, as a basis for presenting fair financial reports. Another problem, MSME players experience problems understanding and complying with tax obligations. The main causes of the inability to understand and comply with accounting principles and tax regulations are due to the low level of education of MSME actors, and disciplinary backgrounds that are irrelevant to the preparation of financial and tax reports. This condition is exacerbated by the lack of training for MSME actors regarding the business development they run and the skills to record business transactions. The training method applied is face-to-face, including lectures, discussions, case studies, and questions and answers. The training materials are in the form of modules containing accounting and tax materials for MSMEs. The accounting report material contains an understanding of the accounting cycle, which is ultimately able to compile financial reports. Furthermore, material for the preparation of practical financial reports based on the Excel application is given. After the participants understand preparing standard financial reports, they are then introduced to the Standards for Financial Accounting for Micro, Small and Medium Entities ( SAK EMKM ). This accounting standard was introduced to participants, intended to provide an understanding that in preparing financial reports it must be guided by financial accounting standards determined by professional organizations, in this case the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI). For taxation material , Law Number 7 of 2021 concerning Harmonization of Tax Regulations (UU HPP) which regulates the latest MSME tax regulations is explained. The training in the PkM activity was attended by participants from MSME actors in the South Tangerang City area and its surroundings, with the number of participants total 40 people. In order to assess the success of the training, participants were asked to give a score by completing the pre-test and post-test . Then the score is analyzed to determine the effectiveness of the activity. The results of the activity show that this training has been running quite effectively. Participants can understand the preparation of cash flows and understand the accounting and taxation of MSMEs and their calculations quite adequately

Abstract

Dalam mengembangkan sebuah usaha, dibutuhkan tenaga kerja yang terampil, inovatif, berpengalaman dan memiliki kemauan yang tinggi. Namun pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Koperasi Serba Usaha Tangerang Kuat Sejahtera Kota Tangerang masih kurang konsisten. Hal ini ditunjukan pada karyawan yang kurang memiliki kemampuan dalam Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM), sehingga munculnya permasalahan yang kurang efektif untuk kemajuan Koperasi. Permasalahan yang muncul seperti minimnya pengetahuan anggota Koperasi mengenai manajemen SDM yang baik, kurangnya jumlah SDM dan kemampuan kinerja anggota Koperasi yang belum maksimal. Data penelitian didapat dengan mencari langsung di lapangan. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Perumahan Palem Ganda Asri 1 Blok A3 No.1, Kota Tangerang, Banten dengan menggunakan dua sumber data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan, Manajemen SDM Koperasi yang baik dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan ekonomi Koperasi Serba Usaha Tangerang Kuat Sejahtera dengan cara menggerakkan pengurus dan anggota untuk lebih produktif dalam pengelolaan Koperasi. Solusinya yaitu peningkatan pelatihan kemampuan manajerial, diversifikasi usaha dan pelatihan keterampilan rutin bagi anggota koperasi.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to perform an analysis aimed at identifying tourism development strategies for Cisantana village in the Cigugur district of Kuningan regency, as no tourism development model has been previously studied in this area. Semi-structured interviews with 100 respondents, including village authorities, company owners, tourist object managers, and Kuningan district office officials, were conducted throughout the research's six-month period from February to August 2023. It employs descriptive qualitative analysis. Literature, FGDs, interviews, and observation are used to acquire data. Using Nvivo 12 software, qualitative data analysis approaches were used. The findings indicated that the tourism and creative economy development model based on local wisdom in Cisantana village can be developed through strategies including a) prioritizing local tourism businesses, b) contributions from all parties, c) community empowerment, d) cooperation, collaboration, and synergy across sectors, e) strengthening partnerships so they don't become competitors, f) sustainability and continuity, g) infrastructure improvement, h) research studies and development applications. The benefits of tourist development and creative companies include great tourism potential, boosting local economies, enhancing local knowledge, and chances to build businesses and jobs for nearby areas. The marginalization of farmer groups, the decrease of cultural culture, the appearance of trash, waste, and pollution in tourist regions, as well as the loss of local knowledge, are the negative effects. The public sector, the government, and other relevant parties can benefit from this study. The research's overall goal is to improve public awareness of the value of fostering a creative economy and tourism based on local knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the understanding and implementation of the core value "Ganesha CEPAT" at STIE Ganesha, as well as the challenges faced in its application. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research involved 15 participants comprising lecturers from three study programs (Master's in Management, Bachelor's in Management, and Bachelor's in Accounting) and administrative staff from the administration, student services, and finance departments. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and institutional document analysis. The findings indicate that the majority of participants understand the importance of core values in building a positive work culture, although challenges such as variations in understanding and inconsistencies in implementation were identified. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns in the data, while triangulation ensured the validity and reliability of the findings. This study reveals that the implementation of the core value "Ganesha CEPAT" can enhance the performance of lecturers and administrative staff if supported by consistent socialization programs and adequate managerial support. The implications emphasize the importance of developing a value-based work culture in higher education institutions to improve effectiveness and sustainability.
