Abstract

Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bentuk inovasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Masuk Kampung Ta dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Wajo, serta menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan inovasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Masuk Kampung Ta dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa inovasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Masuk Kampung Ta telah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan telah di evaluasi menjadi pelayanan keliling yang lebih efektif walaupun pelayanan yang diberikan belum dirasakan secara merata oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Wajo. Inovasi ini telah memenuhi seluruh kriteria yang meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik diantaranya kebaruan (novelty), efektif (effectiveness), bermanfaat (significance), dapat di transfer (transferability), dan berkelanjutan (sustainability). Kesimpulan in didapatkan dari hasil observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara bersama 7 informan yaitu Innovator, Kepala Bidang Pemanfaatan Data dan Inovasi Pelayanan, 2 orang Teknisi Pelayanan Keliling, 3 masyarakat dari Kecamatan Tanasitoko Kabupaten Wajo. Saran yang bisa diberikan dalam pelaksanaan inovasi ini adalah sebaiknya Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil bisa melakukan pelayanan keliling secara lebih merata agar manfaatnya dapat dirasakan oleh seluruh masyarakat pelosok Kabupaten Wajo.Kata kunci : Inovasi Pelayanan, Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

Good governance is always related to work, especially good quality work. Government organizations are expected to be able to provide good quality work, so that there is good work performance. The type of research used is census research, where research takes all members of the population as respondents (data sources) and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. By using a quantitative approach and using descriptive methods to determine the influence of Good Governance on employee work performance at the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency. The results of research data analysis on Good Governance and Work Performance show that Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office is in the good category. Likewise, the Job Performance variable is in the good category. The influence that the Good Governance variable has on Work Performance is in the very strong and positive category and the data is significant. The conclusion from the research results with the title The Influence of Good Governance on Work Performance is as follows. Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency is in the good category. The work performance of Majauleng District Office Employees in Wajo Regency is in the very good category. The results of data analysis show that the influence provided is a very strong influence with a positive and significant relationship direction

Abstract

Abstract

Servant leadership style is a form of leadership that starts from an inner sincere intention to serve, prioritizing the interests of followers, collaborating with others to achieve common goals. In the context of the village head, the application of the Servant Leadership style is very relevant, but the issue that has been developing for a long time is that the role of the village head in public services is often not in accordance with community expectations. The existence of this issue makes the Servant Leadership style an important topic to discuss, one of which is by analyzing the Servant Leadership style of the Pakkanna Village Head, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency. The study aims to analyze how the Servant Leadership leadership style of the Pakkanna Village Head of Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency. In addition, this research was conducted to find out the obstacles and determinants faced by the Pakkanna Village Head of Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency in carrying out the Servant Leadership leadership style. From the results of the study, it is known that the Pakkanna Village Head has a Servant Leadership style that prioritizes service to others as the main goal of leadership. The challenges are in the form of limited resources (funds), while the determinants are commitment and supportive leadership skills and good synergy between the village head and his subordinates in carrying out public services to the Pakkanna Village community.

Abstract

Laws are created to minimize crimes or violations and to uphold justice, in order to create a harmonious, peaceful, prosperous life, and provide a sense of security in social life. This service aims to provide insight and knowledge to students about the dangers of drug abuse and the adverse effects it causes. The socialization activity was attended by 30 students and students and 1 accompanying teacher located at Universitas Puangrimaggalatung . For this reason, through this Socialization of Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency (Narcotics Abuse) activity, it is able to increase students' understanding of the types of drugs, the impact of drug abuse from the physical, psychological, educational, social and economic aspects as well as how to prevent and overcome drug abuse among adolescents, especially students of Universitas Puangrimaggalatung . Community service to students of the school shows the level of understanding and awareness of the students on the importance of awareness to avoid drugs. With the growing awareness of Universitas Puangrimaggalatung students not to consume drugs, it is hoped that more or less it can reduce the number of drug use among students in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits of the farmer card program in improving the welfare of poor farmers in Talotenreng Village at the BPP Sabbangparu of the Wajo Regency Agriculture and Food Security Office and to find out the factors that hinder the evaluation of the farmer card program in improving the welfare of poor farmers in Talotenreng Village at the BPP Sabbangparu of the Wajo Regency Agriculture and Food Security Office. The research method used is a qualitative method, usually the data is inductive or qualitative, and the type of research used is descriptive that provides a detailed picture or phenomenon.The results of this study show that the Farmer Card Program in Talotenreng Village has not been used by farmers as recipients of farmer cards or is still tentative so that farmers cannot feel the benefits, because there are no instructions, directions or orders from the Central Government/Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. The Farmer Card Program is the latest Government program implemented in all regions with the aim of redeeming the purchase of subsidized fertilizers in an effort to improve the welfare of farmers in accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 77 of 2005 concerning the Determination of Subsidized Fertilizers as Goods in Supervision as amended by Presidential Regulation No. 15 of 2011 concerning Changes in the Determination of Subsidized Fertilizers as Goods Under Supervision.

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wajo Regency. The research aims to assess public satisfaction with the public services provided by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wajo Regency using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Public satisfaction, based on indicators such as service procedures, service requirements, service speed, and service fairness, has not been fully met. This conclusion was derived from observations, document analysis, and interviews with informants, including the Head of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wajo Regency, the Secretary of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wajo Regency, and key community members who use the services of the office. Recommendations suggest that the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wajo Regency should maintain and further optimize all indicators of satisfaction to enhance public service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of village government officials in providing services to the community in Watutoa Village, Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. Village officials play a crucial role in delivering optimal services to the public. To achieve this, several supporting and hindering factors are needed, including external factors such as limited resources, government policies, and social environment, as well as internal factors like the skills and knowledge of officials, motivation and commitment, and the systems and procedures used. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that hinder the performance of village officials in providing services to the community in Watutoa Village, as well as to identify the supporting factors that facilitate the implementation of services. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a community study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research participants included the officials of Watutoa Village (the head of the village and the head of sections) and the community members who had received services from the village officials. The results of the study indicate that, overall, the performance of village officials is quite good. However, there are several areas that need attention, such as limited resources, where digital services have not yet been optimized. Although government policies regarding attendance, working hours, sanctions, and training have been effective, there are still areas that need improvement. Infrastructure is sufficiently adequate to support the smooth delivery of services, but the technical skills and utilization of technology by village officials need to be enhanced. Furthermore, the motivation and commitment of the officials in delivering services should be strengthened. The existing service systems and procedures are not fully efficient, so continuous evaluation and improvement are necessary to enhance the quality of services in the future.
