Abstract

Human resources at the Hospital are professionals who work to provide health services and are the spearhead of the progress of the Hospital. High job pressure, boredom with routines, and unsatisfactory income lead to low commitment to the organization, besides that it creates boredom (burnout) which can lead to the desire to move to another workplace (turnover intention). This study aims to determine the effect of burnout and affective commitment on employee turnover intention at YK Madira Palembang Hospital. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 86 respondents using simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques using the t test and F test and multiple linear regression. The results of the t test for the burnout variable (X1) show that there is a positive and significant effect of burnout on employee turnover intention at YK Madira Palembang Hospital, where the t calculated value for the burnout variable is 6.437 > t table which is 1.988, there is also a negative and significant affective commitment effect on employee turnover intention at YK Madira Palembang Hospital, where the t calculated value for the affective commitment variable is -3.162 > t table (1.988). The calculated results of the analysis of the F test, obtained the calculated F value (23.962) > F table (3.06) indicating that the variables X1 burnout and X2 affective commitment have a positive and significant effect together (simultaneously) on turnover intention at RSIA YK Madira Palembang based on the results of the F test analysis measurement simultaneously. It is hoped that hospitals and management should pay more attention to their employees, especially in terms of setting targets and providing salaries and incentives to provide training, promotion, career advancement with the aim of increasing their commitment to the company to reduce the rate of turnover intention.

Abstract

Desa Sungai Duren merupakan salah satu desa di Sumatera Selatan yang selain penghasil karet, juga terdapat beberapa lahan yang ditanami komoditas lainnya, salah satunya tanaman singkong untuk kebutuhan masyarakat local maupun daerah lain di sekitarnya. Saat ini masyarakat Desa Sungai Duren hanya mengolah singkong menjadi olahan kerupuk opak, masyarakat Desa Sungai Duren kurang memiliki pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan makanan singkong. Singkong juga merupakan bahan baku yang paling potensial untuk diolah menjadi tepung, salah satunya adalah tepung mocaf. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah pada pengolahan tepung mocaf yang dihasilkan belum bisa dimanfaatkan secara maksimal, karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengolah makanan berbahan dasar tepung mocaf pada ibu-ibu di Desa Sungai Duren. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, solusi yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan dari tepung mocaf serta pendampingan dalam praktek pembuatan produk makanan tersebut. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan dalam membuat berbagai olahan dari tepung mocaf. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan melalui tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah 20 orang yang merupakan Ibu RT dan petani. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu desa Sungai Duren dalam mengolah Tepung Mocaf menjadi Boba “Fresh Boba”, Makanan tradisional khas daerah seperti Pempek Dos dan Tekwan, dalam jangka panjang pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan peluang usaha yang baru.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between the performance of PT Oasis Water International workers and factors such as compensation and competition. All employees of PT. Oasis Water International was the focus of this quantitative research, with a total of 160 people and 115 of them filled out the survey using a simple random sampling method based on the Slovin formula. PT employees. Oasis Water International was given a questionnaire to fill out to collect data. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data, using SPSS 24 to manage research data. Based on the research results, employee performance is influenced positively and significantly by the compensation variable. This is supported by a Tcount value of 4.361 and a TTable value of 1.981, which shows that Tcount > TTable (4.361 > 1.981), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Compensation has a significant influence on productivity in the workplace. Tcount > TTable (13.101 > 1.981), sig. 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that the competency variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that competency and compensation partially have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Oasis Water International. Based on the results of the F test, the significance level was obtained at 0.000 < 0.005 and Fcount > fTable (85.242 > 3.08). Compensation and competency both have a positive effect on the performance of PT Oasis Water International workers so they have a simultaneous effect

Abstract

Jaya Baru Farm telah berhasil mengelola sumber daya peternakannya, namun menghadapi kendala dalam branding, khususnya karena belum memiliki logo selama tiga tahun beroperasi. Logo merupakan elemen penting untuk meningkatkan pengakuan, identitas, dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta membedakan usaha dari pesaing. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan perancangan logo dan banner pemasaran bagi Jaya Baru Farm, bertujuan memperkuat citra merek dan meningkatkan daya saing. Evaluasi keberhasilan dilakukan melalui wawancara langsung untuk memahami dampak positif dari implementasi branding terhadap pertumbuhan usaha.

Abstract

Kegiatan Digitalisasi Pemasaran dan Inovasi Produk Nanas untuk mendukung Ekonomi Desa Lembak bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk nanas melalui penerapan pemasaran digital dan diversifikasi produk olahan nanas. Desa Lembak, yang dikenal sebagai penghasil nanas berkualitas, menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran produk yang terbatas pada pasar lokal dan kurangnya inovasi dalam produk olahan nanas. kegiatan yang dilakukan lebih berfokus pada pengenalan dan pengembangan produk berbahan dasar nanas. Peserta diberikan pelatihan tentang cara membuat berbagai produk olahan nanas, seperti selai nanas, keripik nanas, sirup nanas, manisan nanas, dan dodol nanas, melalui bimbingan langsung dan praktik di lapangan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pemanfaatan teknologi pemasaran digital kepada petani dan pelaku usaha di desa, serta pengenalan teknik diversifikasi produk nanas menjadi berbagai produk bernilai tambah, seperti selai, dodol, sirup, dan keripik. Pelatihan pemasaran digital difokuskan pada pemanfaatan platform e-commerce dan media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar, sementara pelatihan pengolahan bertujuan untuk menciptakan produk olahan yang lebih bervariasi dan menarik. Pada akhir sesi kegiatan ini dilakukan evaluasi melalui pengukuran indicator yang dituangkan dalam kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta menggunakan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran, dengan setidaknya 85% peserta berhasil mendaftarkan akun social media dan marketplace untuk memasarkan produk mereka. Selain itu, 90% peserta mengetahui dan memiliki keterampilan baru dalam mengolah lima produk olahan nanas baru. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian Desa Lembak, membuka lapangan kerja baru, dan menciptakan keberlanjutan usaha berbasis teknologi. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini akan didokumentasikan dalam laporan yang mencakup evaluasi dampak terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan ekonomi desa

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and compensation on employee productivity with motivation as a moderating variable at PT. Ilham Jaya Lestari. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach through the distribution of questionnaires to 112 respondents. Data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the moderation effect. The results show that work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity. Additionally, motivation is proven to strengthen the relationship between work discipline and compensation on productivity. This indicates that increasing motivation can enhance the effectiveness of work discipline and compensation in driving employee productivity. The implications of this study suggest that the company needs to improve work discipline through stricter policies and a fairer, performance-based compensation system. Furthermore, the company is advised to strengthen employee motivation through incentives and creating a more conducive work environment. This study contributes to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. By understanding the factors that influence employee productivity, the findings help the company design fairer and performance-based policies regarding compensation and work discipline. Additionally, increasing employee motivation can support the creation of a healthier, more productive, and sustainable work environment, aligning with SDG 8's goal of improving labor productivity and employee well-being

Abstract

Pemahaman tentang packaging kreatif sebagai strategi meningkatkan daya tarik dan branding UMKM lokal sangat diperlukan dikarenakan packaging merupakan perwakilan persepsi premiumitas dari sebuah merek. Namun, dengan adanya keterbatasan akses internet dan pengetahuan, membuat pelaku UMKM di Desa Sungai Duren Kecamatan Lembak tidak memahami karakteristik umum yang dapat digunakan dalam packaging suatu produk. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan mengintegrasikan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKNT) dengan perancangan kegiatan yang saling mendukung. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan. Tahapan awal dimulai dengan studi pendahuluan, pemetaan potensi dan keterampilan, pengembangan materi pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, evaluasi, serta dokumentasi dan publikasi. Kegiatan pelatihan berjalan dengan baik, hasil yang dicapai sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan yaitu (1) peserta mendapatkan stimulus kreativitas dalam merancang desain packaging melalui contoh packaging yang mereka amati secara langsung; (2) peserta memahami strategi branding yang dapat diterapkan pada bisnis masing-masing; (3) peserta memahami fungsi dari packaging tidak hanya sebagai wadah untuk menyimpan produk saja melainkan dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana promosi dan branding. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan peserta memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap relevansi materi, kualitas materi, selain itu peserta merasa aktif terlibat dalam sesi pelatihan dan memiliki kesempatan untuk berpartisipasi serta berdiskusi secara efektif. Pelatihan terkait packaging dapat dilanjutkan dimasa yang akan datang dengan menerapkan diversifikasi pendekatan dalam pelatihan, hal ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan peserta dengan tingkat pemahaman yang berbeda-beda

Abstract

Employee productivity is an important factor in a company's success, especially in an increasingly tight business competition era. This study analyzes the impact of work-life balance and job satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 94 employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The study results show that work-life balance significantly affects employee productivity, where the balance between work and personal life increases efficiency and work motivation. Not only that, job satisfaction also has a positive impact on employee productivity, especially in increasing loyalty and work enthusiasm. Simultaneously, both variables contribute significantly to increasing employee productivity. This finding proves companies that support and create a more comfortable and motivating work environment. Thus, it is hoped that employee productivity can continue to increase, which ultimately positively impacts the company's growth.

Abstract

The creative industry also has a fast-paced work dynamic and a constant demand for innovation, requiring employees to always be creative and productive, often at the expense of work-life balance, where the boundaries between work time and personal time become blurred. Employees who experience high levels of stress and struggle to maintain work-life balance tend to have a higher turnover intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and work-life balance on turnover intention among employees of PT Gamester Legenda Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative method and a saturated sample, with a total of 75 respondents consisting of employees of PT Gamester Legenda Indonesia. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire containing questions related to job stress, work-life balance, and turnover intention. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, multicollinearity test, t-test, F-test, as well as correlation and determination tests using SPSS Version 26 software. The results indicate that job stress has a significant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, work-life balance does not have a significant effect on turnover intention, suggesting that maintaining a balance between work and personal life can reduce employees' desire to change jobs. Overall, both factors have a significant influence on employees' turnover intention at PT Gamester Legenda Indonesia. This study recommends that PT Gamester Legenda Indonesia enhance policies to reduce job stress and pay more attention to employees' work-life balance to lower turnover intention rates. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether compensation and social support have an effect on employee turnover intention at SMP Meitreyawira Palembang. The type of research in this study is quantitative research. The data collection technique in this study is a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were 75 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests consisting of t tests, f tests and coefficients of determination. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the independent variables, namely compensation and social support, on the dependent variable, namely turnover intention, this was indicated by the t-count value of compensation of -3.347> t-table value of 1.993 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and the t-count value of social support of -3.823> 1.993 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the hypothesis proposed in this study is that the compensation variable has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The social support variable has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The magnitude of the influence of the compensation and social support variables is 57.2% on turnover intention. While the remaining 42.8% is influenced by other variables such as work stress and workload which were not examined in this study.
