Abstract

In the world of entrepreneurship, competition is a matter of course. Competition is the color of entrepreneurship. Without competition, the work feels bland. Competition is also a motivation to advance business and make the workforce more enthusiastic about facing obstacles. Competition can also have a negative impact on our business world if an entrepreneur is unable to control himself in the face of competition so that entrepreneurs compete imperfectly or unhealthily. This is also fatal for a company. The existence of CV. Andromeda Utama in facing business competition, especially in the field of tourism, deserves more attention, this is because CV. Andromeda Utama is classified as a new company and is an individual business compared to other tourism service companies that are much longer in this field and are a company managed by several people who are experienced and more experts in this field.

Abstract

In this research, Kopontren discuss the idea of Kopontren rolein empowering peoples economy empowerment programs through the loanand save it for the society stores / minimarts, also using a cyber cafe topeople about boarding finally can be achieved with both the welfare of thesurrounding community and Kopontren where Kopontren has strategicrole in the increased business as a member of islamic cooperation that, andgood management of the savings from the bank capital. However, thereare some people who think that Pesisir Kopontren still unable to providemaximum service and business services for residents. The research that weuse is a case study in Kopontren Miftahul Ulum Pesisir with the actualdata in the interview techniques (interview) and direct observation.Besides, we also use of the library to become as a reference for research.It appears that the success of the business Kopontren Miftahul Ulum theloan and save is this program could provide a solution to develop businessin a run by members of the public to empower villagers Pesisir in order tobecome partners Kopontren Miftahul Ulum. Therefore comes a businessmodel Kopontren project program through an increase in loan and saveto improve services, and cyber cafe and also to increase distribution to theminimarts in hopes can become an inspiration for the parties involvedand cooperatives (Kopontren) in the field.

Abstract

Sales will not be realized without promotion, therefore CV Karya Abadi promotes Advertising and personalselling strategies to increase sales volume. This study aims to determine the promotion through advertising and personal selling affect sales volume in C.V. Eternal Work to achieve this goal the researcher first conducts a survey to identify what variables are considered. In this study there are three variables, namely sales volume, advertising and personal selling. The sample method used is porposive sampling (sampling technique with certain considerations). For the data obtained directly from research in CV Karya Abadi through un-structured interviews, observations and documentation and analyzed using the significance test of each coefficient and the significance test of the model through SPSS version 10.01. From the statistical results it can be seen that the value of Fcount> Ftable (76, 909> 3.3541) then the independent variables (advertising and personal selling) have a significant effect so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. For the T-test on advertising: 2,239 and personal selling: 11,104 and for Ttabel advertising and personal selling is +2,0518, this shows Thitung> Ttable so H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the promotion strategy (advertising and personal selling) affects the sales volume of C.V. Karya Abadi by 83.1% while 14.9% is influenced by other promotional strategies.

Abstract

The development of arisan indeks in the life of Moslems of Karangdoro-Tegaljati-Banyuwangi, indicates a new perception of justice in the context of arisan tradition. The main concern of this research is understanding the new perception of justice. This research is a qualitative research applying sociological and ethical Approaches. The data was reached by the techniques of interview, observation, and document study. The data was analyzed using the rational choice theory and the general perspective of contextual ethics as the theoretical framework. One of the results of this research is that the perception of justice of the oslem participants of the arisan indeks is rational and contextual in its character. One of the principles of the Moslems’ perception is that the value of justice in the context of arisan indeks relates to not only the nominal of money but also, and more importantly, the substantive value of money.

Abstract

In Islamic law and positive law that a marriage must be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations. Both of these indicate that the carrying out of a marriage should be based on the terms and the pillars of Islam and the positive law. By law if the marriage ceremony has done, then the resulting rights and obligations between husband and wife. If the marriage between husband and wife or one of them does not want to perform its obligations, it shall do divorce. In the KHI mentioned that one of the causes of marriage breakdown is divorce and the reasons that can be used to litigate divorce one of them is between a husband and wife constantly disputes and quarrels and no hope of living in harmony again in the household. From this arises because a spouse is unwilling to perform its obligations due to any coercion in marriage.

Abstract

Mengingat pentingnya perpustakaan bukan hanya untuk tempat membaca buku dongeng, ataupun tempat tersimpannya buku-buku tebal akan tetapi dapat mendukung pengembangan potensi diri masyarakat desa tersebut, akan tetapi membutuhkan perpustakaan yang berkembang. Maka fasilitasnya harus terlengkapi sertaa memiliki data-data sumber. informasi oleh masyarakat dalam pencarian infomasi tersebut agar dapat menumbuhkan atau meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat untuk ke perpustakaan. yang sangat dibutuhkan adalah seluruh pihak mulai dari masyarakat, perangkat desa dan kebijakan pemerintah karena suatu peranannya tidak kalah pentingnya. Masyarakaat dan pemerintah. desa dapat berperan penting untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya suatu perpustakaan dalam lingkungan masyarakat. maksud dari manajemen pelayanan perpustakaan desa serta apa saja standar operasional prosedur pelayanan yang diterapkan di perpustakaan desa dan bagaimana keefektifan pelayanan perpustakaan desa yang memuat tujuan minat dan budaya baca anak desa dan masyarakat, dan juga faktor pendukung dan penghambat, peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat kualitatif deskriptiif yaitu mencari fakta dengan intreprestasii yang sesuai, menjalani permasalahan yang di alami oleh masyarakat dengan situasi tertentu termasuk sikap-sikapnya, serta proses yang berlangsung dan pengaruhnya dari suatu permasalahan yang ada. dari hasil penelitian ada berbagai hal yang perlu dibenahi karenaa melihat dari pengunjung perpustakaan yaang kurang memanfaatkan fasilitas yang telah disediakan oleh pihak pemerintah dan melihat pentingnya perpustakaan di lingkungan masyarakat desa krejengan tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu pelayanan yang perlu di kembangkan lagi agar terdapat banyaknya minat baca anak serta masyarakat yang berada di desa krejengan kecamatan krejengan kabupaten propolinggo agar supaya menyadari adanya dampak dari pelayanan perpustakaan desa.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan berupaya untuk menjadikan seorang insan agar memiliki banyak ‎pengetahuan dan kreativitas, ‎sehingga seseorang itu bisa menggunakan dengan baik pengetahuan yang didapatnya juga dengan ‎kreativitas yang mana hanya untuk melakukan suatu hal yang positif kepada masyarakat ‎disekitarnya. Sama halnya dengan adanya pendidikan moral, dalam konteks ini peran seorang ‎guru pendidikan agama islam merupakan sumber daya pendorong dalam terciptanya ‎kepribadian siswa yang berkarakter, dan juga suatu pengdalian saat membimbing ‎sikap dan perilaku manusia yang perlu diperbaiki. maka pembimbingan tingkah ‎laku wajib harus ada pendukungnya yaitu dengan ilmu tentang‏ ‏keagamaan pada dasarnya, ‎serta akidah pada khususnya, dengan melaksanakan berbagai tingkah laku baik yang ‎sudah dianjurkan. Penulis dalam melakukan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif sebagai sarana dalam menghasilkan kesimpulan data deskriptif yakni dengan kata-kata yang disusun atau perkataan dari orang-orang terkait dan kejadian serta kondisi lapangan yang sedang diamati. Dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan Observasi lokasi penelitian, wawancara pada informan, serta dokumentasi yang diperlukan serta teknik analisis data dilakukan tahapan dari reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan varifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa peran guru pendidikan agama islam dalam pembentukan pribadi siswa yang berkarakter di sekolah menengah pertama ihyauddiniyyah kecik antara lain (a) sifat keagamaan, suatu kegiatan kegamaan yang mana haruslah dilakukan dengan sebagaimana sholat berjamaah di masjid atau musholla, baca alqur’an, hafalan doa-doa; (b) sikap kepedulian lingkungan yang ditanamkan semacam menyelenggarakan kebiasaan bersih-bersih seperti membersihkan sekitar halaman sekolah; (c) perilaku gemar membaca, maka sekolah harus mengadakan suatu kegitan budaya membaca agar siswa bisa terbiasa membaca buku dan akan menjadikan siswanya gemar membaca disekolah seperti siswa diperpustakaan sedang membaca buku dan siswa sedang membaca buku saat dikelas; (d) sifat cinta damai yang diajarkan, yang mana memberikan suatu penjelasan terhadap siswa yang kurang faham perdamaian dan melakukan aktifitas pertunjukan teater yang dapat menggambarkan kehidupan tingkah laku yang baik; (e) sifat rasa ingin tahu, yang diajarkan pada siswa dengan mengajukan tanya jawab siswa kepada guru pada saat diakhir jam pelajaran.
