Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisi pengaruh relationship marketing dan gaya hidup terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kopi yang dimediasi kepuasan pelanggan kopi pada Infinite Coffee Shop. Sampel berjumlah 120 responden yang merupakan pelanggan kopi di infinite Coffe Shop, ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS melalui software WarpPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan relationship marketing, gaya hidup dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil uji pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa secara positif dan signifikan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki peran mediasi antara relationship marketing dan gaya hidup pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kopi. Kata Kunci: relationship marketing, gaya hidup, kepuasan, loyalitas, pelanggan kopi.

Abstract

This article is the result of research on "Marketing Strategy Analysis in Increasing Home Sales Volume at PT Bumi Arum Lestari Kendari. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method based on field studies that aim to analyze marketing strategies in increasing house sales volume at PT Bumi Arum Lestari Kendari. Data collection techniques in this study using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The interview technique used in this research is to ask questions to the authorities to obtain information about PT Bumi Arum Lestari Kendari's marketing strategy. This study uses swot analysis with a marketing strategy using the 4p namely product, price, promotion and place.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Spiritual Leadership, Autonomous Motivation, and Innovative Behavior of Teachers in schools. The research sample consisted of 150 teachers in Kendari City with diverse demographic characteristics based on gender, age, education level, working period, and marital status. The majority of respondents are female teachers who are in the middle career stage with adequate academic qualifications and sufficient professional experience, making it relevant to examine the influence of leadership and motivation on learning innovation. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the study showed that all relationships between variables were positive and significant. Autonomous Motivation has a strong influence on Teachers' Innovative Behaviors, which affirms that intrinsic motivation plays an important role in encouraging the creation and implementation of new ideas in learning. Spiritual Leadership has a strong influence on Autonomous Motivation and has a direct influence on Innovative Behavior. These findings suggest that value-based leadership is able to strengthen teachers' internal motivation, which ultimately increases their innovation capacity. This research confirms the importance of developing spiritual leadership and strengthening intrinsic motivation to encourage sustainable educational innovation.
