Abstract

The rapid development of technology today drives people to find easier ways to make transactions, especially in buying and selling online or known as online shop. The purpose of the present study was to determine and understand online buying and selling practices on IAI AL-AZIS Students and the perspective of Islamic law in online buying and selling. The present study used field research by using observation and interview research methods. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, i.e., designate members of a particular population, carried out based on certain considerations based on the characteristics or characteristics of the population that has been known before. According to purposive sampling in this study the sample that the author used was 6 students for IAI AL-AZIS. The research results showed that: 1) The implementation of online buying and selling for students of the Az-Zaytun Indonesia Islamic Institute (IAI AL-AZIS) class of 2016 was carried out using various social media applications. The sellers promoted their wares using the social media accounts they used. 2) Buying and selling according to an Islamic economic perspective that is legally carried out is buying and selling that has fulfilled the pillars and conditions of buying and selling, namely the existence of a seller and a buyer, the existence of goods that are used as the object of buying and selling, and the presence of sighat or consent granted. In addition to this condition, it is no less important that the goods must comply with the terms of the buyer both in terms of shape and colors. If some of these conditions are met, then actually buying and selling in anyway is not a problem, it is still valid and permissible.

Abstract

Law family income makes women take independent role in earning family income by working abroad to create family harmony in Islamic law. The purpose of the present study was to determine the perspective of Islamic law on female workers abroad and their role in increasing family income. The present study used types were field research with qualitative research approach and qualitative descriptive research. The data sources of the study were primary and secondary data sources. The sampling method was sampling purposive. It used observation, semi-structured interview and documentation research methods. The research results showed that; 1) The family income increased after working abroad. By working abroad, they were able to improve their family’s quality of life, pay their children’s education, build comfortable homes, and have savings in the form of money or assets; 2) Women who worked abroad to increase family income were allowed in Islamic law because Islam doesn’t forbid helping and complementing each other to create a happy family. Being a TKW in fiqh muamalah contract is called Ijarah Amal and the wages from work are called Ujrah. Even though the implementation of work sometimes goes through work agreements, as long as it is still within reasonable limits and no one is harmed, the ijarah contract is still ongoing for overseas migrant workers. As long as their jobs were safe, they were permitted by their husbands or guardians, they were able to protect their honor and no one was wronged.

Abstract

Today the virtual world is excited about the controversy regarding the thoughts of Shaykh Al-Zaytun. In fact, differences in understanding and thinking in understanding the text of the verses of the Qur'an and hadith are common. Even from ancient times, there were differences in understanding and thinking. This is proven by the existence of many schools of thought in fiqh and theology. However, currently, these differences in understanding and thinking are used as a tool to justify minority groups who differ from the majority group as a heretical group. The purpose of this research is to explain the thoughts of Shaykh AS Panji Gumilang's controversy about religious blasphemy or differences of opinion. The research method used is qualitative, with normative and empirical approaches. The results of this study state the views of Shaykh AS. Panji Gumilang, which is considered controversial, is a difference of opinion, not a misguidance. This actually exists in the academic realm, so the judgment of social media and religious institutions against Shaykh Al-Zaytun becomes counter-productive to the development of thought that should be turned on. The attitude of freedom of spirit, freedom of thought, and freedom of knowledge needs to be inflamed in Indonesian society, so that they can be more open in accepting different views. It's not easy to blame people for being different from mainstream views, before the facts and scientific basis are clear, and not just dragging them into cases of blasphemy.Keywords: Blasphemy of Religion; Controversy; Difference of Views AbstrakDewasa ini jagat maya sedang heboh dengan kontroversi terkait pemikiran Syaikh Al-Zaytun. Sebenarnya perbedaan pemahaman dan pemikiran dalam memahami teks ayat-ayat Al-qur’an dan hadis adalah hal yang biasa terjadi. Bahkan dari zaman dahulu perbedaan pemahaman dan pemikiran itu sudah ada. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya banyak madzhab dalam fiqih dan teologi. Namun saat ini perbedaan pemahaman dan pemikiran tersebut dijadikan sebagai alat menjustifikasi kelompok minoritas yang berbeda pendapat dengan mayoritas kelompok sebagai kelompok yang sesat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang pemikiran kontroversi Syaykh AS Panji Gumilang itu penistaan agama atau perbedaan pandangan? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan normatif dan empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pandangan-pandangan Syaykh AS. Panji Gumilang yang dianggap kontroversi, merupakan perbedaan pendapat, bukan suatu kesesatan. Hal ini sebenarnya ada pada ranah akademik, maka penghakiman media social dan lembaga keagamaan terhadap Syaykh Al-Zaytun, menjadi kontra produktif dengan pengembangan pemikiran yang seharusnya dihidupkan.  Sikap merdeka ruh, merdeka fikir, dan merdeka ilmu perlu digelorakan kepada masyarakat Indonesia, supaya bisa lebih terbuka dalam menerima perbedaan pandangan. Tidak mudah menyalahkan orang karena berbeda dengan pandangan mainstream, sebelum jelas faktanya dan dasar keilmuannya, dan tidak asal menyeretnya pada kasus penistaan agama.Kata Kunci: Penistaan Agama; Kontroversi; Perbedaan Pandangan

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan internet yang sangat pesat berdampak pada seluruh aspek termasuk pendidikan. Penggunaan media sosial pun berkembang dan mulai banyak yang menjadikannya sebagai media pembelajaran, salah satunya pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang dikenal sulit dan membosankan sejak lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan Instagram sebagai media berbasis visual terhadap minat pembelajaran bahasa Arab, dalam hal ini akun Instagram @quranreview terhadap Followersnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif eksplanasi survey. Populasi penelitian adalah Followers akun Instagram @quranreview sebanyak 234.000 per Juni 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel melalui sampel kuota dengan kriteria khusus yakni merupakan Followers aktif @quranreview dan pernah mengikuti kelas daringnya setidaknya satu kali. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh akun Instagram @quranreview terhadap minat Followersnya belajar bahasa Arab dibuktikan dengan koefisien regresi yang bernilai positif pada persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan yaitu Y = 7,588 + 0,637 (X) dan koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,565 atau 56,5%.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran bahasa Arab diberikan agar siswa memahami isi al-Qur’an dan hadits serta penerapannya dalam kehidupan. Namun dalam pelaksanaanya, banyak problematika dilalui dan menyebabkan siwa kesulitan belajar, baik dari faktor linguistik maupun non-linguistik.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan pembelajaran serta problematika yang terjadi pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab di kelas IX MTs Khairul Bariyyah Bekasi, juga untuk mengetahui solusi yang dilakukan siswa, guru, dan sekolah untuk mengatasi problematika tersebut.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulandata berupa observasi dan wawancara kepada siswa dan guru.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bahasa Arab dibagi menjadi dua, yakni pembelajaran bahasa Arab formal di kelas dan muhadatsah di asrama. Problematika pembelajaran bahasa Arab dapat dilihat dari dua segi, yakni linguistik dan non-linguistik, yang termasuk linguistik yaitu fonologi, morfologi, sintaksis dan semantik, yang termasuk problematika non-linguistik yaitu latar pendidikan, kurangnya kosakata, fasilitas, motivasi, lingkungan berbahasa dan alokasi waktu. Upaya untuk mengatasi problematika dilakukan tiga pihak, yaitu siswa, guru dan sekolah. Upaya yang dilakukan siswa, yaitu bertanya kepada guru, membuka kamus dan mengerjakan tugas. Upaya yang dilakukan guru yaitu memberikan motivasi dan penjelasan yang menarik agar siswa semangat belajar bahasa Arab. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan sekolah yaitu memberikan fasilitas dan pengajar berkualitas.
