Abstract

Profesionalismeā€, adalah sebutan yang mengacu kepada sikap mental dalam bentuk komitmen dari para anggota suatu profesi untuk senantiasa mewujudkan dan meningkatkan kualitas profesionalnya. Seorang guru yang memiliki profesionalisme yang tinggi akan tercermin dalam sikap mental serta komitmenya terhadap perwujudan dan peningkatan kualitas profesional melalui berbagai cara dan strategi. Ia akan selalu mengembangkan dirinya sesuai dengan tuntutan perkembangan zaman sehingga keberadaannya senantiasa memberikan makna profesional. Sementara itu, guru kalbu merupakan derajat tertinggi dalam jenjang penampilan kinerja guru. Dalam kinerjanya, guru kalbu akan memancarkan sinar dan energi getar yang bersumber dari keyakinan agama, kebenaran, keharuan rasa, cinta kasih sayang, rendah hati, bersyukur, serta keterpaduan jiwa dan raga secara terintegrasi dan sinergitas.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that ronggeng is a cultural heritage in the life of the Javanese people. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This study uses a qualitative approach with a direct analysis design on the novel. This is done to study the aspects of women's representation in the novel which is used as the object of study. This research shows that the novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk displays several discourses on sexuality. The depictions of sexual relations between Srintil and several male characters, namely Rasus, Ki Secamenggala, Dower, and Sulam show that Srintil is an object that is forced to surrender to circumstances. Srintil and Rasus have a complex relationship with the image of Mother in Srintil. Then, Srintil's relationship with Ki Secamengala was seen as a religious ritual that was sacred to the people of Dukuh Paruk. Furthermore, the relationship between Srintil, Dower and Sulam is like a buying and selling transaction. The depiction of the myths and stereotypes of the Dukuh Paruk community appears with several discourses of sexuality. This novel is also closely related to cultural values because in this novel the story is related to beliefs related to the existence of ronggeng in the hamlet. The characters in the novel highly uphold the cultural values taught by their ancestors. In addition, there are many spells such as love spells and love breaker spells as part of the representation of cultural elements in aspects of oral literature.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan abu sekam padi sebagai material tambahan dan pengaruh waktu pembakaran bata merah terhadap kuat tekan bata merah. Model uji yang telah dibuat diseleksi berdasarkan sifat tampak dan dimensinya sebelum pengujian kuat tekan dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel batu bata merah berbentuk balok dengan ukuran panjang 22 cm, lebar 10 cm dan tinggi 5 cm. variasi penambahan abu sekam padi yang digunakan adalah 0%, 5%, 10% dan 15%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa semua sampel dengan variasi penambahan abu sekam padi 0%, 5%, 10% dan 15 % dengan lama waktu pembakaran selama 3 hari dan 7 hari menurut sifat tampak sesuai dengan SNI 15-2094-2000, sedangkan kuat tekan tidak memenuhi standar minimum di SNI 15-2094-2000. Nilai kuat tekan optimum yaitu 4,94 pada variasi penambahan abu sekam padi 0% dengan pembakaran selama 3 hari dan nilai kuat tekan minimum yaitu 3,16 dengan variasi penambahan abu sekam padi 15% dengan pembakaran selama 3 hari dan 7 hari. Batu bata merah dengan variasi penambahan abu sekam padi sebanyak 5%, pembakaran selama 3 hari dengan nilai kuat tekan 4,74 adalah model uji yang direkomendasikan digunakan dalam bidang kontruksi karena hasil kuat tekan mendekati kelas 50 SNI 15-2094-2000 yaitu 5 Mpa (5 N/mm2).

Abstract

This article describes students’ writing skills in expository text based on the parallel class perspective for first-grade high school students. The research took place at the beginning of the even semester 2021/2022. The research used a descriptive-quantitative method. The population of the research were all students of class X SMA Negeri 6 Karawang who submitted answers to the writing skills test via a google form, which consisted of 137 students. There were 102 students who were selected through a simple random technique. Data were analyzed by using parametric inferential statistics with one sample t-test and a one-way Anova test via SPSS. The requirements for the homogeneity of variance and the normality of the curves of the Lilifors testing method were fulfilled through SPSS completely. It was found that the t-test of one sample was 0.411 at sig. 0.682 so that sig. 0.682 > 0.05, which means that the mean observation was 6.05 similar to the estimated mean of 6.00. The observed mean of 6.05 was equivalent to a relative value of 41.21%. This percentage included the low category. F value = 0.134 in sig. 0.970, so that sig. 0.970 > 0.05, which means that there is no difference in the mean of writing skill in writing exposition texts between class X-1, class X-2, class X-3, class X-4, and class X-5. The results contributed to related institutions regarding learning to write expository texts in a context of a gender perspective and parallel classes.
