Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the implementation of the empowerment of the poor through the UED-SP Program in Cempaka, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency. The research method uses a survey approach that is descriptive in nature, namely research that seeks to describe existing problem solving that is supplemented by existing literature. Data collection techniques were used in this study in three ways, namely interviews, written sources (documentation), supplemented by questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the performance of the UED-SP Program managers was assessed by the community, especially program recipients, as being considered good.

Abstract

Notaris pengganti memegang tanggung jawab penting yang sama dengan notaris. Tanggung jawab notaris pengganti dalam menjalankan tugasnya memerlukan perlindungan hukum sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Undang-undang Dasar Hukum Jabatan Notaris (UUJN) pasal 66. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengelaborasi lebih jauh tentang apakah ketentuan Jabatan Notaris (UUJN) pasal 66 berlaku bagi Notaris Pengganti dan bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap Notaris Pengganti. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan menelaah bahan kepustakaan atau hukum sekunder sedangkan dalam mencari dan mengumpulkan data dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan hukum dan pendekatan konseptual. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pasal 66 UUJN mengatur perlindungan hukum bagi notaris bukan notaris pengganti. Perlindungan hukum bagi notaris pengganti mengenai pemberitahuan kepentingan yudisial bersifat umum yang didasarkan pada peniadaan pengingkaran dan kewajiban.

Abstract

Article 9 of the General Declaration of Human Rights states that: "No one may be arbitrarily arrested, detained or exiled." The government succeeded in freeing Indonesian citizen from Serang, Banten, Siti Aisyah from Malaysian law, Monday (11/3/2019). This case is related to the alleged murder of Kim Jon Nam, the half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un. Siti was released after the prosecutor dropped the charges during the trial. The Minister of Law and Human Rights, Yasonna Laoly stated, the release of Siti Aisyah was proof of the presence of the government for Indonesian citizens. In order to avoid a double standard between the Government's efforts to encourage the implementation of a fair trial and the abolition of prosecution for death sentences experienced by Indonesian citizens abroad and those tried in Indonesia, the ICJR recommended President Jokowi to order the Attorney General to carry out a moratorium on the prosecution of sentences. death and stop the execution of the death penalty considering the implementation and standards of fair trial in Indonesia are still not running well.
