Abstract

Background: Learning is an effort to obtain intelligence or knowledge, changing behavior or responses caused by experience. There are many factors that influence the success of learning. Two main factors that affect the success of one's learning are the factor of the internal (internal factors) and other factors that come from outside the individual (external factors). External elements (environmental factors and instrumental factors) and internal elements (physiological factors and psychological factors) also play a role in influencing learning processes and outcomes. Objective: To identify the factors that influence the success of student learning on SCL model in Stikes Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta. Methods: Research descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all students of Stikes Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta who obtained the SCL model. Data retrieval method used simple random sampling. Results: There is a relation between student's attention and learning achievement (P value = 0,000), there is correlation between fatigue with learning achievement (Pvalue = 0,000). There is no relation between family factor and learning achievement (Pvalue = 0,300), no correlation between school factor and achievement (Pvalue = 0,130), and no relation between environmental factor and academic achievement (Pvalue = 0,476) Conclusion: Students' attention in learning influences learning achievement, with positive relationship direction (r = 0,814), where each addition of student?s attention for 1 hour will improve student?s achievement as much as 2.21 points. Abstract

Background : Family support is the main for the elderly to maintain the health of the elderly in the face of cognitive and psychosocial physiological changes experienced by the elderly. Low family support will lead to a high risk of falling in the elderly. Objective : This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and the risk of falling in the elderly in Kayen Sendangsari Pajangan Bantul. Method : This study uses a descriptive correlation design with a cross-sectional time approach. Statistical test using Somer's. The sample in this study was 51 elderly people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used is the family support questionnaire and the TUG test. Result : Based on the research, data regarding high family support were 42 elderly (82.4%), moderate family support was 4 elderly (7.8%), low family support was 5 elderly (9.8%). The risk of falling in the elderly in Kayen Sendangsari Hamlet Pajangan Bantul showed that 32 elderly (62.7%) had a low fall risk and 19 elderly (37.3%) had a moderate fall risk. Somer's test results obtained a p-value of 0.001 <0.05 with a correlation coefficient of -0.481. Conclusion : A negative coefficient value means that the higher the family support, the lower the risk of falling in the elderly. On the other hand, the lower the family support, the higher the risk of falling in the elderly.

Abstract

Objective: to know the relationship of academic achievement and external factors with the graduation of competency test of nursing students Stikes General Achmad Yani YogyakartaMethods: this research is an associative descriptive research. This research was conducted at Stikes General Achmad Yani Yogyakarta. The data used use cross sectional approach, in the absence of any intervention and data retrieval is done one time.Result: result of correlation test between academic achievement level of bachelor degree of nursing with competence test obtained p-value 0,002. The result can be interpreted as having relationship because p-value is less than alpha (0,05). The value of close relationship in the range of categories is very strong that is 0.836. The result of correlation test between the achievement index of professional ners with competency test obtained p-value 0.106. The result can be interpreted as no relationship because p-value is more than alpha (0,05). The result of comparation test between academic factor and competence test is obtained p-value 0,001. The result can be interpreted as having relationship because p-value is less than alpha (0,05). The value (r) or the closeness of the relationship of these two variables is very strong at 1.00. Result of comparation test between environmental factor with competence test got result p-value 0,807. The result can be interpreted as no relationship because p-value is more than alpha (0,05).Conclusion: There is a relationship between IPK S1 Nursing with graduation of nurses competence test. There is no correlation between IPK Ners with the graduation of nurse competency test. There is a correlation between academic factor with passing of nurse competence test. There is no correlation between environmental factors with the passing of nurse competence test.

Abstract

Objective: Explores in depth the learning experience of students in SCL “student center learning” model in Nursing Program Stikes General Achmad Yani Yogyakarta. Methods: This research use qualitative method with descriptive approach, executed on June until August 2016 in Nursing Program Stikes General Achmad Yani Yogyakarta. Informants in this study were selected by purposive sampling technique of convenience sampling. The informants involved in this research are 6 informants, where the researcher has obtained the data saturation in gathering information and has reached redudancy. Interviews were conducted once for each participant, lasting approximately 60-90 minutes for each participant. Data analysis method used in this research is method of analysis from Colaizzi. Result: There are 12 themes perceived by Nursing Program Stikes General Achmad Yani Students about SCL learning model that is role of student, the role of lecturer, learning process, student expression with SCL learning model,  the number of group members, student activeness in learning, improvement of student soft skills, means of learning, lecturer relationships with students, relationships between students, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors Conclusion: There are three perceptions of students about SCL learning, namely the role of lecturer as facilitator and mediator, scheduled learning process, and student perception on SCL learning model. The advantages of learning perceived by the students is seen from the number of group members, the activity of the students in learning and the improvement of the soft skills of the students. Lesson in the SCL learning model perceived by the students, the learning facilities, the relationship of lecturers with students, and the relationship among students. There are two factors that play a role in student learning in SCL learning model in Nursing Program Stikes General Achmad Yani Yogyakarta is the driving factor (self, family and friends)

Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 1998 Tentang Kesejahteraan Lanjut Usia, bahwa lanjut usia adalah seseorang yang mencapai usia 60 tahun ke atas. Tingginya rata-rata Usia Harapan Hidup (UHH) penduduk Indonesia mencerminkan salah satu indikator keberhasilan pencapaian pembangunan nasional di bidang kesehatan. Tahun 2004-2015 memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan UHH, dari 68,6 tahun menjadi 70,8 tahun dan proyeksi tahun 2030-2035 mencapai 72,2 tahun. Angka kesakitan merupakan salah satu indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur derajat kesehatan penduduk. Semakin rendah angka kesakitan menunjukkan bahwa derajat kesehatan penduduk semakin baik. Lansia akan mengalami penurunan semua fungsi akibat proses penuaan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah dilaksanakannya pendidikan kesehatan paguyuban senam lansia Fakultas Kesehatan Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pemeriksaan tekanan darah, senam lansia, pre test, pendidikan kesehatan tentang sehat dan bugar di usia lanjut, post test, dan pemeriksaan darah sederhana. Setelah pelaksanaan penkes dilanjutkan pemeriksaan gula darah, asam urat, serta kolesterol. Hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium didapatkan sebagian besar 21 orang (84%) angka gula dalam darah dengan hasil tidak normal, pemeriksaan asam urat didapatkan hasil 19 orang (76%) dengan hasil normal, sedangkan pemeriksaan kolesterol sebagian besar 17 orang (68%) dengan hasil normal. Kesimpulan pengabdian hasil pengukuran pengetahuan terkait sehat bugar lansia dengan senam menggunakan kuesioner didapatkan hasil bahwa sebagian besar, 22 orang (55 %) dengan pengetahuan baik.

Abstract

Background: Effective wound healing will reduce the costs incurred for treatment. Wound assessment, action and selection of treatment are carried out based on conditions and problems. Today's society prefers to do treatment by utilizing natural resources only on incision wounds given binahong leaves. Objective: Produces a binahong gel composition that heals cuts and minimizes infection in the incision. Methods: This research is included in inferential quantitative with parametric data. The mean difference test was then performed, followed by a paired t-test. Results: Administration of Na CMC On day 10 the mean wound closed was 18.83 cm with a standard deviation of 1.15. The administration of 1% binahong gel obtained an average wound healing area of 19.54 cm with a standard deviation of 0.18. The administration of 5% binahomg gel on the 6th day only showed wound healing with a T test value of 0.004 but on day 8 there was no additional wound closure with an average wound healing area of 6.36. The administration of 7.5% gel was known until the 10th day indicating that there was no wound healing. Giving Povidone iodine is known to be on the 8th day showing wound healing with an average wound healing of 6.65 cm. Conclusion: The 1% binahong gel was more effective in accelerating the healing of cuts in rats compared to the 5% and 7.5% binahong gel.

Abstract

Competence test is a process of measuring the knowledge, skill, and behavior of learners in Mid-Level Expert in Nursing or Nurse Profession at the end of their study period to reach the competency standard of graduates a job competency standard. Graduation of competency test nurse student to 68,61%, indicating that there is 31,39% which not yet competent. The aim of research is to analyze the relationship of gender and student interest with graduation of competency test of nurse students. The research type is descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at Stikes General Achmad Yani Yogyakarta. The results showed that men slightly greater the number of graduates of nurse competence test than women. 11 competent men and 10 competent women. The statistical test results obtained p-value 1.00 shows no relationship between sex with the passing of competence test nurse. This study also resulted that the Nurse student program is not related to the passing of nurse competence test with p-value 0.976. Therefore, both male and female ners should still study the theory in every phase.

Abstract

Masalah pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia berdampak besar bagi keluarga dan masyarakat. Berbagai dampak dialami oleh mereka antara lain masalah ekonomi, pendidikan, sosial, dan psikologis. Keluarga terpaksa harus beradaptasi dengan kondisi yang berubah seperti menemani anak belajar online, berkurangnya pendapatan pada profesi tertentu akibat pembatasan sosial berskala besar, bahkan pandemi ini juga menambah jumlah pemutusan hubungan kerja. Durasi yang panjang dan kendala selama pandemi membuat keluarga semakin rentan. Salah satu upaya yang perlu diberikan adalah dengan memberikan penguatan pada aspek psikologis keluarga. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid 19. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan model ABC (Adversity Belief Consequence) melalui edukasi dan konseling. Nilai ketahanan diukur menggunakan Walsh Family Resilience Qustionnaire. Kuesioner diberikan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Peserta pengabdian ini adalah ibu-ibu di posyandu  Kunir V Patangpuluuhan Wirobrajan Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 28 orang. Pelaksanaan posyandu dilakukan sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan. Teknik analisa menggunakan paired t-test. Kesimpulan,  model pendekatan ABC signifikan meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga.

Abstract

Background: Primary level health facilities such as Puskesmas, doctor's practices, and primary clinics function as gatekeepers, namely controlling the use and referral of participants. Primary service providers are comprehensive, namely promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative.Objective: Identifying research results to find out what factors can increase patient satisfaction with nursing services at primary health care providers.Methods: This research method uses a Systematic Literature Review with the limitation of articles published in the last two years from 2020-2021. Keywords in the search for nursing service, patient satisfaction, and primary care were analyzed using the PRISMA approach. Article search database using PubMed, ProQuest, and ScienceDirect.Results: The results obtained were 280 articles, 13 articles double found, the suitability for the title was 54 articles, the inclusion criteria screening and completeness of the abstracts found to be nine articles. Analysis of nine articles on factors that influence primary nursing services internally, namely the level of education, courtesy and respect, maintaining privacy, care and counseling, quality of care, management and leadership of the head nurse, and discipline of nursing staff. Health care facilities, health insurance, lack of equipment or infrastructure, long waiting times, lack of health workers, limited operating hours of health care, hygiene, decline in primary care providers, increasing aging population with limited health insurance, decreased access to health care, careers individuals who quit, the practice environment, e-Health counseling technology, the relationship between nurses and doctors, and comfortable facilities are external factors.Conclussion: It was found that the factors that influence primary nursing services are divided into two aspects, namely internal and external.
