Abstract

The hospital as a health service institution is required to provide a complete service and always maintain the quality of its services. Data on the number of visits of patients in the outpatient poly hospital Dr. Soepraoen Malang in the period of 2016-2017 and in 2018 the number of visits has still not increased and there are still complaints from outpatients on the quality of services provided. This shows that the service has not been optimal. The consumer interest in using the services of the same service provider is strongly influenced by the experience of satisfaction with the services provided previously. Patient satisfaction with hospital services will have an impact on repeat visits and trust in the hospital. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on the level of satisfaction, trust and interest in revisiting outpatients in Dr Soepraoen Hospital Malang. The research design used is quantitative by using analytic surveys. The research design uses Cross Sectional with Accidental Sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection using closed questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, and path analysis. The results showed that the Service Quality variable had a significant effect on the Satisfaction variable; Service Quality variables have a significant effect on the Trust variable; Service Quality variables have a significant effect on the Interest of Revisiting and there is also a joint effect of the variable Quality of Service, Satisfaction, Trust has a significant effect on the Interest in Revisiting Outpatient Hospital Dr. Soepraoen Malang with p-value <0.05. Based on the research, it is necessary to do further research qualitatively about unsatisfactory hospital services.

Abstract

Post-operative treatment and recovery anestesia desperately need professional nursing skills. Skills in the post-operative care of patients is urgently needed to prevent complications that lengthening the home care pain or harm themselves. The old days of post-operative patient care need great attention because of some complications can occur after surgery if not handled properly, can make long day care be long that can eventually lead to the occurrence of the increase in the cost of treatment to the patients as well as the hospital. The purpose of the research is to analyze the cost of post-operative care enhancement due to hypothermia on the Central Surgical Installation At Jombang General Hospitals. The research design was analytic observational with a quantitative approach. Research variables i.e. factor causes the occurrence of hypothermia as the independent variable, the dependent variable costs increase. This research population throughout the patient's post-operative at Central Surgical Installation At Jombang General Hospitals with the average number of patients per month as much as 326 patients. Samples taken with the technique of simple random sampling as much as 180 respondents. Data is collected with instruments ceklist and processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with dummy regression test. The regression results show that the dummy variables that influence directly are in long treatment in recovery room and hipotermi events because the value of a p value < 0.05. While variable, the type of anaesthetic, BMI and long operations have no effect directly against the increase in the cost of treatment in the recovery room space. The existence of a decrease in body temperature of the patient requires more intensive than the handling of patients in a State of normal body temperature, and also requires additional equipment hipotermi patients, oxygen and heating to be able to restore the patient's body temperature in normal conditions, thus affecting an increase in treatment costs in the recovered unconscious

Abstract

Health management is an activity or an art to regulate health workers and non-public health officers through health programs. One of the objectives of managing human resources in organizational management functions is related to leadership problems. Someone who has been appointed as a leader to lead his subordinates, he must carry out the function of the organization itself which determines the success or failure of a company. The purpose of the study was to analyze the descriptive performance, level of satisfaction and achievement of the program based on the professional leadership of the head of the Public health throughout Banyuwangi District. The research design used was cross sectional. The population of the study was all heads of administration of Public health throughout Banyuwangi District and the sample size was 45 people using total sampling. Data collection using sheets and questionnaires was then analyzed using the Friedman test. The results showed that the profession of physician leadership most of the performance of high category as many as 17 respondents (70.8%), and professional leadership performance Bachelor of Public Health mostly high category, a total of 18 respondents (85.7%), physician leadership professions most levels of satisfaction satisfied category as many as 20 respondents (83.3%) , and the Bachelor of Public Health leadership profession were mostly satisfied category performance, namely as many as 17 respondents (81.0%) and the leadership profession the majority of the doctor's program achievements and Bachelor of Public Health good categories were as much as 100%. Based on this research, he can improve his skills and professionalism at work

Abstract

A hospital is a part of a health facility where the community obtains health services. One of the staff in the hospital who is very influential on the quality of hospital services is nurses with nursing care. This study aims to determine the system of respect for nurses' performance in carrying out nursing care at Bhyankara Hospital, Pusdik Brimob, Watukosek Gempol pasuruan. The samples in this study were 97 nurses who performed nursing care at Bhyankara Hospital, Pusdik Brimob Gempol Pasuruan. The data analysis method used is linear regression. The results showed that the reward system together had a significant effect on nurse performance (n = 67,120; p = 0,000). While partially there is a significant influence between the reward system on nurse performance (n = 9.710; p = 0.023), and between the reward system for nurse performance (n = 5.237; p = 0.000). Whereas the regression equation is Y = 1,721 + 0,518X1 + 1,072X2 + 0,137X3, where Y is the performance, X is the reward system. While the value of Adjusted R Square 0.783 means that the reward system variable affects the performance of nurses by 78.3% while the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Management of Bhyankara Hospital Pusdik Brimob Watukosek Gempol pasuruan needs to do tips to improve the system of rewards and pay attention to other systems that can improve the performance of nurses in carrying out nursing care Improving nurse performance can have an impact on improving the quality of hospital services

Abstract

Service quality is not due to power quality factors but also because of the high workload received by health workers (Ilyas 2011) besides that an employee is required to have commitment to the organization, high commitment will have an impact on improving the career of the employee itself (Sopiah 2010),The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of workload and affective commitment, ongoing commitment and normative commitment of midwives at the Health mother and child in Mojosari sub-district. The research method used was an analytical survey with the approach used was cross sectional research conducted in November 2018 at the health and child Poly Health Center in Mojosari Subdistrict with a sample of 111 respondents for vanable independent and 37 respondents for independent variables for dependent variables were patient satisfaction, and varic independent is an ongoing commitment affective commitment and normative commitment to collecting data using a statistical test questionnaire using logistic regression with a- 0,005. The results showed that the high workload of midwives was 17 prang (42.2%), the workload of midwives was low 20 respondents (43.3%), high affective commitment 21 respondents (56.8%) continued high commitment 22 respondents (59.4%) high normative commitment 189 respondents (48.6%), while for dependent variables that is patient satisfaction obtained by patients who expressed satisfaction 19 respondents (5 1.4%) and who expressed dissatisfaction 18 respondents (48.6%) the results of the study found variable workload (p 0.001) Affective Commitment variable (p-0.001) Continuous commitment (p 0.001) normative variable (p-0.002) so that the independent variable has significant effect on patient satisfaction but high workload variables are more at risk of increasing patient satisfaction with grades exp B Odd ratio (OR) 142,440 the result of the study that the burden of high workloads at risk of increasing disssafacation in patient”s as well as midwives with middle commitment also at risk of increasing dissatifacation in patient’s. The conclusion There was effect workload and midewife’s commitment to patient satisfacation at maternal and child health at the Mojosari health center
