Abstract

This research aims to determine the determining factors that influence purchasing decisions for Wiu Bakery products, namely those consisting of price, product quality and brand image variables. This research uses a convenience sampling technique or sampling by taking samples that are easy to find. Questionnaires were distributed to Wiu Bakery consumers from sales data of 50 consumers, but 41 respondents returned the questionnaire and were suitable for processing. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that price and brand image have a positive influence on purchasing decisions for Wiu Bakery products. However, product quality does not influence the decision to purchase Wiu Bakery products

Abstract

TPA is a Quran Education Park that accommodates early childhood in carrying out complex religious learning, such as Islamic history, daily prayer, reading and writing the Qur'an, tajweed, mahfudzot, etc. The implementation of informal learning is motivated by moral distortions that spread among Generation-Z, this is marked by early marriage due to pregnancy outside marriage. Therefore, the implementation of this service is important because it supports the strengthening of moral renewal which is the foundation and affects the character of children. Like TPA Raudhatul Athfal Dusun Biru which provides learning the values of the Qur'an. With the number of students 37-40 children. However, in teaching and managing the landfill, Raudhatul Athfal experienced problems, including lack of consistency and commitment of landfill managers, lack of competence and human resource skills in managing, inactivity of landfill participants, and poor recording of financial statements. From these problems, the service team provides solutive actions with socialization, training and mentoring methods according to the problems faced, and provides target measures to determine the success of service.

Abstract

A significant feature of technology is its capacity to change the routines and behavior of business players, especially MSMEs actors. MSMEs players in the Special Area have been impacted by the Covid-19 outbreak and are now looking to the MSMEs sector for business opportunities. It is necessary to overcome the difficulty of attaining the digitization of MSMEs. The fact that the MSMEs actors are not fundamentally and mentally equipped is another problem. The study's objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of using digital literacy, e-commerce, and skills as a tactic to enhance MSMEs governance and performance. The main sources of data for the study were imaginative MSMEs Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta actors. The analytical unit of the study is the manager or owner of MSMEs in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. In this study, primary data are gathered by a questionnaire. The sample size was established using a simple proportionate random sampling approach. The AMOS SEM analysis tool and a sample of 20% of all MSMEs in each district and city of the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta are used to achieve this. According to the study's findings, E-Commerce affects the MSMEs Governance, Digital Expertise affects MSMEs Governance and Performance, MSMEs Governance the performance of MSMEs. However, E-Commerce has no effect on the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan sistem reward berbasis kinerja karyawan di Maestro Parfum Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh berkembangnya parfum isi ulang dan  pengelolaan sumber daya manusia.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, lokasi yang dijadikan tempat penelitian adalah Maestro Parfum Yogyakarta, adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan berjumlah 92 orang, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa reward yang diberikan Maestro Parfum Yogyakarta memberikan motivasi bagi karyawan dalam bekerja. Reward yang diberikan Maestro Parfum Yogyakarta berupa uang tunai, kenaikan jabatan dan berupa barang.

Abstract

Tax compliance still needs to be improved by encouraging the implementation of transparent taxation, namely the transparency of tax management in all areas, both administrative and management of the use of funds derived from tax revenue. The real effort that must be done to implement the transparency is through the bureaucracy reform movement in the service system and tax administration that is through the implementation and implementation of Good Governance. Good governance is a well-executed organizational governance, by carrying out the principles of openness, justice and accountability in order to achieve the goals of the organization. The problems that will be studied by the researcher is a social and dynamic problem. Therefore, the researcher chooses to use quantitative research method to determine how to find, collect, process and analyze the data of the research result, so that this research is expected to give input for the need of strengthening of harmony between Good Corporate Governance and Whistleblowing System and the need to create system or policies and operational procedures of taxation sanction risk required for tax compliance implementation. The results showed that there is influence between the implementation of Good Corporate Governance to tax compliance, there is influence between Whistleblowing System on tax compliance, there is influence between Taxation Sanction on tax compliance.

Abstract

The growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia is rapidly advancing, particularly in the food sector. Many SMEs emerge, but only a few manage to endure in the long run due to various challenges and intense competition. Bakso Pak Wasino is one such SMEs that has been operating since 1997 and continues to thrive. The owner's name is Mr. Wasino, but it has been passed down to his daughter named Sinta, or myself, for continuation and development. Currently, Bakso Pak Wasino is formulating development strategies, especially in marketing. Bakso Pak Wasino has started promoting itself on social media by creating content related to its business. Marketing through social media holds great potential to reach a broader target audience. Bakso Pak Wasino is also planning its development using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis. BMC development involves nine components, including customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relations, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structure. Development through SWOT analysis is conducted by analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. With the use of BMC and SWOT, Bakso Pak Wasino is expected to plan its development more effectively, optimize productivity, reach a wider consumer base, and increase income generation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Etawa Goat farming techniques in the research area, as well as to analyze the Etawa Goat livestock business feasible to be cultivated in the research area, and to find out the obstacles faced by farmers and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the Etawa Goat cultivation technique at TAMI FARM Ranch was carried out intensively, namely goats were kept in cages continuously, feeding was carried out three times a day with predetermined formulations, the goat mating system was still carried out naturally, and traditional medicine was given so that goats always healthy and free from disease. Some of the obstacles faced by TAMI FARM farms are limited land and supply of feed. As for the efforts made by farmers to face obstacles, namely planting various types of grass for goat feed, as well as renting land for goats or for planting feed for goats.

Abstract

Intrapreneurship is a strategy for fostering innovation through making better use of the employees of a company. When intrapreneurship goes wrong and is abandoned, it won't just spur innovation; it'll also assist those who have good ideas to help their companies raise money to create more innovative products. Pegawai can become an agent for business change by encouraging intrapreneurship within the company. The purpose of the study is to comprehend the role that expertise and work environment play in fostering intrapreneurship. As a result of the survey's use of 25 indicators for each and every variable, more than 150 respondents from the University of Amikom Yogyakarta responded. The research's findings indicate that it is possible to combine and simultaneously improve one's skills and professional network in order to foster intrapreneurship.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the business development of digital marketing services using the Business Model Canvas. The Business Model Canvas provides a comprehensive framework to understand a business, including its Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partners, and Cost Structure. The study utilizes the Business Model Canvas as a tool to analyze a case study of a digital marketing services company and identify its strengths and opportunities for growth. The findings suggest that a well-designed business model can lead to successful business development and growth in the digital marketing industry. The research concludes by highlighting the importance of using a systematic approach such as the Business Model Canvas for analyzing business development in digital marketing services. The conclusion is that the development of a digital marketing services business is strongly influenced by internal and external factors of the company. Therefore, companies must continuously monitor and improve these factors to increase business competitiveness

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Image, Consumer Satisfaction and Product Quality on Purchase Decision of Cheers Kombucha Products. This study uses a quantitative research approach with multiple linear regression methods. The variables used in this study were primary data which were taken directly by distributing questionnaires through the Google form and distributed to Cheers Kombucha consumers. The number of population in this study amounted to 100 people. The sample is determined by calculation using the slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image, Consumer Satisfaction, and Product Quality have a partial effect on purchasing decisions.
