Abstract

Introduction: Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder in children that is characterized by the disruption and delays in cognitive, language, behavior, communication and social interaction. One of the ways for children with autism is the visual schedule. Visual schedule is a learning method in the form of information in a visual form that communicates a series of activities. This study aimed to determine the effects of a visual schedule to decrease problem behaviors when feeding activity and defecation in children with autism in the Foundation Board of Christian Education Wetan Jawi (YBPK) Kediri. Method: Research design was One Group Pre Post Test Design, with a population of 30 respondents, used the purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 16 respondents. When the reseachon April 16 Until Mei 17, 2014. Results: The results showed obtained Asymp significant p = 0.011 <0.05 with Wilcoxon statistical test, which means that HO was rejected and H1 accepted schedule. It means there were visual effects on reducing behavioral problems in feeding activity and defecation in children with autism in the Foundation Board of Christian Education Wetan Jawi (YBPK) Kediri in 2014. Discussion: The Visual schedules can be applied in the treatment of autistic children who have behavior problems, because these techniques can provide influence on autistic children to be able to decrease behavior problems. Abstract

Capitation funds distributed by BPJS to health services is providers of health care in FKTP receive regular income per participant, per period of time for which the service has been determined. From the initial survey results were done, there are some respondents who are not satisfied with the capitation system. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of provider perception about satisfaction of capitation system.The design study is a quantitative research using a "cross sectional". The sampling technique used Total Sampilng by sample as much 35 providers. Data analysis technique using linear regression. The results showed that 17.6% provider had an excellent perception about capitation system and 82.4% had agood enoughperception, as many as 70.6% provider were satisfied and 29.4% were not satisfied with capitation system. Results of analysis using linear regersi showed that p-value = 0.000 <α = 0.05, so H0 is rejected, meaning that perception significantly affect satisfaction. Provider satisfaction in this case is Health Facilities of First Level need to be considered because it will impact provision of services to patients, which indirectly will give satisfaction to patients BPJS with services provided by doctors, dentists and clinics or to system on the Agency Organizer Social Security Health in Kediri City

Abstract

Keterampilan dalam perawatan pasien pasca operasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencegah komplikasi yang memperlama perawatan dirumah sakit atau membahayakan diri pasien. Persiapan sebelum operasi perlu perhatian khusus karena beberapa komplikasi dapat terjadi setelah operasi yang menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan biaya perawatan baik terhadap pasien maupun terhadap pihak rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan biaya perawatan pasca operasi Di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD Kabupaten Jombang. Desain penelitian yaitu observasional analitik dengan p endekatan kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian yaitu factor penyebab terjadinya hipotermi, indeks massa tubuh, jenis anestesi, lama operasi, dan lama perawatan di recovery room sebagai variabel independen, peningkatan biaya sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh pasien pasca operasi di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUD Kabupaten Jombang dengan rata-rata jumlah pasien per bulan sebanyak 326 pasien. Sampel diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling sebanyak 180 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen ceklist dan diolah secara editing, coding, scoring dan tabulating serta diuji dengan uji regresi dummy. Hasil regresi dummy menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh secara langsung adalah lama perawatan di ruang recovery room dan kejadian hipotermi karena nilai p value < 0,05. Sedangkan variabel indeks massa tubuh, jenis anastesi, dan lama operasi tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap peningkatan biaya perawatan di ruang recovery room Adanya penurunan suhu tubuh pasien memerlukan penanganan yang lebih intensif daripada pasien dalam keadaan suhu tubuh normal, dan juga pasien hipotermi membutuhkan tambahan peralatan, oksigen dan penghangat untuk dapat mengembalikan suhu tubuh pasien dalam kondisi normal, sehingga mempengaruhi peningkatan biaya perawatan di ruang pulih sadar.

Abstract

Fenomena gangguan jiwa pada saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan, dan setiap tahun di berbagai belahan dunia jumlah penderita gangguan jiwa bertambah pada umumnya gangguan mental yang terjadi adalah gangguan kecemasan dan gangguan depresi diperkirakan 4,4% dari populasi global menderita gangguan depresi.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan stigma keluarga dan mayarakat terhadap kualitas hidup pada orang dengan riwayat gangguan jiwa di desa adan-adan kecamatan gurah kabupaten Kediri. Desain penelitian menggunakan observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tehnik sampling menggunakan simple Random Sampling. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 78 keluarga sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 responden. Variabel Independen yaitu stigma keluarga dan stigma masyarakat, sedangkan variabel Dependen yaitu kualitas hidup ODGJ. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Desa Adan-adan Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri dapat dilihat bahwa kualitas hidup pada odgj memiliki kriteria cukup dengan (58,3%) dari 35 responden dari jumlah 60 responden. stigma masyarakat dengan kualitas hidup odgj menunjukan bahwa stigma masyarakat mempunyai peran yang baik dengan kualitas hidup odgj hampir setengah (55.0%) dari 33 responden mempunyai stigma yang cukup.dan hampir setengah (58.3%) dari 35 responden dengan kualitas hidup yang baik, dari total 60 responden. Berdasarkan Uji Statistik Regresi Ordinal didapatkan bahwa factor kualitas hidupnilai p value 0.000<α = 0.05, Maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh antara stigma keluarga dan kualitas hidup pada orang dengan riwayat gangguan jiwa.faktor stigma masyarakat nilai p value0.000 <α=0.05,maka H0 ditolak H1 diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh antara stigma masyarakat dengan kualitas hidup pada orang dengan riwayat gangguan jiwa di desa adan-adan kecamatan gurah kabupaten Kediri. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa dengan stigma keluarga dan masyarakat yang baik maka dapat mempegaruhi kualitas hidupn odgj. Ketika menjawab kuisioner responden dapat menjawab pertanyaan dan mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Sehingga responden alangkah baiknya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan stigma kepada odgj itu sendiri sehingga dapat membuat hidup orang dengan riwayat gangguan jiwa di desa adan-adan menjadi lebih baik

Abstract

Introduction : Masalah yang mucul terkait DM seperti adanya perubahan dalam cara hidup seperti merasa kesepian dan sadar akan kematian, hidup sendiri, perubahan dalam hal ekonomi, penyakit kronis, kekuatan fisik yang semakin lemah sehingga penderita mengalami penurunan fungsi tubuh. Dampak yang timbul jika tidak ditangani dengan baik akan berakibat pada terganggunya penglihatan, penyakit jantung, katarak, penyakit ginjal, impotensi, gangguan paru-paru, terganggunya pembuluh darah, luka yang sulit sembuh sehingga terjadinya pembusukan/gangren, resiko stroke. Sehingga perlunya efikasi diri dan pemeriksaan rutin kadar gula darah. Methods : Literatur bersumber dari database google cendekia, google scholar yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2015 hingga 2019, dan secara manual memilih artikel yang relevan dengan pertanyaan penelitian. Result : Hasil penelitian secara literature review diketahui mayoritas responden memiliki efikasi diri dalam kategori baik dengan kadar gula darah dalam kategori normal. Hasil penelitian didapatkan diabetes mellitus tipe 2 merupakan jenis DM yang paling banyak jumlahnya yaitu 90-95% dari seluruh penderita DM yang dan banyak dialami oleh dewasa diatas 40 tahun. Hal ini disebabkan terjadinya retensi insulin cenderung meningkat pada lansia (40-65 tahun). Analysis : Hasil statistik secara literature review dari 7 jurnal diketahui ada Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Terhadap Kadar Gula Darah Pasien Diabetes Mellitus. Discuss : Efikasi diri mempunyai peranan penting dalam merubah perilaku tersebut dimana harus timbul keyakinan dan kesadaran bahwa diri memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan tindakan yang diharapkan dalam hal ini perilaku pasien dalam mengontrol kadar gula darah

Abstract

Service quality can mean a simple way to achieve desired goals in the most efficient and effective way, with an emphasis on satisfying the consumer. By knowing the level of customer satisfaction, health insurance can improve service quality. This study aims to determine the relationship of service quality to the satisfaction of health insurance users of Inhealth Mandiri who visited the Kediri Service Office. The method of this research is analytic correlation with cross sectional model. The population used by all Mandiri Inhealth health insurance users visited Kediri Kediri Service Office on average in May, June, July 2017. The sampling technique used simple random sampling of 68 respondents. The independent variable of service quality and dependent variable is the satisfaction of health insurance user of Mandiri Inhealth who visited Kediri Service Office. Technique of collecting data using questioner then in test with rank spearman with significant level 5%. The results showed that most respondents (60%) said the quality of good service as many as 41 people and got the majority of respondents (56%) satisfaction level is very satisfied sebnyak 38 people. Based on spearman rank test, the value of r (0,000) <α (0,05) hence Ho's denotes that there is relation to the satisfaction of health insurance user of Mandiri Inhealth who visited Kediri Service Office.  Better to maintain and improve the quality of service so that the health insurance user is very satisfied with the quality of service that has been provided by regularly evaluating the quality of service and the returning customer will be given a checklist of the services provided.

Abstract

HIV / AIDS is a frightening disease for the people of Indonesia today, so people with HIV / AIDS often get excessive stigma and discrimination. The design of this study was an observational quantitative study with a cross section approach with the focus of the research directed to be to analyze family support and service quality for the utilization of VCT Poly and HIV / AIDS patient compliance in undergoing antiretroviral therapy (ARV) in Gambiran City Hospital in Kediri with a sample of 109 respondents taken by the Accidental Sampling technique. The result were found that the majority of respondents had sufficient family support as many as 56 respondents (51.4%). Most respondents rated that the quality of service in the category of 56 respondents was sufficient (51.4%). Most respondents had medium category utilization of 55 respondents (50.5%). Most respondents were not compliant to undergo antiretroviral therapy (ARV) as many as 65 respondents (59.6%). The results of the study using the Path Analysis Test showed that the p-value <0.05 then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted so it was concluded that there was a significant influence of family support and service quality through the use of VCT Poly to the compliance of HIV / AIDS patients in undergoing antiretroviral therapy ( ARV) at Gambiran City Hospital in Kediri. The compliance of HIV / AIDS patients in undergoing antiretroviral (ARV) therapy is influenced by family support, quality of service and utilization in the VCT Poly itself. So that patients need to be given good support as well as improving the quality of services available in the VCT Poly.

Abstract

Dental health personnel in carrying out daily care can not be separated from contact with saliva and blood which can be an intermediary in the spread of cross infection. Cross infection is common in medical treatment procedures including dental and oral care. Prevention of cross infection needs to be done to avoid transmission of disease from medical procedures to patients and dental health workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the compliance of the dentist Koas to the application of the Precaution Standard at RSGM IIK BW Kediri. The method in this study was observational descriptive with cross-sectional design. The number of samples is 67 Koas dentists using the Slovin formula. The tools and materials used in the research are check list sheets and stationery. The data processing in this study uses the SPSS program by using a binary logistic test. The results of this study indicate that from several factors that influence the compliance of dentist councils in applying the precaution standard at RSGM IIK BW Kediri is a knowledge factor of p = 0.010 (<0.005), supervision is p = 0.003 (<0.005), and the availability of infrastructure is p = 0.006 (<0.005) with supervisory variables which are the variables that have the most individual influence compared to the other variables. Thus in drawing the conclusion that the level of knowledge, supervision and facilities and infrastructure is a factor that influences the compliance of dentists in implementing the implementation of precaution standards that have been set for prevention of cross infection.

Abstract

The importance of the role of health services causes the quality of health services to be improved because of the needs of the community or individuals for health. Second-level health services can only be given for referral from first-level health services. Third-level health services can only be given for referral from second- or first-level health services, except in emergency situations. Based on this, it can be seen that the first level Health Service Provider (PPK) has a very important role in the health care system in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors underlying the doctors to refer their patients to the dr. Soepraoen Army Hospital Malang. The research design used is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling by taking 100 doctors as the study sample. The data analysis technique of this study uses linear regression by using an α value of 0.05. The results showed that hospital facilities had a significant effect on choosing a referral with a p-value of 0,000 with a t-count of 4,300, the availability of drugs had a significant effect on choosing a referral with a p-value of 0,000 with a t-count of 2,557 , the type of disease has a significant effect on choosing a referral with a p-value of 0,000 with a t-count value of 2,435, and on physician competence has a significant effect on choosing a referral with a p-value of 0,000 and a t-count value of 2,327, and simultaneously for each facility variable, drug availability, type of disease and physician competence can have a significant effect on choosing a referral. and found that the dominant factor influencing the decision to choose referral is the facility factor. The low analysis of factors that influence the doctor's decision in choosing a patient's referral to dr. Soepraoen Army Hospital Malang can be minimized by further increasing the indicator indicators of each variable that is considered still low.

Abstract

Human resources in an institution such as a hospital are an important strategy to create an accelerated improvement in overall health status, integrated, equitable, affordable and acceptable to the entire community. In maintaining the continuity and life of its organization, organizations are required to be able to maintain good relations between the leaders of the organization and human resources as the driving force of an organization. This research was conducted by taking the object of research in the installation of radiology at the Army Hospital Dr. Soepraoen, Malang City. This study aims to determine the perceptions of human resources (HR) from Radiology Installation in Army Hospital Dr. Soepraoen Malang towards leadership style and remuneration system. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique that will be used in this study is a total sampling of 15 radiology installation employees at the Army Hospital Dr. Soepraoen. The results of the study show that a good perception of Human Resources (HR) related to Leadership Style in the Installation of Army Hospital Radiology dr. Soepraoen Malang and the application of remuneration carried out by Army Hospital Dr. Soepraoen Malang city runs well. Advice from researchers is expected to be able to develop knowledge in the field of administration and quality of hospital services. In addition, this research might be able to help further similar research, especially with regard to the remuneration system and leadership style in hospitals.
