Abstract

The research aims to determine how training, work discipline and employee performance at PT Saitama Stamping Indonesia, determine the effect of training on employee performance and the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT Saitama Stamping Indonesia. The method used is descriptive and verifiative with a population of 420 employees of PT Saitama Stamping Indonesia. A sample of 81 respondents was taken by the Slovin method. Analysis using SEM with the help of SmartPLS. The results showed that training was in the fairly high category, work discipline was in the high category, and employee performance was in the high category. Training has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Saitama Stamping Indonesia and work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Saitama Stamping Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract

The study aims to determine how the level of education, work experience and employee performance at PT Chang ShinKarawang, determine the influence of education level on employee performance and the influence of work experience on employee performance at PT Chang Shin Karawang. The method used is kuantitatif with a population of employees of PT Chang Shin department bottom spray painting which amounts to 50 people. A sample of 44 respondents was taken by the Slovin method. Analysis using PLS with the help of SmartPLS. The results showed that the level of education wasin the fairly high category, work experience was in the high category, and employee performance was in the fairly highcategory. The level of education has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Chang Shin Karawang and work experience has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Chang ShinKarawang Keywords: Education Level, Work Experience and Employee Performance

Abstract

The primary goal of this research is to get knowing of how work discipline and its environment affect productivity within the Ministry of Religion, Karawang Regency workplace. Quantitative verification research is the core of this research. A total of sixty-three participants were surveyed from the Karawang Regency Ministry of Religion. This was a Total sampling strategy, and 63 people completed the survey. The online survey served as a data collection tool, while SPSS 16 multiple linear regression analysis provided the results. Employee performance (y) is influenced by two factors Partially, according to research. Namely environment of work (x1) and discipline of work (x2). If the calculated of F value is bigger than critical of value (33.136 > 3.15), then these two factors have a combined influence of 51.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of the Marketing Office of Citra Kebun Mas Karawang using quantitative verification. Research respondents were 65 employees in the marketing office. The method used was a questionnaire and SPSS 24 with a multiple linear regression approach. The research findings found that work environment has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work environment and work discipline have a positive and simultaneous effect on employee performance in the marketing office of Citra Kebun Mas housing.

Abstract

Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan, termasuk didalamnya safety (keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja) dan juga lingkungan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan safety, mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja secara parsial terhadap produktivitas karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh safety secara parsial terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dan mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja dan safety secara bersamaan berdampak pada produktivitas karyawan. PT. Astra Juoku Indonesia adalah subjek pada penelitian ini. 100 sampel akan digunakan dari 450 total populasi. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi menggunakan kuisioner atau angket. Metode analisis data yaitu analisis jalur dapat digunakan dengan bantuan alat bantu program SPSS 24. Peneliti menemukan hasil analisis data sebagai berikut: (1) Ada korelasi yang kuat dan arah korelasi yang positif antara variabel lingkungan kerja (X1) dan safety (X2). (2) Variabel lingkungan kerja (X1) terhadap produktivitas karyawan (Y) memiliki pengaruh secara parsial. (3) Variiabel safety (X2) terhadap produktivitas karyawan (Y) terdapat pengaruh secara parsial. (4) Variabel lingkungan kerja (X1) dan safety (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap produktiviitas karyawan (Y)

Abstract

PT HLI Green Power, sebuah perusahaan pelopor di Asia Tenggara dalam produksi baterai kendaraan listrik (EV), menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja yang terlalu ringan atau terlalu berat dapat memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara motivasi kerja dianggap sebagai faktor penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 90 responden terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05) dan t hitung sebesar 7,966 (> t tabel 2,873). Di sisi lain, beban kerja secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan karena nilai signifikansinya 0,126 (> 0,05) dan t hitung sebesar 2,246 (< t tabel 2,873). Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS. Meski demikian, secara bersama-sama beban kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan mengatur beban kerja secara tepat guna mendukung kinerja optimal karyawan.
