Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh siaran langsung dan konten review terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen TikTok Shop pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi universitas indo global mandiri.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program komputer Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis parsial t pada variabel siaran langsung menunjukan bahawa nilai 6,694 > 1,968 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan konten review menunjukan nilai 10,698 > 1,968 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukan bahwa hipotesis Siaran Langsung dan Konten Review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan akhir yaitu Y= 5,868 + 0,635 X1 + 0,539 X2 + e. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2), diketahui besar pengaruh siaran langsung dan konten review terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen sebesar 77%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji F hipotesis di terima jika Fhtung >Ftabel atau 442.383 > 3,03 sehingga dengan demikian hipotesis Ha diterima yang berada pada korelasi tinggi, atau dengan kata lain, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan siaran langsung dan konten review terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen TikTok Shop pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi universitas indo global mandiri.

Abstract

Pengaruh program flash sale dan diskon terhadap perilaku impulsive buying produk pakaian pria dan wanita pada PT JM group lemabang kota palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program flash sale dan diskon terhadap perilaku impulsive buying produk pakaian pria dan wanita pada PT JM group lemabang kota palembang. Dimana variabel flash sale (X1), diskon (X2) dan impulsive buying (Y). Dengan sampel berjumlah 96 orang. Hasil teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan menggunakan program spss versi 25. Data ini diolah dengan alat uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedasrisitas, uji auto korelasi dengan bantuan aplikasi spss versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data dana analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu : Dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Flah Sale(X1), Diskon (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prilaku Impulse Buying (Y) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4.658 (X1) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, nilai t hitung sebesar 7.760 (X2) dan signifikan sebear 0,000 < 0,05. Karena nilai signifikan dibawah 0,05 membuktikan bahwa Flash sale, Diskon berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap prilaku impulse buying. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Flash Sale dan Diskon dibawah 0,05 , Menunjukan Flash sale dan Diskon memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulsive buying pada PT JM GROUP Cabang Lemabang Kota Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Transactional Leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang. The Transactional Leadership style emphasizes reciprocal relationships between leaders and subordinates through a system of rewards and supervision, while work motivation serves as the primary driving force influencing teacher productivity. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The sample consisted of 75 teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS V27 software, which included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the t-test results, both transactional leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Furthermore, based on the F-test results, both transactional leadership style and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 6 Palembang, with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of providing incentives and work discipline both partially and significantly on employee performance at the South Sumatra Regional Civil Service Agency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population used in the inbi study is the total number of employees of the South Sumatra Regional Civil Service Agency. The technique of determining the number of samples uses saturated sampling which is the entire population used in the research sample, which is as many as 70 respondents. Data analysis used data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with t-test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and R-test. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of used car employees at the South Sumatra Regional Civil Service Agency. The provision of incentives and work discipline simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the South Sumatra Regional Civil Service Agency.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Meningkatnya persaingan dalam industri buket mendorong pelaku usaha menyusun strategi pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan pembelian konsumen melalui efek media sosial, harga dan promosi. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada usaha buket By Juwita yang terletak di Palembang. Jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang yang didistribusikan melalui kuesinoner. Variabel terikat penelitian ini adalah Keputusan pembelian konsumen, sementara media sosial, harga, dan promosi bertindak sebagai variabel bebas. Hubungan antar variabel diuji menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, artinya semakin baik penggunaan media sosial dan semakin menarik promosi yang dilakukan, maka keputusan pembelian konsumen juga akan semakin meningkat. Sementara itu, variabel harga tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,862 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 74,3%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial dan promosi yang menarik berperan penting dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian konsumen.   ABSTRACT The increasing competition in the bouquet industry encourages business actors to develop marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze consumer purchasing decisions through the effects of social media, price and promotion. The location of this research was conducted at the By Juwita bouquet business located in Palembang. The number of respondents was 96 people who were distributed through questionnaires. The dependent variable of this study is Consumer purchasing decisions, while social media, price, and promotion act as independent variables. The relationship between variables was tested using multiple regression. The results showed that social media and promotion have a positive and significant influence, meaning that the better the use of social media and the more attractive the promotion carried out, the consumer purchasing decisions will also increase. Meanwhile, the price variable does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the three variables have a positive and significant influence, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.862 and a determination coefficient (R²) of 74.3%. This proves that marketing strategies through social media and attractive promotions play an important role in encouraging consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and emotional resonance on employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior at PT. Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk Banyuasin. With a quantitative approach, this research involved 75 respondents consisting of employees in various divisions. The independent variables studied include transformational leadership style and emotional resonance, while the dependent variable is OCB behavior. The research results show that the transformational leadership style partially has no significant effect on OCB, with a t value of 1.306 which is smaller than the t-table of 1.993 (p = 0.196 > 0.05). On the other hand, partial emotional resonance has a significant influence on OCB with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05. Simultaneously, these two independent variables have a significant effect on OCB with a significance of 0.002 <0.05. Regression analysis shows that emotional resonance has a more dominant influence on increasing OCB compared to transformational leadership style, with a regression coefficient of 0.238 and a significance of 0.002 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.157 indicates that transformational leadership style and emotional resonance together explain 15.7% of the variation in OCB, while the other 84.3% is influenced by other factors. Thus, this research confirms that emotional resonance plays a more dominant influence in increasing employee OCB compared to transformational leadership style.

Abstract

Workload and physical work environment have an impact on performance. This study was conducted to determine and analyse the impact of workload and physical work environment on the performance of lecturers and employees at Prasetiya Mandiri Polytechnic PSDKU Palembang. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample of 52 respondents. The data obtained in this study were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS software version 22, which consisted of data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that, partially, workload has a negative and significant effect on performance, while the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, it was found that workload and the physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers and employees at Prasetiya Mandiri PSDKU Palembang Polytechnic. The correlation coefficient (R) test obtained a value of 0.486, which means that the level of relationship between the variables of workload (X(1) )and work environment (X(2) )on the performance variable (Y) has a moderate level of relationship. The coefficient of determination (R²)obtained a value of 0.236, indicating that the contribution of the workload and physical work environment variables can explain 23% of the performance variable, while the remaining 77% is explained or influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
