Abstract

AbstrakĀ  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bentuk inovasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Masuk Kampung Ta dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Wajo, serta menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan inovasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Masuk Kampung Ta dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa inovasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Masuk Kampung Ta telah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan telah di evaluasi menjadi pelayanan keliling yang lebih efektif walaupun pelayanan yang diberikan belum dirasakan secara merata oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Wajo. Inovasi ini telah memenuhi seluruh kriteria yang meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik diantaranya kebaruan (novelty), efektif (effectiveness), bermanfaat (significance), dapat di transfer (transferability), dan berkelanjutan (sustainability). Kesimpulan in didapatkan dari hasil observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara bersama 7 informan yaitu Innovator, Kepala Bidang Pemanfaatan Data dan Inovasi Pelayanan, 2 orang Teknisi Pelayanan Keliling, 3 masyarakat dari Kecamatan Tanasitoko Kabupaten Wajo. Saran yang bisa diberikan dalam pelaksanaan inovasi ini adalah sebaiknya Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil bisa melakukan pelayanan keliling secara lebih merata agar manfaatnya dapat dirasakan oleh seluruh masyarakat pelosok Kabupaten Wajo.Kata kunci : Inovasi Pelayanan, Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

This study aims to determine Service Accountability at the Wajo District Population and Civil Service Office using a quantitative research approach. Accountability is one of the factors in improving the quality of E-KTP services at the Wajo Regency Population and Civil Registration Office.The results of this study indicate that Accountability at the Wajo Regency Population and Civil Registration Office is in the very good category with an ideal score.

Abstract

This research discusses the effectiveness of the role of the Village Head in development in Massappa Village, Sabbangparu District, Wajo Regency. The effectiveness of the Village Head's function in implementing this development uses three effectiveness indicators, namely goal achievement, integration and adaptation. This research uses a quantitative research method. The data source in this research uses primary data sources with the data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the research show that the role of the Village Head in development is very effective. This can be seen from the achievement of goals where in implementing village development, most of the goals are achieved in accordance with the time specified, aspects of implementing development in Massappa Village do not require a long time because The Village Head has carried out 4 stages of development, and from the target aspect he has also achieved the previously determined targets and the community has felt the benefits. From the aspect of integration, the village head also always provides direction and makes agreements (consensus) for progress in development in the village, the village head also always coordinates with the hamlet head and also the community, then the form of adaptation carried out by the village head is that in every implementation the village head always adapts with the needs of the people of Massappa Village.

Abstract

The background of this research, in accordance with the hail observations that have been carried out, is that there are still often problems about the existence of unprofessional employees or lack of discipline in work such as the existence of employees who are not on time. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the quality of work of employees of the Teddaopu Village Office, Tempe District, Wajo Regency, The type of research conducted is a type of descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation which aims to examine the analysis of the quality of work of employees of the Teddaopu Village Office. The data analysis technique goes through various stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn, while the data validity technique uses credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The results of this study show that the quality of work of the employees of the Teddaopu Village Office has been running well, including the quality in terms of community services has been running properly, transparent, the employees always listen to the complaints of the community, always make plans in advance before doing work, but in terms of human resources it can be seen from the lack of communication of several employees at the Teddaopu Village Office, Tempe District Wajo Regency, Discipline in working hours and lack of facilities and infrastructure regarding parking lots. The conclusion is that the quality of work of the Teddaopu Village office employees has gone well.

Abstract

The background of this study, based on the results of observations that have been conducted, highlights the need for adjustments between leaders and subordinates. The leadership style currently exhibited appears monotonous and requires further adaptation to achieve better synergy. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of situational leadership applied by the Village Head on the work motivation of staff at the Masing Village Office, Lilirilau District, Soppeng Regency. This study employs a census method, where the data source includes the entire population as the sample, using questionnaires as the primary data collection technique. The sample in this research consists of 17 respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques employed are descriptive quantitative analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion conducted, the writer concludes that The situational leadership of the Village Head of Masing falls into the very good category. The work motivation of staff at the Masing Village Office is also categorized as very good. Situational leadership positively influences the improvement of staff work motivation at the Masing Village Office. The findings of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of the Village Head's situational leadership on the work motivation of staff at the Masing Village Office, Lilirilau District, Soppeng Regency.
