Abstract

This study aims to implement the Six Sigma method on formal men's jacket products in the garment industry to increase the level of sigma. The methodology is based on the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) approach. The new approach in this study is the determination of 5W+1H using a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with five expert judgments. The design of this study has applied the Six Sigma method at the Measure stage. It is a measurement before improvement and after the Control stage as a measurement after improvement. The results of this study have increased the level of sigma from 3.5765 to 3.7839, so there is an increase of 5.48%. Increasing the sigma level contributes to a decrease in defects at the finish line by 44.09% every month. Implementing the Six Sigma method to the DMAIC approach has succeeded in increasing the level of sigma, automatically reducing the percentage of defects and increasing the productivity of formal men's jackets in the garment industry.

Abstract

PT Riung Mitra Lestari trying to improve the main load tool off high way truck (OHT) from one of theirjob site dari salah satu job site owned PT. RML, Job Site Krassi, North Kalimantan where data showedgains in productivity tools primarily under standard load. In January – August 2015 trend ofproductivity gains is 83%. Krassi site that has the most difficult locations and conditions of 80% peatland. With the location With a location 80% peat into one unique in handling dan its mining methods.Research conducted using the QCC method to improved productivity mining equipment. Improvementgroup is often called QCC uses severeal tools improvement and productivity improvement measures.Inthe analysis of the probem or step 3 there are several causes at the root of the problem of inaccesibilityCat hauler unit 777. In actual achievement prior to productivity improvement tool hauler Cat 777 is 78bcm / hour of a target of 100 bcm / hour.In percentage only reaches 78% and the target after QCCapplication is expected to reach 95%. Based on fishbone and pareto analysis major problem and thedominant causes of the failure in the productivity tool loading and unloading is less good technique, the second is the lack of a hard material that serves as mixing and blending. By making improvementin loading technique and road repair there is productivity improvement 57,3 % dari from previous dataand 22,8 % improvement from target. The other factor that affected incapability of production is losstime. After QCC improvement loss time decreased into 90,14 minutes per days from previously 227,14minutes / days.

Abstract

The purpose of this manuscript is to search the literature to support the variables of this manuscript and to provide results for consideration in future studies as a research gap or alongside other research items. This study did not use SPPS data processing and there were no study participants. Results were obtained. Most of the articles reviewed in the scientific literature had a significant impact on the independent variable of the dependent variable. New to this study is the existence of models or frameworks that previously existed or were used by previous researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to prove and provide an overview of the variables in this study for the garment industry, especially at the level of managers and supervisors This research methodology uses a qualitative approach and examines the variables of this study. A type or method of academic writing is in the form of library research. Theoretical analysis, analysis of relationships between variables, books and journals, online and offline, were obtained from Mendeley, Google Scholar and other online media. The results showed that the object of the garment industry for managers and supervisors who run company management with the results there is a positive and significant influence from various scientific articles originating from reputable national and international journals, and there are several distinguishing variables that can be used later in future research, namely competence, job performance, perceived influence or work relations ship, work load, Organizational Performance and public service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure organizational sustainability with several constructs that are considered supporters, including performance appraisals, performance evaluations, employee competence, and motivation. The research method of this article uses a literature review study, Literature Study is a way to solve problems by tracing the sources of writing that have been made before.  The novelty of this article is the framework formed from the reference to previous international journal articles, findings of significance, and insignificance between variables. The gap in this study is described in a complete research result description and supported by previous articles.

Abstract

An organization wants its business journey to run smoothly, but sometimes there are obstacles from the different nature of employees. The great influence of employee character starts from self-efficacy, work motivation, work discipline and employee performance. The purpose of this research is to build a research hypothesis on the influence of exogenous variables, namely self-efficacy and work motivation on the endogenous variables of work discipline and employee performance. This research method uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with secondary data taken from several collections of articles related to these variables. This study has found that there is a positive mutually influencing relationship between variables, among which self-efficacy influences work discipline, work motivation influences work discipline, self-efficacy influences employee performance, work motivation influences employee performance, and work discipline influences on employee performance. This research has resulted in several studies of 10 articles which have provided scientific decisions. The contribution of this research is expected to provide convenience for other researchers who will develop their scientific work with a similar theme in the future.

Abstract

Abstract

This scientific article wants to continue the study in the field of human resources by using existing variables and literature sources that will be used related to strengthen the findings of existing studies. In this article used graphic techniques are used. Analysts collect the necessary data from additional sources, analyze them, and, if necessary, modify them, additional data is used to collect information for research, books, research papers, articles, university documents, and the web is used to collect supporting data.  The problem, intervention and comparison population framework (PICO) for evaluation was used to define study parameters. Coaching, mentoring programs, and performance management have been implemented with articles found from various existing literature, and described in this article, thus adding to three broader variables for other researchers to come. The results of this article provide an opportunity for other researchers to develop and use these three variables to produce other research with methods, objects, and produce a model
