Abstract

Karang Taruna is a youth organization in Indonesia formed by the community as a forum for the younger generation to develop themselves, grow, and develop on the basis of awareness and social responsibility from, by, and the younger generation that is oriented towards achieving social welfare for the community. In addition to the village head, youth organizations also have an important role in developing the village. As a youth organization, youth organizations must be creative, innovative and make new breakthroughs, especially in developing villages and overcoming problems in the village such as economic, social, environmental problems, etc. Therefore, youth organizations have strategic roles and tasks and are closely related to the village government. This study aims to describe the role of the Sopa Youth Organization in the management of palm vinegar in Sopa Village, Bulukumba Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach with purposive sampling technique and data collection methods with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the role of the united Sopa Youth Organization in managing palm vinegar was as (1) the initiator of the idea. This is motivated by complaints from palm farmers who complain about the difficulty of marketing palm sugar and to reduce the manufacture or consumption of ballo kacci (Bugis liquor). (2) manufacturers. Apart from being the initiator of ideas, youth organizations also play a role in producing palm vinegar innovations. (3) distributors. The united Sopa Youth Organization also plays a role in distributing goods produced from producers to consumers.

Abstract

As we know, information and communication technology are developing rapidly in this era. This ever-evolving and improving technology has led to increased learning and innovation opportunities associated with newer information and communication technology systems. Along with the development of this technology, improving the quality of human resources is also needed, so that the world of education needs to take steps to innovate learning methods. Therefore, the English Tadris Study Program proposes a learning method through the concept of cybergogy as an involved online learning system. Cybergogy is a learning innovation based on information and communication technology with three interrelated factors, namely: cognitive, emotional, and social. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the concept and implementation of cyberphony in learning phonology. The method used in this research is a literature study. Data collection techniques include searching for data in books, journals, and the web (internet) with data analysis using the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results and discussion of this study on phonology can be applied to the learning process with the cybergogy method. Learning phonology through the concept of cybergogy can be easily understood because phonology studies sound, and this learning is very compatible with the concept of cybergogy, which is learning with native speakers through online media.

Abstract

Latar belakang, Peningkatan mutu dan keselamatan pasien merupakan proses kegiatan yang tidak pernah berhenti dan harus selalu dilakukan oleh rumah sakit di indonesia. Jika rumah sakit tidak terakreditasi maka akan berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit sehingga merugikan tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat  itu  sendiri.  Tujuan Penelitian,untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh standar akreditasi rumah sakit terhadap mutu pelayanan di RSUD Haji Makassar Tahun 2024. Metode,yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 6.663 pasien yang dirawat di instalasi gawat darurat, rawat jalan, dan rawat inap, dengan sampel sebanyak 102 responden yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi- Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara manajemen rumah sakit (p=0,031), pelayanan berfokus pada pasien (p=0,003), sasaran keselamatan pasien (p=0,000), dan program nasional (p=0,003) terhadap mutu pelayanan di RSUD Haji Makassar. Disarankan agar RSUD Haji Makassar memperhatikan prosedur yang lebih efektif dan meningkatkan edukasi terkait kesehatan  untuk  mencapai  mutu pelayanan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPA dengan memanfaatkan media audiovisual. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan guru kelas. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan model Kemmis & McTaggart dalam 2 siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan & observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian meliputi peserta didik kelas VII SMPN 3 Alla, pada semester II tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 29 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket motivasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat setelah diberi tindakan penggunaan media audiovisual. Motivasi belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan, yaitu dari pra tindakan diketahui sebanyak 3 peserta didik atau 10% yang meningkat menjadi 11 peserta didik atau 38% pada siklus 1. Pada siklus II, dengan perbaikan tindakan berupa kegiatan pembelajaran dengan cara peserta didik membuat poster setelah menyaksikan video pembelajaran. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh terjadi peningkatan jumlah peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi belajar minimal pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 24 peserta didik atau 84%. Pemanfaatan media audiovisual pada siklus II persentase keberhasilannya sudah mencapai >75% sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat dikatakan berhasil. Begitupun dengan hasil belajar. Sedangkan untuk hasil belajar juga mengalami peningkatan dimana sebelum diberikan Tindakan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik pada tes awal 0%, siklus I meningkat menjadi 52%, dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II yaitu 83%. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar pada fase2 telah mencapai 80% sehingga penelitian diakatan telah berhasil dan dihentikan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media audiovisual dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar IPA peserta didik.
