Abstract

Abstrak ̶ Surabaya merupakan ibu kota provinsi Jawa Timur dan merupakan salah satu kota terbesar yang ada di Indonesia. Banyak perusahaan yang berdiri di Surabaya yang bergerak di bidang industri jasa maupun manufaktur. Sektor pariwisata memiliki pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Surabaya. Dengan semakin bertumbuhnya perekonomian dan pariwisata di Surabaya, saat ini mulai banyak masyarakat Surabaya yang mencoba berwirausaha dalam meningkatkan perekonomian melalui produk olahan makanan dan kerajinan tangan.Wiyung merupakan kecamatan yang ada di Kota Surabaya yang terletak di Surabaya bagian barat. Banyak masyarakat Wiyung yang berwirausaha dengan menjual produk olahan makanan dan kerajinan tangan. Di masa pandemi Covid-19 sekarang ini UMKM di Kecamatan Wiyung mengalami guncangan dan mengalami penurunan omzet. Hal ini terjadi lantaran menurunnya jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Surabaya dan penjualan produk yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Wiyung masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Perlu dilakukan pemasaran produk UMKM melalui internet dengan pendampingan digitalisasi marketing. Tim pengabdian memfokuskan penyelesaian masalah pada aspek strategi peningkatan pemasaran produk UMKM. Pada aspek pemasaran, diperlukan pentingnya foto produk dalam digitalisasi marketing yang menarik. Selain itu, diperlukan pemanfaatan internet sebagai media promosi melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam membuat konten serta teknik fotografi produk untuk menjamin keberlangsungan program pada mitra usaha. Target khusus dalam kegiatan pngabdian ini ditekankan pada pengadaan alat berteknologi tepat guna untuk meningkatkan produktivitas seperti photo studio box, rotating display, dan microphone. Kata Kunci: Foto Produk, Digitalisasi Marketing, Sosial Media, E-Commerce, UMKM.

Abstract

The efficiency of the production process is highly dependent on various factors, including the availability of raw materials. Therefore, every company is faced with the demand to enhance its managerial performance at all organizational levels, aiming to overcome various emerging challenges, especially those related to the production process. PT. Energi Agro Nusantara is confronted with the need to improve its raw material stock management to ensure compliance with market demands accurately and timely. The company is currently facing constraints, particularly in controlling product inventory, especially in terms of accurate calculations or predictions. This research is conducted to optimize the inventory of raw materials, specifically salt and urea, with the objective of meeting consumer needs. Forecasting methods are employed to determine the required daily production quantity. Furthermore, this research also aims to design a raw material control strategy to determine the necessary order quantities, ensuring that raw material inventory is maintained in accordance with production plans and forecasting results.

Abstract

XYZ is a company operating in the largest shipping manufacturing industry in Indonesia. Apart from that, PT. XYZ also accepts ship maintenance such as overhaul and ship repair work. PT. XYZ launched a ship created by the nation's children, named Ship X. This ship has a big impact because this ship can help provide medical assistance in underdeveloped, remote and frontier areas. However, in the production process of this ship there are still some remaining materials which can be said to be a lot. One of them is cable. To overcome this problem, analysis is needed to find out what factors can influence it and proposals that can solve the problem. In this research, the New Seven Tools analysis method was used. Based on the results of the analysis using the new seven tools method, it was found that the factors causing the large amount of leftover cable material were the lack of accuracy of both staff and field workers in determining material requirements and material processing. So that improvement evaluations can be carried out by determining the design and need for fixed materials in accordance with applicable SOPs, increasing worker productivity, and optimizing material processing during the production process.

Abstract

Bazaar is one of the strategies and innovation activities that support the entrepreneurship sector. Entrepreneurship itself is one of the aspects that support the improvement of the economy of a region an area. Increasing the economy of a region must of course be balanced with creativity and existing resources. Therefore, instilling the spirit of entrepreneurship from an early age is one of the efforts to optimize human resources. human resources. So that through this numeration festival bazaar can be a means to train students' entrepreneurial spirit from an early age.a means to train the entrepreneurial spirit of students from an early age. Methods in this community service activity this community service activity is to use a mentoring method that is based on PAR (Participatory Action Research). The use of this method is considered effective because researchers take part and have an important role in the activities studied that was researched. The results achieved from this community service activity are students starting to have an entrepreneurial spirit have an entrepreneurial spirit. Students can develop their creativity in selling products and this activity also supports UMKM in the Plumpungrejo 02 State Elementary School area.

Abstract

Perusahaan dagang bernama UD. S memproduksi sandal. Pemilik perusahaan ini melakukan berbagai upaya untuk menjaga kualitas guna memaksimalkan keuntungan dan mengurangi kerugian dengan menghindari produksi produk yang mengakibatkan cacat. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep FMEA dan metode Six Sigma untuk menentukan akar penyebab cacat produksi sandal, mengurangi variabilitas ukuran, desain, dan material, serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas operasional. Setelah data diolah, ditemukan penyebab masalah produksi, antara lain kurangnya pengawasan dan kontrol perusahaan serta kekurangan staff di setiap divisi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode yaitu Six Sigma dan Konsep FMEA UD. S ini perlu meningkatkan kualitas manajemen untuk mencapai kualitas yang lebih baik lagi. Untuk hasil Six Sigma, dengan tiga deffect yaitu Cat tidak sesuai, Finishing tidak rapi dan Lubang terkena bahan, UD. S berada dalam rentang level 4-sigma dengan nilai DPMO sebesar 4000, dimana pada level tersebut sudah berada dalam in-dustri pada umumnya. Sedangkan untuk konsep FMEA, diketahui nilai dari masing – masing deffect secara berurutan yaitu sebesar 84, 72, dan 160. Berdasarkan hasil dari kedua metode tesrebut, perlu dilakukan lagi analisis berbasis unsur TQM. Sehingga dengan menggunakan pendekatan TQM, tingkat kualitas manajemen perusahaan UD. S dapat mencapai level sigma lebih baik dan nilai kerusakan pada setiap deffect dapat menurun.

Abstract

Current business developments have moved from conventional systems to digital marketing systems and the use of digital marketing is the right opportunity for current developments in Indonesia. However, in its current condition, there are still business actors who do not understand digital marketing and lack awareness among the public or entrepreneurs to utilize digital media as a means to develop their activities. In the research, the researcher used a data processing method with a digital marketing funnel and the data was processed using SWOT analysis. Based on these problems, digital marketing training was carried out. This research aims to find out research results that can increase understanding of digital marketing funnel sales at Graha Office. It is hoped that the findings of this research can help companies formulate more effective digital marketing strategies that focus on achievement.

Abstract

PT XYZ is one of the manufacturing industries engaged in the production of palm oil processing. The products produced are cooking oil and margarine. So far, the implementation of activities has been hampered by the current layout conditions having a less efficient material handling path length, in addition, the distance between facilities is too far ± 150m which results in repeated transportation, this results in PT XYZ's material transfer activities being less effective. Therefore, this study aims to redesign the layout of production facilities in order to minimize material handling costs and raw material movement distances to be more effective. From these problems, the method used is the CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Techniques) method, this method can be done with the help of FTC (From to Chart), ARC (Activity Relation Chart) and ARD (Activity Relationship Diagram) calculations. The results of this study showed that the CRAFT algorithm succeeded in saving total material handling costs of Rp. 469,352.04 per day and reducing the total distance of movement by 67.15 meters. The reduction in material handling costs achieved was Rp 2,114,734.77 or around 81.84%, while the reduction in material handling distance reached 306.85 meters or around 82.05%.

Abstract

Defective products are goods or services that are produced in the production process but have defects that cause their quality to be poor. The aim of this research is to discuss the causes of failed or defective feed products. The research method used is Seven Tools and Kaizen. From the defect data, it was found that the largest contributor to the number of defects from the total production of 161,040 kg of defective fish feed was striped colour, amounting to 143,760 kg or 89.27%, while moist > std of 17,280 kg or 10.73%. The analysis results show that stripe colour defects are a top priority to be minimised. The problem is solved by human, machine and environmental factors in the form of arranging production work time schedules, carrying out nozzle spray checks periodically, replacing the pusher fluid on the machine and adding lighting to the analysis area to check product defects.

Abstract

PT XYZ, which aims to optimize the production process of Airbus A350 aircraft wing components. The background of this research focuses on the importance of efficiency and effectiveness in the aviation industry, where each component must be produced to high standards to ensure aircraft safety and performance. In order to achieve this goal, the author applies several methods for completing the task, including system modeling and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). This method allows for in-depth analysis of the structure and relationships between elements in the production system. Data processing is carried out through four main stages: model concept design, data collection, analysis, and evaluation. The raw data used includes the company layout and wing component production flow. The results of this data processing provide significant insights into potential improvements in the existing production system, as well as recommendations for improving operational efficiency. Thus, this report not only contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of systems engineering, but also provides practical advice for PT XYZ to improve their production performance.

Abstract

PT. ABC, a company operating in the cocoa product manufacturing industry, faces challenges related to waste during the reception of large spare parts, resulting in extended lead times for receiving goods. To address these issues, it is imperative to conduct an analysis of enhancements in the spare part receiving section within the maintenance warehouse to minimize or eradicate existing waste, thereby ensuring a shorter and more efficient process for receiving spare parts. Lean warehousing, which focuses on identifying and eliminating waste in warehouse operations or processes while reducing the time required to fulfill company requirements, serves as the guiding principle.
