Abstract

This study analyzes the factors affecting Non-Performing Financing (NPF) in the sharia bank in Indonesia. The independent variable in this research uses microeconomic variables such as Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Productive Financing Ratio (PFR), and Earning Asset Quality (EAQ). The sample used in this research is all population of Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The data used in this study were obtained from the Sharia Banking Statistics Report issued by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan - OJK) with the observation period from 2015 to 2017. The results showed that simultaneously CAR, ROA, FDR, PFR, and EAQ significantly influence NPF. Partially only variable FDR and EAQ which have the positive and significant influence to NPF, while CAR, ROA, and PFR has no significant effect on NPF.

Abstract

This article analyzes the loss of carbon dioxide (CO2) released in the forest conversion to oil palm plantations. This research data gathered from the relevant secondary data and relate published reports. This research finds that a loss of release of carbon dioxide (CO2) per hectare of US $ 9,800 with a carbon price of USD2 of US $ 14,000 carbon price of USD3 and US $ 19,600 in carbon price of USD4. In addition, this conversion also has a significant impact on global warming (GWP) and global climate change. Keywords: oil palm plantation, CO2 release, GWP, climate change.

Abstract

The issues concerning deficit spending have been a major concern in macroeconomic policies. Each country has a different method to solve the problems, including by devising appropriate deficit spending policies. This study investigates the effect of deficit spending in Indonesia. The effect of deficit management is seen from the sources to finance budget deficit, the efforts that are made, and the ability to contribute to the economy. Another research objective is to identify the magnitude of the effect of deficit spending and its effect on the national economy. This study attempts to explain that the applied model is able to determine the factors that contribute to deficit spending in Indonesia. The findings of this study reveal that both in the short- and long-run, external debts have a positive and significant effect on deficit spending. On the contrary, the economic growth and inflation rate have no significant effect on deficit spending.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the value of the Cepogo sadranan cultural tradition from the perspective communities to form Non Use Value . Non Use Value is value a combination of opsyen values, existence, heritance that forms Passive value. The research was conducted on the community not users in Central Java. The Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) was used in this study. Multiple linear models are used to find out the variables studied are and explained by independent variables (distance, income, age). The results of the study of the independent variables significantly can explain the variables studied the willingness of the community not the user to pay (WTP) to preserve the cultural tradition of Cepogo sadranan. An organization that manages sadranan culture preservation funds is needed so that the understanding of future generations can still preserve the sadranan cultural tradition as a vehicle for unifying community friendship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of Rimbo people and the surrounding community about the establishment of Bukit Duabelas National Park. The study also estimates the value of tourism and culture among domestic tourists to the object using the Travel Cost Method (TCM). The results obtained by consumer surplus (CS) as much as US $ 2.45 per visitor per visit. The result of CS value of each visitor shows the tourism services in the region does not provide high benefits to tourists. Bukit Duabelas National Park can be a domestic and international eco-cultural tourism destination and welfare improvement. It takes education awareness of tourism and  traditional culture of Rimbo people and the surrounding community to achieve it.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the consumer surplus and total economic value of the Sharia Umbul Pengging tourist destination in Dukuh Village, Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. The area is a natural area as a public water source managed by the local government. The main objective of this study was to analyze the demand of Umbul Pengging as a sharia tourist destination. The Travel Cost Method  (TCM)  is  used  to  estimate  the  travel  demand  offered  by  Umbul  Penggging.  The evaluation approach used service preferences expressed from the point of view of the user of the Umbul Pengging dominant function. The collected data produces a tourist request function  Umbul  Pengging  is  formulated  as  a  function  of  travel  costs,  sacrifice  of  travel time and income and visitor education. The results of research on travel costs, income and education of visitors are significant, tourists get benefits (surplus) for their visits.

Abstract

Hadirnya teknologi menjadi keharusan bagi pelaku UMKM saat ini untuk memanfaatkannya agar usaha yang dimiliki semakin berkembang. Keberadaan marketplace dan media sosial dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana untuk melakukan penjualan dan promosi secara online. Akan tetapi, pada kenyataannya masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memanfaatkan karena berbagai faktor, antara lain adalah kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat dalam mengoperasikan teknologi sebagai sarana berjualan maupun adanya ketakutan masyarakat akan adanya kasus penipuan. Masyarakat Desa Purworejo, Sragen termasuk salah satu pelaku UMKM yang memiliki usaha pertanian, berupa Beras “Utama” dan sambel “Mbok Tama”. Namun demikian, masyarakat di daerah tersebut juga belum memanfaatkan teknologi secara maksimal untuk menopang usaha yang mereka miliki. Oleh karena itu, kami memilih masyarakat di wilayah ini untuk melaksanakan program pengabdian masyarakat yang bertajuk digitalisasi marketing untuk membekali pelaku UMKM agar dapat menjalankan usaha mereka lebih optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media promotion, product quality, price, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions of Erigo products to consumers of Erigo Official Shop Shopee.co.id in Sragen Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research with a questionnaire as data collection material. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling with non-probability sampling method. While the data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, model determination test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test processed with the help of IBM SPSS statistics 22 Software. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that partially (t test) shows that the social media promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The price variable has a positive and significant effect on on purchasing decision. Then the online customer review variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. It can be suggested that the company continues to strengthen its marketing activities through social media promotion. Furthermore, the pricing strategy can be done by providing discount offers and paying attention to competitors' offers. but the quality of the product must also be considered so that consumers remain confident in their choice. Online customer reviews are an influential factor in the purchasing decision process. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to the content of information about a product from consumers in order to convince potential consumers to buy.
