Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan faktor utama dalam pembetukan pribadi manusia. Kepala sekolah merupakan pemimpin yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Strategi yang tepat dapat membuat suatu perubahan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui program plus di SD Negeri 1 Tegalgiri Nogosari Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis model interaktif. Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini antara lain: 1) Deskripsi data, 2) Interprestasi data, 3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat, 4) Keterbatasan penelitian.

Abstract

Marketing strategies are very important for every educational institution to understand. Cooperation and good relations with the community are very important in the marketing process. Educational institutions must have special strategies in marketing their educational services to attract public interest. Sometimes there are still many educational institutions that pay less attention to their marketing strategies. The purpose of this research is to describe the marketing strategy in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kartasura. The type of this research is qualitative, where the data collected is in the form of words not numbers. The data collection technique used interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the research there is a marketing strategy in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kartasura in marketing through elements of the marketing mix which includes product, price, place, and promotion. ABSTRAK Strategi pemasaran sangat penting untuk dipahami oleh setiap lembaga pendidikan. Kerja sama dan hubungan baik dengan masyarakat sangat penting dalam proses pemasaran. Lembaga pendidikan harus mempunyai strategi khusus dalam memasarkan jasa pendidikannya untuk menarik minat masyarakat. Terkadang masih banyak lembaga pendidikan yang kurang memperhatikan strategi pemasarannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Program Khusus Muhammadiyah Kartasura. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dimana data yang dikumpulkan berupa kata-kata bukan angka. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian terdapat strategi pemasaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kartasura dalam pemasaran melalui unsur bauran pemasaran yang meliputi produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi.

Abstract

Primary education plays a role in shaping the academic foundation and character of students, which is the main in mathematical subjects that are vital for logical and analytical development. However, mathematics is often a challenge for grade VII students, especially in understanding the concept of algebraic multiplication. Applying the problem-based learning (PBL) learning model is a solution to improve students' understanding and mathematical skills. This model is considered effective and easy to understand by students, so that it can make mathematics learning more interesting and know the learning outcomes of students. This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of grade VII students after applying the Problem-based learning (PBL) learning model to algebraic multiplication material. This research was carried out at MTs Negeri 2 Boyolali, Boyolali district, with 22 students in class VII B. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) motto which is compiled from four stages: planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflexes. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, tests, and documentation. The results of the study show that the problem-based learning (PBL) learning model can improve learning outcomes in algebraic multiplication with an average score of 56.5 in the first cycle and an increase in the second cycle with an average score of 79.5.

Abstract

Knowledge Management (KM) is an approach to understand how the known processes are created, used, and shared to enhance academic productivity. This study aims to determine the system of implementation of KM in Islamic higher education, having the work unit status of non-tax state revenue (Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak/PNBP) and public service agency (Badan Layanan Umum/BLU) and applying remuneration. This study utilizes a qualitative method with the phenomenological approach. Data collection take through observation, in-depth interviews, document analysis, and focus group discussions. The implementation of KM is with the result of academic knowledge from research products and research schemes of educational staffs, saving knowledge storage on the database through electronic and printed forms, and the knowledge taking a distribution on through printed and electronic forms which are referencing lecture notes and oral sources such as scientific consortium and lecturing. The successful implementation of KM requires support by stakeholder policies in educational institutions. The research findings present an overview of the implementation design of KM that can be used as a platform by scholars and stakeholders in educational institutions to increase knowledge productivity.

Abstract

Islamic education must have an active role in maintaining the nation's generation that has morals and ethics and adheres to the teachings of Islam of course. The phenomenon in the current era is that many young people deviate from Islamic morals and ethics. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the concept of morals and ethics in Islam, the importance of moral and ethical integration in Islamic education and finally the implementation of moral and ethical integration in Islamic education. This writing method uses Library Resarch by collecting various sources of books, articles or other related sources. after that it will be analyzed descriptively and associated with the existing discussion topics. The concept of morals and ethics in Islam is an important aspect in the life of a Muslim. Integrating morals and ethics in Islamic education is very important because it will direct a learner in the intelligence of life and behavior. In addition, there are many positive impacts that a learner gets in running his life. Having a sense of responsibility, good character, and living a good life with fellow humans and God. Religion has a close relationship with morals and ethics. This relationship involves the influence of religion on the formation and understanding of moral values and ethical norms in human life. The implementation of moral and ethical integration in Islamic education can be done through curriculum development in institutions, interactive learning, Islamic character building. In its implementation requires cooperation from all parties related to students, teachers, parents and also the environment around students

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to explain the types of leadership implemented at the Al-Munawwir Islamic Boarding School, Gipa al-Qasim Complex, Sewon Bantul, and how this leadership motivates students to memorize the Qur’an.Method – This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection methods including interviews, documentation, and observation, as well as data analysis involving data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Data validity is tested using source and technique triangulation.Findings – The study reveals that the paternalistic and charismatic leadership of the Kyai significantly enhances the motivation of santri kalong in memorizing the Qur'an. The reciprocal relationship between the Kyai and the santri fosters respect and a desire for blessings, with the Kyai's advice and exemplary behavior positively influencing the santri's motivation and Islamic character. The use of the sorogan method for evaluating memorization improves both the quantity and fluency of recitation, encouraging continuous review. These findings highlight the crucial role of leadership style in motivating santri. The study also emphasizes the need to improve communication between santri kalong and the Kyai and addresses challenges like the imbalance in study time and lack of commitment among non-resident santri. Despite these challenges, the Kyai's leadership proves vital in motivating santri kalong, significantly impacting their progress in Qur'an memorization. Research Implications – The implications of this research include educational learning, leadership development, educational policy. The study highlights the importance of the Kyai’s role in shaping the character and motivation of santri in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah memiliki peran sentral dalam manajemen dan memimpin pembelajaran yang  memiliki tugas mengarahkan, mengorganisasi, serta mengawasi seluruh proses pendidikan di sekolah. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga dituntut untuk dapat mengembangkan strategi manajemen yang adaptif, partisipatif, dan berbasis data, agar mampu merespons dinamika internal dan eksternal lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karena itu fungsi manajerial seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan harus dijalankan secara optimal oleh kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan pendidikan yang efektif di sekolah dasar dengan menekankan peran kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi dan pemberdayaan sekolah. Menggunakan pendekatan kajian pustaka sistematis terhadap 15 Artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional (2019–2024) merupakan data primer, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari buku serta Artikel dibawah 2019. Artikel dipilih dari database jurnal bereputasi, seperti, SINTA, Google Scholar, arXiv. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis tematik (thematic analysis).  Untuk menjamin keabsahan data, dilakukan triangulasi antar sumber dan referensi silang terhadap teori-teori pendidikan yang relevan. Artikel yang digunakan telah melalui proses peer review dan berasal dari jurnal bereputasi, sehingga menjamin kredibilitas isi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah yang memiliki keterampilan perencanaan, pengarahan, pengorganisasian, dan pengawasan yang baik mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang produktif dan kolaboratif. Selain itu, kurikulum yang dikembangkan secara kontekstual serta strategi pengelolaan sumber daya yang berbasis komunitas terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi penguatan kapasitas kepala sekolah dalam mendukung transformasi pendidikan dasar yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi manajemen strategik berbasis nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas pendidikan di SDN 01 Banaran Boyolali. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, yang menempatkan kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai sumber data utama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi aktivitas pembelajaran, serta telaah dokumen seperti Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP), Rencana Kerja Tahunan (RKT), dan Rencana Kerja Jangka Menengah (RKJM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategik disusun secara partisipatif dan didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan sekolah, sejalan dengan prinsip syura dan amanah dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam. Implementasi strategi tercermin dalam integrasi program prioritas seperti penguatan literasi, sekolah ramah anak, supervisi pembelajaran, serta peningkatan kompetensi guru yang mencerminkan etos ihsan dan profesionalisme. Proses monitoring dan evaluasi dilaksanakan secara berkala melalui supervisi kelas, rapat evaluasi triwulanan, dan peninjauan capaian belajar, selaras dengan konsep muhasabah dan muraqabah. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan manajemen strategik berbasis nilai Islam berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan disiplin guru, efektivitas pembelajaran, budaya kolaboratif, keterlibatan orang tua, serta karakter religius siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam manajemen strategik dapat menjadi kerangka transformatif dalam pengembangan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar negeri.

Abstract

Religious moderation is a way of looking at and behaving a person in religion in a moderate manner, namely fair and balanced, so that in understanding and practicing the teachings of religion is more concerned with a tolerant and inclusive attitude, and avoiding exaggerated and extreme behavior when implementing it. Religious moderation is not a moderated religion, but our way of religion, namely understanding and practicing a religion from a moderate perspective. Furthermore, in this study, the need for teacher training on religious moderation in schools is discussed. Because teachers are the vanguard in the learning process of religious moderation in schools. The goal is to provide additional insight and knowledge about religious moderation, as well as integrate it into learning. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using the library research method. The results of this study are that, first: the cultivation of religious moderation values has various strategies, both through policies and approaches. The effectiveness of the strategy used depends on each interrelated element. The many values of Bergama moderation have different approaches from one another. The policy of conducting training for teachers is a quite strategic approach because teachers as the vanguard in education should have insight and knowledge about religious moderation. Therefore, teachers need to gain more knowledge as a provision to integrate the values of religious moderation in schools. Second: the acquisition of steps to implement religious moderation training into a structured guide, so that the hope of gaining insight and knowledge about religious moderation can cover all the materials that are the subject of problems in the internalization of religious moderation values in schools.
